Yes even that 28% number seems low. E*TRADE portfolio tab for this fund shows ~ 8% stocks USA/Ireland
You may be missing something.

That's correct! I'm looking at the portfolio report. I don't know if it's correct - do some research see if it is correct.
It's what I'm seeing currently for LABU investment portfolio. Maybe check it out, the price went up because buying volume around ~800,000 shares today. Let me know if you get the same information from your broker. Just curious.
North seems this LABU fund is mostly cash - about 91% and 8% stocks. Does this seem correct or is this a recent change?
Sure is up $6.80 not bad.
Volume is fairly high today and with some luck we may be positive. BOTZ has been doing well over the last week.
I guess not!
I hope my observations are just. But these leaks seem to be occurring to frequently. Price action next week may give us a clue.
I doubt the class action suit is related, just fishing for clients most likely.
No I didn’t thanks
I live in the Virgin Islands, love the weather, flowering trees and plants nearly year round. Not to mention the sunsets. No taxes here either. No sales tax or local income tax. Our neighbor Puerto Rico has incredibly high sales tax higher than 11% yikes.
I've been an Amarin investor since Anchor Trial results released. Some times I think there is to much drama with this company.
I'm curious why she is concerned that V may have a negative impact on lipids. Perhaps you should provide some information regarding results from Reduce-It from Investor's Rations page on website.
N40K looks like the second link is broken.
Amazing how planned sales of shares and rumor mill about possible buyout go hand in hand! Well orchestrated event....maybe.
Yes I’m waiting to here him say it. I’m a patient guy.
What do you think about my thoughts Amarin will remain in tact under NVS.
Here in the islands no problem! Hell we have bar/brothels across the street and down the block from the Catholic Cathedral. A number of countries it perfectly legal and should be here. In the islands we are more tolerant as far as pot and woman go.
I don't think he has totally grasp the idea of AA/EPA ratios rather than lipids as the real culprit or cause of CVD.
But he certainly will get there in time...
My scripts where for 1 year supply at the standard dosage, refilled every month! This can vary depends on the doc who writes the script! Maybe 3 month supply with a return visit for blood tests.
I hope your right on the price and takes place sooner. I did not want to provide a date and percentage. Don't want to Jinx's myself! :>) Why I don't play these guessing games! Look's like 50/50 now.
Considering the latest rumor, I bet the Amarin name remains intact along with most of the management.
It would be foolish to believe no BP's are interested or can make a fair offer! Everyone has a price!
NVS would most likely become a holding company over Amarin. Norvartis (NVS) would become our trading symbol. They have a 3.24% Dividend which is not bad.
A little more about NVS:

AMRN 11:25 Amarin call volume above normal and directionally bullish » Bullish option flow… 27 Feb 27 Feb AMRN, NVS 10:05 Rumor moving shares of Amarin, Novartis Amarin early strength attributed to takeover rumor. Shares of Amarin (AMRN) are up 90c, or 5.2%, to $18.33 in early trading amid rumors that Novartis (NVS) may be in talks to acquire the company. The Fly, in fulfilling its mission of explaining stock movement, often comes across the many unconfirmed rumors being passed through trading desks and social media platforms. On the occasion that rumors or speculation appear on The Fly's news feed, it should be viewed not as giving credence to the conjecture, rather as simply highlighting its impact on the stock prices of the companies involved.
Yes doubt a sale will occur later, if it does happen would sooner than later! I have my doubts but it is possible. I think Amarin name should stay intact and become subsidiary rather then be absorbed if bought. Keep management intact by the holding company.
Options volume buying today 19-20 calls. Whats driving the volume up and coming CC perhaps.
He may actually be in pretty good shape vascular wise, taking Statin and Vascepa over the next 10 or 15 years. That is if the combo actually reduces plaque and repairs vessel damage over time, not to mention other CV positive actions. There is some evidence available via the Cherry Trial(Japan) results. When the Evaporate trial is completed should have enough evidence. I think I am in better shape certainly because of the EPA intake plus Statin. As far as Libido goes taking statin has a negative effect, but Vascepa seems to counter act this from my experience. I'm nearly 62 and have a 4 year old daughter and a wife who is 35. :>) most people are surprised when I tell them my age.
P.S. We have quite a few Amature doctors on the board, don't mind them!
This may be an even better predictor of risk.
Not sure which laboratory serves your office? Call us 1-866-MYQUEST (1-866-697-8378)
AA/EPA RATIO PLASMA
Test Code
17864
CPT Code(s) 82491
You should be on Med's at least Vascepa.
20% after management exercising options and selling large number of shares across the board. Not likely any sale will happen his year. No body forced them to sell and if they had a deal in the making, smart idea to hold shares until deal done.
Ask your self this questions - would you sell shares knowing there is a pending sale? They only risk they would have holding their shares, perhaps a one year lockout from selling Pfizer shares.
Wow amazing! Great job.. Not the first time J.L. mentioned this story. Bet he's happy to find the answer too a long unanswered piece of his history!
Thanks, this story made me wonder what happened to this fellow. Sad he succumbed to his injuries.
They pulled out early in one case, before successful results for a drug trial became public. Probably decided the risk reward more inline/profitable with Amarin investment.
The FDA is a political organization try not to use logic!
CardioMD
I agree with your response with factual information. They would be doing a disservice to patients and bottom line by not siding with your request.
Well this certainly is expected thanks! Any O3 with DHA content will not be prescribed for CVD, although there are medical needs for O3 with DHA content.
Thanks!
No wonder he uses initials for his first and middle name probably would misspell them. :>)
Good morning N40K, Yes I dis read your message. I had a bit of an emergency, in the afternoon fire alarms went off in the building. I check the code and an office down stairs had smoke in it. Water dripping on some electrical equipment caused the smoke, I went in an turned all the breakers off, than the main breaker for the office. Fire department showed up later a few minutes later.
I was curious if you where trading some of your Amarin share's taking advantage of the volatility. I have been doing that with 3000 shares.I missed my chance for a low last week, had to fly out to St. Croix. I got lucky with BOTZ but it around a month ago in the low 17's.
I was hoping for an Amarin M&A with Pfizer. Ready to retire spend time with the kids. We have a home in Dominican Republic, Bani, building is completed 3 BR, 2 Bath. My wife has been there a couple of times, but me and the kids haven't visit family since construction started. Flying there in July when kids are out of school. Have a business grocery store/outdoor bar very common in DR. My wife is running from St. Thomas, video cameras to monitor, her mother helps.
I was shooting for a lower price below 16 any reason you didn't buy last week? I got busy a work and missed the lows. I have been trading 3000 share. But the money is in BOTZ, which shot up nicely yesterday, today and nearly a dollar per share. This investment has been pretty stable. I'm a little leery to move the money back into AMRN since it seems trap in this ~17.50-16.50 trading range for some time. After upcoming CC I suspect we see a drop.
P.S. I also noted in a post a couple of years ago about weight loss. Although not over weight I lost around 12-15 pounds. My weight has been very consistant over the years 180 - 185.
Thanks for the info, it sure seems this disease is linked to the western diet and perhaps EPA/AA ratios. Keep us up to date on your results. I hope you have the same success. I believe it may have been FFS, Who reported the fatty liver reduction success taking V.
Thanks for the info, the chart and science looks intriguing!
From a glance could be a possible winner. Ill do some D&D and perhaps place a bet!
