BIEL should get the word out on a couple of the major radio stations that they know are great target areas, plus spot (15) second commercials on each of the big (3) main stream TV stations during the news hour to drive an awareness campaign that quickly shows of their effective, drug free products; and of course revisit Dr. Oz again soon. State that they are available online, and at certain stores (named) in your area. Licensing and Sales is everything here. imo

Bioelectronics has been positioning itself for a while (as you know) and the ducks are really lining up here. Stay closely tuned

This is the best I have ever seen this company and the BIEL board and I have been watching and have bought and sold this stock on and off at various times since 2009. It was one of my first Pinksheet stocks. I have been back in of course and I expect great things henceforth. Very exciting to see Actipatch being rolled out in CVS! *BIEL*

Stop exagerating...no one knew anything more than what Hanks said in his letter to all shareholders, which was posted here for ALL to see, which also shocked many, myself included, about the MMEX RS news revealed by the SEC link. In the letter to shareholders Hanks said he was 'considering' and RS, which I doubt anyone thought it was going to be announced at the time it was announced. Now if anyone sold during the spike on Friday, again, it's no surprise.

Hanks has had plenty of time to get his $h!t together with his project in the Permian Basin. Excuse me if I am having trouble taking him and his project seriously. Instead of getting the refinery built, low and behold he resorts to screwing over the shareholders. I am just looking for any chance of a play here - not interested in long term holding anymore, especially after these recent anti-shareholder revelations. MMEX- more like MMEH now (note: MMEH is not a company, it's a play on words and the MMEX symbol).

People think this will stop in one day; It hit like a 70% drop today so that means typically another 30% drop of what's left of the pps or so (at least) tomorrow because there is nothing to stop it from doing so

Not trying to be a wise guy here, but now that we have the wonderful finance news preceded by the wonderful RS news, what then is the reason for the pps to go up in the next 20 or so days? Please help because I have lost most of my interest in this stock

On September 14, 2018, we gave notice to FINRA that our board of directors had approved a 1 for 100 reverse split of our common stock, to be effective on October 19, 2018. Accordingly, and assuming approval from FINRA is received, each 100 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 19, 2018 will be reclassified as and converted into, and become a right to receive one share of common stock. No scrip or fractional certificates will be issued. In lieu of fractional shares, the Company will round up any fractional share to the next whole share of common stock.

My first thought was why R/S before financing? But then if the R/S is in place before really good news, that could propel the pps to a better place; otherwise 10 Million shares becomes just 100,000 shares that can be further attacked by a number of things.
