QUOTE: "Anybody want to take a shot at answering whether (-$)ACDU has filed any SEC financials lately?"
You're attempting to put words in my mouth, 'filed' for 'produced', having persevered in pressing their case, 'tis reazzonable the financials have been produced and not filed, as is evident. Best of luck, Buckaroo!
If it was as cut and dried as that, ACDU would have already been revoked, as the other five companies in the group initially investigated by the SEC. What evidence do you have that ACDU has not produced their financials. And what evidence outside of a common address that Keith Maydak is or has ever been a part of ACDU, outside of a bit part in a stock promotion of ACDU to which the company disavowed any connection.
So essentially, in your opinion, the SEC has more important things to do than revoke ACDU. Could be. Could also mean a more substantive defense is convincing the SEC to relent and allow past financials to be filed. Jail is another matter, especially profitable on the NYSE these days, until we jail the for-profit jailers. Fudd for thought..
Depends what the individual does -- no foul if he or she posts positive info without suppressing the opinions of others. Care to hazard a guess as to why the SEC proceedings are dragging on for so long?
LOL, let me put it another way. If an individual has sold a stock short, and would suffer grievous financial harm should that stock rise, that individual's motivation is certainly germaine to the discussion. If that indiviidual acts on this motive, their action is at least a conflict of interest, and may indeed constitute criminal behavior. ACDU has a case pending with the SEC, and if they prevail, share price would of course jump from the current .0001. Even if ACDU is revoked, they can register in likely one of the BRICS countries, again resulting in a handsome appreciation of the stock's value.
Balderdash, Sir! How to account for the ongoing SEC proceedings in that case?! $ACDU
Hey everyone, could we take that stupid zombie pic down?!!
In the words of the immortal folklore professor Katharine Morgan from Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, "How y'all know??"
Xanadu's on the money, stockorpoker -- our little company, waiting on news from the S.E.C., is apparently operating in a country ruled by a dictator. I must concede he has good reason to do so. Philly Mike, if $ACDU comes through big, I'm buying a place in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, pretty much where this whole saga began. You're all invited to Iowa City, Iowa for a bonfire and hog roast (vegan vittles will also be provided) if we're reinstated.
Thanks, scon. In case John Fleming is checking our board, I'd like to apologize for a rude statement I made toward him, since I don't know him personally and have no firsthand knowledge of his character. The fact that anything is going on with TGLND is a minor miracle, and I'm glad to be on board.
Morning, Stockmavin. I grew up in NYC as well, learning how the game is rigged by soulless moneybags at an early age. Which gave me the hunch that the fix is in on TGLN. Other irons in the fire if this one goes up in smoke! GLTA!

GL, Crazy Jerry! For the record, I would have likely done better trading stock warrants with the coin I've had tied up in TGLN these past few years.
It's all about the potential here, Stockmavin. Sure, the company was a huge scam that hurt a lot of folks. Now it's a shell. Think about it, why do a reverse if no plans for the future? Also, in purchasing a shell, it helps if it's dirty, so frustrated holders dump it. TGLN is an active Nevada corporation. Been puzzling why Fleming is listed, him being such an asshat and all. Sure encourages folks to dump the stock, no? We'll see... $TGLN
Excellent point.
Plans for this shell are already in place. This will play out large.
Looks like big wig owners now wish to shake out current holders before taking this thing north. $TGLN
You don't make your light burn brighter by blowing the other guy's out. News is news. Best of luck!
GM, All! Hoping for news this or next week! $ACDU!
Watch them manipulators go! Hold tight, EIPC will move up rapidly with news. A global shift has started which will change the way the average person conceptualizes technology. This may benefit EIPC's cutting edge technology. A note to the home office -- eschew conventional advertising and focus on publications like Iowa City's little village (http://littlevillagemag.com/) -- more Bank for the Buck! [Dear Shortie, Burn! Sincerely, HH718]
*thumbs up!* [Might just have to put on a suit and tie for the occasion!]
Going on four weeks since the last brief was due, I'm thinking this may be a good sign...
I see them struggling along, running on empty, with some very mind-blowing technology on board. Could be a winner, could go bust. Huge reward here if they pull it off.
Awaiting news of their subsidiary Sol Rayo's National Science Foundation phase II progress for a start.
This is big! Thanks again, Murmel. Have a great week everyone!
News is coming. Don't fall for manipulators' tricks.
$250K for controlling interest, or 50+% of outstanding shares? And if they find a buyer, our shares could theoretically have a lot more value than where we sit now. Noticed a few buys the last few weeks...
Nice find, Murmel! I too am interested in Wick's opinion. Strange to see the infamous John Fleming's name everywhere, don't know what to make of that. $TGLN!
I hope the home office is well-apprised of the new role of graphene in battery and ultracapacitor applications. Great things take time. Like the wonder material graphene majorly recognized in 2011, finding what to do in what order with the new materials is the trick...
Thanks, Philly! Spider sense is tingling here. If there's any justice.. And Happy April Fools' Day, which incidentally lasts the whole month!
"Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Rule of Practice 450(a), that a brief in support of the petition for review shall be filed by February 13, 2015. A brief in opposition shall be filed by March 16, 2015, and any reply brief shall be filed by March 30, 2015."
Philly Mike, can we expect a decision from the SEC within days do you think?
Thought this was worth reviewing. Nellafom, are you still on board?
I think it would be great if the Nicaraguan people could rise up and stop the Canal. As much as it would help economically, the environmental downside is dire. The funny thing is, with eco-tourism and the like, ACDU might profit just as well without the Canal. As you pointed out, it all hinges on whether ACDU got their financials in order. Should know the first week in April...
