Vermont's governor wants to legalize mmj for RECREATIONAL use. It is passing the house and coming to the senate and than on to the governor and the governor has publically stated he wants it legal. It will probably be law in may here in vermont.

I thought this was a good post on pending news from last night.

I never played pinks before, i waited to verify KA was confirmed as chairman and in my mind it was a legit business, than I bought into it.

I feel he could of done this whole thing privately but wanted to build a huge shareholder base to persuade state government and federal law making regarding medical mmj policy.

I believe he and his team have put forward a very good business strategy for california, 17 years old and the most mature in usa. The whole industry in my opinion has no structure. The state goverments are not regulating it properly and the industry is not either.
