They stated in the PR

"It is the Company's corporate policy to communicate all material information only using press releases and corporate filings. If third parties violate confidentiality agreements or send misleading information about Premier Brands to harm the Company and stockholders then the Company will undertake the appropriate actions to protect its stockholders. "

Who knows what is going to happen with this mess.......but I hope they file legal action and show the shareholders they stick by their PRs.

I emailed the company because I wanted to know more information. My main concern was how large the float was. I am not currently in this one, but have it in my watch list. Here is his response.

The float is unchanged , as there have not been any new issuances or conversions in over a year.
As far as Common shares reduction, it's always good if that can be acheived, there are some tentative ideas to try and reduce the I/O common shares, nothing solid at this time...
I can tell you there is a good flow of news schedulded in the very near future to keep Investors and Shareholders updated as to the company's progression.

It will go up......I can see that happening as well. If Premier is smart enough they will sue Andreas and put out a PR just to save face on all of this.

But there is much more to the story. Gonna be interesting to see how this plays out. If it is left between the two companies we may never know what happen. They might come to a private agreement between the two parties.

I honestly hope the sec gets involved in this one. I know numerous complaints have been filed. But I am more interested in seeing what happens with the shareholders. I hope they burn both of their arses!

I feel badly for the people who put their savings into this stock or large amounts of cash. I hope they get justice. They deserve it after getting played by some greedy business practices. And there are plenty of them down here in the pennies!

Your damn straight they left him in the dust. Business is like playing chess.......know the next move of your opponent before they even make the move. Sometimes you are right and sometimes you are wrong. But each player had their own agenda prior to the "exclusive" pr. They knew the partnership was over before it came out. I can almost guarantee it! If it was a month to month contract at the beginning Andreas would have never ever got on twitter and said that things he said. It may have started off "Exclusive" but when the "Exclusive" PR came out it was no longer exclusive and they both knew it. Professional business men do not get on twitter and say the things he did. The only thing that could have fueled that fire was having prior knowledge of what really was and feeling like a fool for it not looking like that to the public. Premier was getting all of the attention and Andreas felt that they shouldn't be getting it because they were already dropped before the "exclusive" pr. Adding more fuel to the fire! I believe he felt cornered because he (Andreas) was going to be sued by premier for breaking the contract but both companies came up with this agreement in order to break the contract. Thus lining Whore Gays pockets and stopping Bad Boy from being sued. Andreas thought it was a good idea at the time....but then it didn't play out the way he thought it would.

Now this is going to be a large amount of law suits on both ends. Premier might have the upper hand on all of this on paper because I am sure documents were changed. Unless Andreas kept copies of the original documents just in case. Who knows.......but I believe the real documents may be floating around in someones hands. Those second set of documents have the month to month contract with an end date of August 15 or 16th. Andreas fuel was burning once the "Exclusive" PR came out and BRND was getting all the attention. He could not wait for that date to pass to tell the world this was his idea! His fuel was burning for over a month!

Business is like a game of chess.........add greed to that..........and you have BRND and Bad Boy.

People will go down for this. Might be both Whore Gay and Andreas.

Here is my theory on the entire thing. I believe Jorge knew that AB was going to notify their customers prior to the "Exclusive" PR every being put out. It was all a big trade scam. And I will stick to that until something tells me any different. Not only did Andreas post his BS all over twitter for the world to see, but if you look at the one comment he made. "And their release was planned for _______________ so I could tell my clients on _____________? Fill in the blanks"

Premier Brand was well aware of all of this when they put out their PR. They had a crystal ball to future events at the time they put out their "Exclusive" PR. No one can tell me any different.

i believe Jorge needed the money because of the financial difficulties the company was having. Him and Andreas had a deal because it wasn't working out between Bad Boy and Premier. Bad Boy could break the contract (Thus a month to month contract would appear)if they waited to notify their customers of the change in distributors and let Jorge put out a PR about the partnership so Jorge could cash in and raise funds.

Whore Gay (as he says his name) would have sued Bad Boy for breaking the contract so they came up with an agreement prior to any of this happening. Part of the agreement was that Premier can still distribute the product but they are not exclusive. Bet the shredder at the office was on full speed prior to that PR ever being put out and I bet you the new documents that are on file show something different.

This was a partnership that went bad prior to the end of June beginning of July. I can pretty much guarantee it! Wish I had a crystal ball like Whore Gay and Andreas to look into the future and see what they so call true story is when everyone files the lawsuits. Gonna be interesting for sure.

Andreas was getting poed when BRND was getting all of the attention after the release...when he knew all along that the partnership was ended way before the PR ever came out......thus he got on twitter after drinking to remember and started bashing Premier to bring the stock price and the company to a crash. But doesn't really matter to premiere.......because Whore Gay already diluted the crap out of the stock and assisted in bringing it down while lining his pockets.

All in my opinion..........but I can pretty much guarantee that I am really close to the truth!
