Manipulation
Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.
Excellent points which should be relayed to Investor Relations & Matt Bannon

So what I have noticed is that yes Dilution is present & is being absorbed by the market nicely. Another thing I have noticed which is the bigger problem here is that there are a huge amount of naked short shares entering the market as Dilution is present. Much more than making a market. In fact it is very Blatant & I have been calling it out in complaints to the SEC. I have seen this type of behavior before and some entity is a foul. Some entities or international perpetrators will be named later in an sec news release trust me on this. Anyway that is the manipulation & main reason for this decline, however I will continue to accumulate as $DRUS will in my opinion acquire a complimentary Drone company & continue fulfilling huge contracts. Retail investors are currently being used & abused but the challenge really is to hold out on the Dilution & manipulation. More so the manipulation. It was stated clearly in the SEC 14C Filing that the company will not exceed the 1.5B A/S & that the current Dilution would be used to pay debts, for acquisitions, and employee stock options plans. $DRUS @TheDroneUSA flying high in 2019

Update
.0007's are back & .0008's falling
Huh?
True. All we can do is alert the SEC & or Company about the constant downward pressure used by market makers during dilutive situations. Two wrongs do not make a right. Have seen this on several occasions. Most of the time the SEC is sleeping behind the wheel.

Remember the recent settled lawsuit against Paulo ferro over Misappropriation of Trade Secrets. $DRUS will adamantly defend there intellectual property. Even though there was no wrong doing it does show the strong position of the company against theft
Agreed. Big things are brewing behind the scenes. Alot of fragmentation in this industry. Consolidation is critical. $DRUS flying high in 2019
I second this. February is around the corner. Hopefully a significant update comes from mgmt next month. In the meantime back to the other penny plays.

PINE BROOK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bantek, Inc. (OTCPINK: DRUS) (“Bantek” or the “Company”), a service provider and reseller of drones, insulation jackets and distributor of products to the U.S. Government, today announced that its subsidiary, Howco Distributing (“Howco”), received approximately 1.6 million in contracts in the last eleven days from the US Defense Logistics Agency. In addition, the Howco team visited Columbus, Ohio to explore using a secondary packaging option which will help us package our mid-west and east coast supplier products and visited with the Defense Logistics Land and Maritime contract post-award team and members of the small business administration office.
Michael Bannon, Bantek’s Chief Executive Officer, commented, “We are continuously exploring different ways to increase our sales with the U.S. government. When visiting Ohio, we paid a visit to a well-established and capable packing company that can help us more efficiently and at a lower cost package our mid-west and eastern supplier products. We were thoroughly impressed with their operation and we look forward to working with them.”
Matt Wiles, Howco’s COO stated, “We recently had an excellent visit with the DLA Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio including members of the post-award contract team, and members of the small business administration office. These meetings were productive and helped Howco understand how we can better serve the needs of the DLA and support our troops.”
Lindsay Somics, Howco’s Vice President of Business Development, stated, “During our recent trip to Ohio, we were informed that Howco had a best in class on-time shipping performance rating of 93.4% with the DLA. On-time delivery is something we pride ourselves on and as we grow, to make sure we continue with the pattern we have established we have enlisted a secondary packaging house to support our growing business. This will allow us to reduce freight costs and increase margins on items where we didn't have a competitive edge."

I'm glad others see the light. $DRUS will not be down in the trips much longer imo
Good observation. I noticed that same thing about the short report. Definitely less the last couple of days, however I do think something else is transpiring meaning a transfer of shares from the ousted director Paulo ferro to another entity most likely Bannon. A form 4 would confirm my theory. Everyone is screaming Dilution but I believe it's less detrimental than what they think. Again I have other opinions but I will share when the time is right. Happy loading all!
Beautiful buying this morning $DRUS
$DRUS stay the course. Huge opportunities abound. Currently dirt cheap prices
Acquisitions, Debt satisfaction, increased sales with increased margins, drones becoming increasingly popular in monitoring & rescue, no reverse split, max A/S of 1.5B if necessary, institutional interest, distribution expansion, profit oriented professional team and programs to increase sales. $DRUS flying high in 2019

The other thing that propels me to keep accumulating is that new terms granted to $DRUS from there creditor TCA Global Credit Master Fund
Obvious the company has an aggressive plan over the next two years to become more fiscally responsible regarding payments moving forward & the creditors know it.
Contracts since July have increased hastily and imo are just going to keep on coming as profitable programs are implemented. Dilution has slowed & if and when it does stop $DRUS will head back to pennies OTCQB status in a hurry.

I see from the past PRs that $DRUS has grown there contracts at a very quick rate. Enough to sustain the Dilution or payments to creditors on a monthly basis. Earning 1M+ in about a week & a half on multiple occasions means they are a reliable source of goods and services for the government. The company has collaborated with like minded businesses & will continue expanding distribution centers closer to where there customer bases are, reducing freight costs and increasing margins.
You want to know something else. $DRUS is coming off the bottom & once the 50 MA breaks at .0009 most likely on news, the descending triangle will break & we will not be turning back. $DRUS @TheDroneUSA flying high in 2019
