That was a huge settlement and RIM revenue for 2006 was only $2 Billion.
Revenue for Amazon in 2017 was $178 Billion. 1 percent of just the Amazon lawsuit is $1.78 Billion. Even 1/10th of 1 percent is $178 Million. They of course want Amazon to settle quickly. The question is what is the number that will make Amazon want to settle.
They have not issued an 8K for their past settlements and they were not in the 4 day grace period. They are fully reporting so not sure why.
There were only 2 cases dismissed last quarter sometimes they are dismissed because of settlement and sometimes they are just dissmissed. These 2 cases are not part of the 23 current lawsuits.
One Mariner IC case against Huawei was dismissed on 8/24 then the new current case against them was filed on 9/25 so I doubt that was settled.
The other was a case against Lenovo that was dissmissed 9/25. There is a possibility there was a small settlement from that case but I'm leaning against it. Unfortunately, I wasn't watching the cases when they were dismissed so I can't see any settlement info if it was posted. For some reason the settlement info disappears on pacer.
I'm looking forward to the Q but like you don't think the content of it is going to be a big catalyst as far as settlements go. Their of course could be other great info. I will be going over it in detail.
The big catalysts here are the current lawsuits. The plays I've been in with just single lawsuits typically have some kind of court docs come out periodically that make the share price go up even before a settlement or court win. I expect this to be the same here except we have 23 cases all with catalysts to come.
RGLG tick tock! No one selling. I have bids in though if anyone wants to give me more before merger news.
Something as simple as typo caused the delay here. Now that everything is sorted let's see what the mj light bulb is all about!

Nice green day for QPRC! Looks like we're creating a channel and chart is cooling. News on any of the "23" and it's go time
It's one day so either way. Maybe he is going to submit them tomorrow after hours.
I forgot about that! Yes the same judge on the new Semcon lawsuits as on the suits the settled. That should also make things move along more quickly as the judge is already up to speed on the patents and technology. Faster means less legal fees and more money for QPRC.
Someone said 10Q tomorrow, But they have 45 days from the the closing date of the quarter which would make the deadline Nov 14, Wednesday.
What makes me extremely excited about QPRC is that they have already been successful in winning settlements from big companies like Texas Instruments using the same patents they are using in some of the current lawsuits.
That is absolutely HUGE and I don't know if most people realize it.
The magnitude of what is happening here must be sinking in. 472 billion in combined revenues for the companies being sued by QPRC! With that number even small settlements will be substantial
The revenue numbers are staggering for the companies QPRC is suing . Even small settlements from companies will be substantial
Yup I'm too excited about QPRC not to be watching the dockets on all 23 lawsuits!
I'll let everyone know if there are any important updates
Some people don't have the patience for big gains like we do Olico! There is news coming...
That was the other stock lol!

Someone got lucky with the few cheapies they got this morning! L2 looking great now. Big bids coming in
I think we could see .03s today. QPRC is so undervalued at these prices.
As of the last 10K QPRC owned 83 PATENTS through their subsidiaries!
I think a better word for it is loveable lol! I just love a low float ticker!
No need for thanks we all win together on QPRC. Thanks to all that are helping to get the word out. This is a longterm ticker for me.
We have multiple major catalysts coming, Fully SEC reporting and current, Only 213 Million float, and No convertible notes!
Let's see another big buy take out the .022's the last big buy was 1.3 million only need 900k this time.
The potential with QPRC and their 23 lawsuits against major companies is just massive.
That was a HUGE buy! Real money coming into QPRC. The word is getting out.
Just the 7 companies QPRC is suing under the Semcon subsidiary alone have about 260 BILLION in REVENUE!
AMAZON. (178 Billion)
LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (42.6 Billion)
Michael Kors Holdings (4.7 billion)
Asus Tek ( 14 Billion)
TCL Communications Technologies (5.7 Billion)
Kyocera Corp (14 Billion)
Shenzen Oneplus Science & Technology. (1 Billion)
23 lawsuits that were put under 4 different subsidiaries . So yes it’s likely some under the same subsidiaries could settle at the same time.
There are 7 lawsuits under Semcon including the one against Amazon. It is likely they will settle very close together.
The lawyers on that settlement were on contingency and it was the first round of lawsuits using those patents. The Amazon lawsuit et al are using the same set of patents. This round of lawsuits should have much lower legal fees due to the fact that the lawyers have already done a large amount of the work in the previous lawsuits and the fact that this set should settle much quicker now that several other big companies have already settled
Definitely amazing, it’s rare to find an otc stock with this many big lawsuits let alone one who has already won several settlements
I’ll be constantly watching all 23 for updates.
They are winning settlements which means non disclosure agreements. They are only able to put the info into the filings as required by the SEC. That’s why this hadn’t got any notice. No prs and all the lawsuits under subsidiary names.
I just came across one of the lawsuits and then saw they were a sub of QPRC. A few tweets and word was getting out. It’s still somewhat under the radar but that is going to change as new settlements come in and more people are getting the word out
No worries. There is A LOT too this ticker. Did you take a look at our CEO’s credentials.

Might add they are an SEC filer that is duly current!
Truly is a hidden gem
Loving that lightbulb!
Lol it’s magic!
GREAT! So RGLG is set up to go like Arcaro’s past play, NUGS? NUGS went to $7!!!
The one thing Arcaro tickers have in common is that they have MAJOR runs no matter the final out come.
In fact some of the biggest runs I’ve ever been in!
Thanks for reminding me why I always accumulate and hold his plays for the merger!
Yes 23 lawsuits under 4 different subsidiaries. All against legit companies. The 23 is just the active lawsuits. It doesn’t include the ones they’ve already settled
Here is the post with the list

And that my friend is the GOLDEN Ticket! Given the companies track record a settlement with Amazon is likely.
I will not miss out on that
I think our CEO is a sharp guy. He is a patent lawyer himself so he knows what he’s doing.
QPRC has built a substantial portfolio of patents. They don’t have to rely on one big lawsuit to pay off in order to survive. As long as they can keep winning modest settlements they can keep buying more patents and paying of the cost of the existing patents.
Of course modest settlements are all relative. A modest settlement from a 1 billion dollar company is much different than a modest settlement from a company like Amazon with 178 Billion in revenue.
We are getting in at the point where things are just starting to get exciting.
I’ll say it again! We have 23 active lawsuits against major companies! Any one of which could settle at anytime.
109 million float. Just reinstated at the SOS. All reports submitted to be pink current. New website pending and twitter hinting toward MJ news!
Enough said?
The settlements are shown in the filIngs only! This is due to on disclosure agreements. They are only allowed to announce settlements in filings where it is required by the SEC. No prs are allowed. That is why the price didn’t move until we found this and put it out on social media. The word is still spreading on this one. It will continue to spread as we see more settlements
This is why I keep saying this company has a smart business plan. They are putting out multiple lawsuits and settling for reasonable amounts that the big companies will agree to quickly. Keeping the revenue coming in to pay off patents and litigation expense. A steady flow of settlements is huge! They aren’t asking for astronomical amounts that will cause a long drawn out lawsuit. They are getting them done quickly and with far less legal fees. As they get more settlements under their belts for each group of patents the new lawsuits should settle more quickly than the previous and the legal fees will be less due to time and the fact the lawyers have already done a substantial amount of the work in the previous suits
Awesome!! I’m great with a quick private settlement from AMAZON! The court will show the settlement then we will have to wait for the next filing to see the amount of settlement. The stock price will soar with Amazon settlement news and will continue to climb as we wait for amounts on the next filing
I addressed this before but I will do it again. The share price is not maxed out. Back in June of 2017 they increased the AS. I’m not sure why it’s not showing on Otc Markets. The increase was NOT for dilution but to ensure that their would be no conversions by United Wireless.
Due to their funding if patent purchases United Wireless holds
NON-convertible notes. Those notes would only become convertible in the event of a default by QPRC on that agreement. The agreement states that at all times QPRC must have available enough shares to convert the notes in case of a default.
So by raising the AS the are ensuring their will not be a default if the share went low. Again this increase was done back in June if 2017.
We have the right to prepay the notes in whole at any time and in part from time to time. Although the notes have no conversion rights, if a Conversion Eligible Event of Default occurs, the notes become convertible at a conversion price equal to 90% of the closing sale price of our common stock on the principal market on which the common stock is trading on the trading day immediately preceding the date the holder gives notice of conversion. As required under our agreements with United Wireless, we have increased our authorized common stock to 10,000,000,000 shares.
