I hear you. So basically if they screw something up with the filing the FDA goes back to them and says fix your paperwork. They bring it back in a month or 2 and when its accepted the clock starts.

I guess with Focilin XR the clock started ticking after the settlement.

There were no legal issues with Protonix right? So in THEORY we should be looking at Q1 2014 approval?

So with Effexor it was settled in June 2011. Are we looking at 40 months +- from there?
