No point arguing. He keeps saying its shady with no points. You then make the pro argument with all your points and then he calls bs and it starts all over again.
I'd be interested in that info. I think im going to get out and wait till it hits 3.20 range.. I have a feeling its going there. At this point I made all my losses back and a nice profit.
I think we have another day or 2 of this. Closer to low 3's... I think $3.00 will hold but it will get to 3.20
Yes But whats involved in the fast tracking and what does IPCI need to do.
Anyone know how fast tracking works and the likely hood that IPCI's Oxy gets fast tracked?
How does the fast tracking work and what's the possibility of the Rexista Oxy getting fast-tracked...
When's the next 1/4 report? Any news on bell ringing?
When's the next 1/4 report? Any news on bell ringing?
so they told you no offering?
smelling bull on that....
Where the source for that.. Cant find it
Email sent thanks bud
Where did you read that? Doesn't make sense to me... They have a low burn rate of what 6 mil a year? +- and they just got 15 mil bonus from par plus 190 days of exclusive sales for the 15 mg dose. Why would they issue a $3.00 offering. Just the 15 mil bonus should be enough to keep them a float for 2.5 years...
doogdilinger do you mind sending me your email address have a few questions if you don't mind..
Hey Doogdilinger
What are the similar traits between Pharmacyclics and IPCI? What was the catalyst 5 years ago that set it off. ETC.
Its not a new IPO. The company has been public for years. They got their first ever FDA approval and instantly turned profitable. They also have several other fda approvals due within 12 months.
Is there anything specific about the volume though? Something that differentiates its from other people buying vs institutions?
You still going to jump out between $5-$7 doogdilinger?
How can you guys tell its institutional loading up going on now?
Were going to need another message board for all the yahooos! That way we can keep reading the facts lol. Getting cluttered here. Do we think this can turn into teva or some of the other bigger generic companies?
Any news for the oxy fast tracking?
I hear you. So basically if they screw something up with the filing the FDA goes back to them and says fix your paperwork. They bring it back in a month or 2 and when its accepted the clock starts.
I guess with Focilin XR the clock started ticking after the settlement.
There were no legal issues with Protonix right? So in THEORY we should be looking at Q1 2014 approval?
So with Effexor it was settled in June 2011. Are we looking at 40 months +- from there?
It can't be a huge difference though can it? Are we talking a month or 2 at most?
This is the first Biotech I got into so I want to get all these little nuances down for possible future options :P
Ahh looks like DSTX covered some of those points while I was typing...
So now that the first one is down what are we looking at for the subsequent approvals?
Focalin XR was filed May 2007 No? I know the legal problems, settlements etc delayed it some. But it was an exceptional wait from filing to approval. Nearly double the average approval time.
Effexor XR was filed May 2010
Protonix was filed June 2010
Seroquel XR was filed April 2011
Effexor and Protonix have both passed 40 months. Is it safe to assume we can see approvals for those early next year and maybe Seroquel by year end?
Believe me I don't underestimate it. I've been on this roller coaster for almost a year now. Most the people I told about this stock jumped off a long time ago not being able to handle the swings.
I don't have as much as some others here invested in this but I do have a significant amount of my portfolio invested in it. I'm just curious if its going to be like the summer again with a big spike for a day or 2 then drop steadily back to the 1.90-2.00 range. Or can we safely kiss the 2.00-3.00 dollar range good bye from here? If its foreseeable that its going to dip back to 2.00 by the end of the week I might jump out and jump back in shortly after.
The next real BIG catalyst are Seroquel and its Oxycotin drugs. Oxy is a bit of a way off and with the delay with Foclin who knows how long the delay can be for Seroquel.
Anyone have a few biotechs that were in similar position to IPCI a while ago awaiting their first approval and then got it? I want to see the trend of what happened to the stock in the following days / year
Curious what's everyone's get out point.
Is anyone selling any shares if it hits 7-8 tomorrow?
Where you seeing it doogdilinger?
Where are you seeing the current bid and ask? Not seeing it anywhere.
Man I feel like a kid in a Candy store right now! I can't believe it. Depending how the spike goes tomorrow there are going to be some tough decisions....
About time! So how do we play this now? Are we expecting a big spike like the summer then a drop? Or is this going to ride up and stay chugging along....
Lets gooooooO!
Where is that? I don't see it on Seeking Alpha.
Hopefully we can get a bit of a run here. Picked up another 1400 shares @ $1.90. This time on the Canadian market. Only had 2800 in my LIRA and didn't want to get dinged on the exchange fees.
I'd prefer they ring the bloody bell now. I just envision a spike after fda news and then a big pull back until the bell is scheduled.. I doubt they will be able to walk in and do it the next day. If they rang it now I think it would attract some investors willing to buy and wait and would drive the price up a bit.
Im going to bet the FDA average isn't 40 months anymore.
Im going to bet soon. If it hits 3.50 +- again im done. Getting fed up with FDA, dilution, and this rollercoaster...

So is this shutdown affecting the FDA and their Generic approval process?
