I was told that IHUB uses certain filters - and if the news that hits their "filters" then they don't publish the news. Sounds like they are "filtering" you and us out. I'm going to cancel my subscription if they don't have the news up by the end of the trading session...they've done this too much and I've supported them long enough with my monthly fee.
Thanks for doing that, Lucky. Whether or not if the news is posted on IHUB (which it should be), we know the value of SFOR. Rock on SFOR!!!
If I lived within 200 miles of the event, I would go - but I don't live that close. Should be a great event for SFOR. Good exposure - maybe the start of some new relationships will come from being there. We will see.
One thing is for sure, anyone that has a fake product or company doesn't offer shareholders, IT professionals, businesses, government, etc. to come over and take a look at their products at tradeshows. SFOR is definitely real and in an EXTREMELY HOT market.
EVENT/Info from Mark Kay...
StrikeForce will be exhibiting with one of our strategic channel partners, Solantus. I will personally be at the SC Congress Security Show in NYC this Thursday from 11am till 6pm for the most part. Solantus will be exhibiting their various vendor products they distribute with an emphasis on StrikeForce’s patented two-factor and Out-of-Band Authentication Platform (ProtectID), keystroke encryption and real time anti-keylogger product GuardedID (now for PC’s and Mac’s) and our NEW MobileTrust mobile application for iPhones, iPads and Android devices and our even newer keystroke encryption software development toolkit (SDK) for iPhones, iPad and Android devices for now.
Please tell your colleagues, employees and friends to stop by, check out our applications and tools, along with others Solantus is distributing at Booth #209. The show is at the Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 W. 18th St in NYC.
Looks like selling has stopped at 6's. Was great to see it not go into 5's during the regular trading session.
Not too much to disagree with you about what you said. I think SFOR has the opportunity to dilute more and probably will if the next quarter's revenue isn't where it needs to be. On the flip side, they will still stay in business (even though shares aren't as valuable when dilution occurs) - in order to execute their business plans. Nobody on this board knows even 10% of their business plans, let alone with any detail. As for now, I think the dilution is over or about over for a while because I think they got the cash for operations for a while. I'm a buyer right now.
1 billion shares can and are being bought by the new and existing shareholders. There will be a lot more shareholders coming on board in the weeks ahead. Say we add 500 new ones and the average amount they buy is 2 million shares. That is another 1 billion snapped up! Lets rock!
I have made money in the past with SFOR and I will again soon. Most of us buy and sell smarter than you do.
It did happen! At the end of the day, there were more buyers than sellers. Looking better!
6's went pretty quickly this morning right off the bat, and then it took a while for orders to get filled mid-morning and even slower this afternoon. This shows a major slowdown of people wanting out. What is on the ask right now is peanuts and if the dilution is truly over, those getting out at 7's might be unhappy that they did so.
As of now, still more buys than sells for the day. Will be very interesting if there will or will not be dilution anytime today. Should be the end already if not very soon - SFOR got the money they needed for a while.
I brought in a couple mil at 6 this morning. Have some buys ready for lower if it happens, but I'm BULLISH for next week for a couple of reasons. One of them is because I think we are either done or about done with dilution for a couple of months - maybe even longer.
Would be great to knock 7's down...little gun shy about that so far with mm's still moving SFOR to 5's after the closing and a block of over 5 mil sold this morning at 5's - no sign of them letting up yet, but maybe soon. LETS GO HIGHER SFOR!
With regards to what HH said and in correlation to Scotland...I think HH is right, we could see .0002 to .0004's, BUT that keeps SFOR moving forward to stay in business...the kicker, they will stay in business much - much longer than what Scotland says or thinks. SFOR isn't going out of business. This is not a get rich quick deal in 6 months, folks.
The rubber is in the process of hitting the road right now. Meaning...
1. SFOR will continue to dilute until it has enough revenue (revenue from sales, an infusion from a partner, or from litigation, etc). They have no choice left to dilute unless revenue increases one way or another PERIOD. Otherwise, they wouldn't be diluting PERIOD.
2. This means, increased volatility. MM's are going to do their thing - buy low, sell high, and go back to this process over and over (the "sell high" part might only be a tick or two - but with 500 mil shares - that adds up for them).
3. IF you believe SFOR can hang around long enough via dilution (at this time and for who knows how long via dilution), AND win nicely against WhiteSky, PhoneFactor, Authentify and anyone associated with those entities - then SFOR could be a nice play.
All of this is IMO...
So, the rubber is meeting the road or has met the road - expect a wild ride in many ways...are you in or out is the question?
Just adding to the correspondence regarding dilution: people need to get real about what dilution is and does - here is ONE way to look at it...

You could be right, and I hope you are right...we will see.
I hear ya, but in reality, there is the flip side of what you said for the many that never made it to MSFT status. I wouldn't be here if I thought opposite of your sentiment of SFOR. If my sentiment changes, I will be gone. GO SFOR!
People are frequently admitted to nursing homes for rehab, and after 2-6 weeks they go home after rehab. The therapy/remedy for SFOR is either a meaningful event and/or a strong Q3. Without either of those happening in the next 6 weeks, SFOR could very well stay in the nursing home.
still showing 6 mill on ask after that 1 mill purchase
I didn't get any yet this time (owned them at .0005 before the patent news came out).
Bull...not me saying SFOR would hit $5.00...I was responding to another person about where they said they plan on selling their SFOR shares.
When do you think SFOR will become a $5.00 stock? What is the greatest event that will propel SFOR toward $5.00 per share?
At what share price(s) do you think you will sell your shares at one day?
All trades at .0005 have been sell blocks of 5 million and one 10 million block. Who is selling like this at .0005 instead of at the ask?
Hope you are right but I don't think so. I also sent you a private message.
Thank you! I'm just am having a hard time wrapping my arms around that the share price didn't surpass .001 and stay there (even for a day) with SFOR in the major publications...would have thought there would've been support, but instead, the share price went down each day thereafter. I'm trying to be patient...thanks for your correspondence!
Just like the government does, print more money. SFOR - produce something!
Some one or persons dumped 25 mil shares. Amazing with all of the PRs, announcements in major publications that SFOR couldn't surpass .001 and stay there.
This isn't going to be popular to say (and I thought I would never think it), but I'm guessing there is a 20-25% chance that the doors could be closing by year end. Many reasons why I'm thinking that. NOW, that's not a 100% thought, so only being cautious at this point and putting some cash on the side.
It did hit 5 already for a few shares. Probably see more like you said. Anyone talk to Kay lately and demand non-PR info?
Have a good weekend too!
djxray...are you guessing a down or up week next week?
It's similar to what the government does - keep printing money...in SFOR's case - printing shares. One day crap hits the fan. Oh yeah, were are there with the government if they don't do something soon about the debt.
Where is the bottom at? People have been saying the bottom has been at all levels from .0012, .001, .0008 to .0007. Cash is often king when dilution and/or mm's are working things over.
I asked Mark about a telecom deal and he said he never said anything about a telecom deal. That can mean two things I guess...there isn't one or he is retracting his comments (I thought he said there was one in the works). I'm not calling him a liar, so I'm taking it as if there isn't a telecom deal. That took some steam out of my hopes. However, I think there is a pretty good sized deal among other smaller ones in the works. Q3 will be interesting - but I'm not getting my hopes up for it either. I'm looking to get some 5's, but I rather see SFOR bust upward instead. I'm LONG SFOR and have shares in the game, but have cash for dips - I'm playing both sides. It comes down to some "ifs"...if SFOR gets a lot of money from the WhiteSky lawsuit, if there is enough revenue from sales (Q3 and Q4), and a win against PhoneFactor and Authentify. As we know, any of these can spike SFOR upward...time will tell which of them work out in SFOR's favor.
Pension...no doubt - it is going to take time here. I found out there is not a telecom deal in the works...darn!!!
Re-reading your post again - I strongly agree with what you said!
Not trying to argue at all...but unless you are a shareholder or an officer of the company - people probably won't care too much about the WhiteSky win. A PR will no doubt be beneficial just as you have said. A PR about wins against PhoneFactor and Authintify would go a lot further in value to the IT/Security/Business community. SFOR DESERVES the money from WhiteSky due to the losses it incurred and that we shareholders have incurred. Nothing extra about it - the money is needed in the SFOR bank - long overdue.
I will be the first to admit that I haven't been in tune as much with the WhiteSky litigation as others have, but isn't there more time in front of the judge yet? Also, an amount that WhiteSky will owe SFOR hasn't been determined - is that correct? Also, the terms of the settlement/lawsuit might not be disclosed. More time might be needed to wrap the litigation up before an announcement.
