Validation of the class action may be having some effect. Any news on the Wells Notice?
Waiting til it's lower. Under a buck at least.
Too bad there isn't even 1 Plastic2Oil machine running. And with mounting legal fees, there chances keep going down. Just like the stock. Down, Down, Down.
Are you talking about JB's lawyer?
I wonder if Dr. Howell got into JBI because of brochures left in his office?
How low do you anticipate the PPS going?
Yes. Stock has dropped 20¢.
Does anyone have the CA case number handy? Need it to search the court website for updates.
http://www.nvd.uscourts.gov/
With oil prices falling, they won't be selling it that high. Rack rate.....
Catalyst too.
Link please. Where do you get this number? 6?
How's number 2 & 3 coming? Wasn't that a priority for cash flow?
Transparency? Debt Free? Minimal Dilution?
JBI has always respected and taken seriously the trust and financial commitment of our shareholders. JBI's policy has been, and will continue to be, transparency and open dialogue with our investors to the extent allowed by SEC rules. The Company looks forward to building an even stronger relationship with shareholders as our alternative oil and gas company grows.
We operate under a unique value-based management structure. We are guided by the philosophy that management should profit only when our shareholders profit. Beginning in 2009, Mr. Bordynuik collected a salary of only $1 per year, and he is now being compensated according to the employment agreement with JBI's Board of Directors filed in 2010. Additionally, during this time Mr. Bordynuik returned over 31 million of his personal shares to the corporate treasury for acquisitions and growth, all while remaining essentially debt-free and with minimal subsequent dilution. Overall, outstanding shares of JBI have remained within a narrow range, even while the company has sustained many aspects of its development with share issuances.

Then perhaps the poster who stated he has the patent number for the data patent would be so kind as to provide more information.
Check out the superior technology here.

Note the pre-melter in the diagram.
This article is from 2005
If JBI produces fuel at a waste management's facility, is JBI going to truck it the the blending/storage facility?
He's copying an older technology.
Cart before the horse?
The Pre-melt system is not new technology for plastic to oil. Maybe new to JBI, but not new to pyrolysis. What JBI is doing is not new. How is the pre-melt system powered?
They sold a SMALL amount of fuel to a road paving company. We don't know if that sludge was from the processor or from the old blending site or the fuel storage tanks they bought.
As to selling machines vs company owned/operated - that's changed from the original plan.
How do you know there aren't other participants?
And it won't go higher without proven revenue unless it's being pumped for another PIPE. IMO of course.
Quote:IMO the lack of DOZENS of participants in the CA is testimony to the integrity of JBII suffering nothing more than growing pains and learning curve of a start-up beset by MANY ADVERSARIES attempting to HARM the company and its shareholders!
thats a great statement!
its a startup company and the first time it got up to 5 bucks it did not belong there it was based on a vision.
this time along it does belong there and much higher!
How much did they spend on Pakit? To buy the company? To automate the company? Advertising? Until they ran it into the ground.
So the #2 processor STILL isn't running?
JBI can't seem to get #2 up and running. How will they get any units up on any other sites?

OVER A MONTH AGO!!!!!
And volume has been lagging ever since!
They still received a Wells Notice AFTER answering questions.
Published: December 7, 2008. Old news.
Can you find something more current or a chart with prices for the past 3 years broken down by type of plastic? At least the type of plastic P20 is allowed to breakdown?

Link? Their growth is M&A related.
That's just the latest, they've laid of hundreds of workers this year and closed multiple plants often in areas where there are no jobs available.
New government regulations are pending and many thousands could be laid off.

Two attorneys listed for the class action lawsuit. Looks like JB is taking this a bit more seriously than some of the posters have been intimating. Interesting.

Another PIPE?
Amazing Volume today!!!!
It wouldn't be the first time. We were told the processor was running 24/7 and gallons & gallons of fuel had been produced.
And you ASSUME that because nothing has been published, nothing has been done?
Will that be in the lawsuit?
