zero I assume many numbers are false. The interesting thing is what the correct numbers are. I find it unlikely that the person behind this stock has worked for decades and has achieved nothing at all. It is not uncommon that scams represent a real business. But it may be way smaller than the scam business as with CCME.
Ecomike "Have fun chasing the ask" At the current pps buying this stock is out of the question as far as I am concerned. I am no trader. I normally go for stocks that I regard as fundamentally grossly undervalued and that I expect have will have a high growth rate. This stock is almost exactly the opposite in my view. But based on what has happened in the past good traders can make a lot of money in this stock.
I note that you still have not made a prediction of earnings per share for the second quarter. One poster mentioned the good effect on earnings per share because of the substantial profits made in the first quarter. I have made a calculation in my head and my conclusion is an improved earnings per share of measly 1 to 2 cents.
Ecomike I see no assessments from you regarding the upcoming quarterly account. Are you to cowardly to present your view?
Based on my impression of what the crack spread was during the second quarter my guess is earnings per share in the range 25-40 cents per share. I am very unsure as to what the markets expects. Here almost everybody seems to see clear skies but I am not convinced that is their real opinion. These boards are used to try to make stock prices advance. If earnings per share are in the range I expect I expect the pps do drop to somewhere between 5 and 6 dollars per share, but it could also drop more if the market expects much higher earnings and those expectations are dashed. I hope shareholders have the courage to come up with their expectations but I suspect few have that courage.
I find the information published today so interesting that I have just bougt 60,000 shares at about 8 cents.
42,000 shares traded and the pps down 37%. This does not suggest a very enthusiastic reception of the news.
hedge When you see how many shares that have traded during recent weeks 53 millon is not a lot.
Moonboy1 I don't see a good reason for such massive dilution right now. Losses are not very high as far as I remember.
Moonboy1 Thanks for the reply! An alternative explanation could be illegal naked shorting for the high volume of trading. It could be linked to the law-suit.
I notice that the crack spread for jet fuel for August is up by about 10 dollars per barrel compared to the price a few weeks ago.

I am surprised to see that Tingo Group acts as if no class actions may be in the offing. The results for the second quarter will be presented in a bit more than a week. There will be time for questions and answers. I suggest that shareholders in this company submit questions about the fact that shareholders in this company are supposedly to have the chance to convert shares to shares in Tingo Group before long.
This company surprises me. Are they going to present true or false numbers? They are even ready to answer questions.
Moonboy1 After your allegations it is time for you to provide evidence that there is a lot of dilution and that this is a total fraud!!!!!
Thanks a lot RD! Nigeria now seems very exciting. I guess India and rice represent problems right now with the export of certain kinds of rice prohibited.
Dawg Thanks! Let's hope you are right.
There is a reference to re-launch. This normally suggests that something has gone awry. Are the implications good or bad?
Dawg Have you read the new rules? Some things have become more lax whereas others have become more strict. I think that when somebody posts a link that is not accessible to everybody the person doing that should at least try to provide the gist of what is the content of the link.
Dawg My impression is that your post should be removed according to the new rules because your link is not generally accessible. That was a change I supported. It is harrassing with links that don't work for everybody. Is there any news of significance?
More than 16% of the outstanding shares trsded so far today after about half that number of shares have been trading for days. Absurd!
Pps already less than 2.4 dollars. Is it the company selling more than 10 million shares day after day? Why is the pps dropping sharply day after day?
I am surprised that this stock is still trading and that the pps seems to be 5,000% higher than its past low.
RD I think this is a fair and possible presentation of what seems to have happened.
retired I doubt your explanation is right this time. I had not discovered that there had been a at least seemingly substantial sell-off of shares pushing the pps down. But the pps more or less recovred during the rest of the day. Thus the market now seems to think that a little above 6 dollars is now what this stock is worth.
retired Best asked price below 6 dollars when I ckecked. What has happened?
St range logic: "
I am all out for now. Think the best is ahead of us so ready to buy back if I get a chance."
aandt I t hink you have been too patient regarding PCTL. I was too patient too but I sold my shares more or less quite some time ago. ITUP too has required some patience but it seems that a lot of things start happening these days.
gosox I think the following is a very important qualification in a lot of jobs: "I can think." I think it was this ability that enabled me to do will in quite a few university exams. One thing is memorising what you read in books and gulp it up. Another thing is to show that you are on top of what you have memorised.
Recently I have loked into Buddhist ethical teachings since I have a girl friend who largely subscribes to those values. I am positively surprised.

DK11 I think me moves from stock to stock pumping them. Roughly a a year ago he pumped BDCO as far as I remember.
gosox Generally it depends on the market's view of the stock in question. A low float is no guarantee of a sharply rising stock price. If the potential buyers think that the stock is fully price there will be little demand for the stock and the pps will not move much. If the market thinks the pps is way too low the pps is likely to rise very sharply if the volume of trading really jumps.
I agree that short-term stock prices are not correlated with fundamentals. If I remember correctly there is a saying to the effect that value will out. The implication is that if stocks are fundamentally very cheap the pps will more or less gradually adjust to the fundamental value. Time will show in what direction this stock will move.
RD Thanks a lot for keeping us updated. It appears that things are progressing quite fast.

You have already proved that it is imposssible to give you valid reasons for him to invest less than a tenth of a percent of the value of his shares in BDCO in buying more shares at a bit more than 50% of the current pps. I have suggested two reasons I think are valid. One of them is to convince others that this is an attractive stocks that others too ought to buy. If he succeeds he stands to gain more in wealth than by buying a few more shares compared with the value of value of the shares he already owns.
Moreover, if you try to find the most attractive stock around it may take far too much time to invest a very small sum of money in relation to your net worth. It makes more sense to invest that modest sum of money in a stock you know well in advance and that you think is a good buy. I think intelligent people will regard this reasons as valid.
Does the command of spelling reflect the ability to assess the value of stocks?
RD I generally think the information is very elegantly expressed. I am really impressed with how professional the text looks. I notice that a non-American alternative has been chosen - towards and not toward. This may reflect that the whole world is the target.

Living up to these lofty goals may prove demanding both when it comes to time-consumption and real performance. Does Masala Capital already have the people to attain the above goals?

More than 20,000 shares traded yesterday. I don't find your comments very apposite regarding yesterday.

tbirdman The fact that you now have sold 75% of your shares speaks volumes about your assessment of the current stock price. There are very few posters on this board. Even so, you ignore a high percentage of the few posters!

My point is that you claim something is the case even though it seems to be based on a pure conjecture (I assume that you have not talked to the majority shareholder about his motivation.) I don't find the your conjecture very convincing. We have both been in the stock market for several decades. I think it is easier to know what motivations are when leaders of companies increase their stake in the company than when a particular leader increases his or her stake. I find the way you argue very unconvincing this time.
aandt Good news. The pps is up and more than a million shares have traded.
downthehatch "And he believed BDCO shares are a better investement than any other investment he saw out there (others that would not have to be reported to the SEC, by the way)" Of course you may be right. But your explanations are pure conjecture on your part if you have not talked to him.
Leaders of companies sometimes buy shares in the companies they lead or even largely own because they know that the stock market will interpret their buys the way you do. They may have various reasons why they would like to see the pps higher. But I think too that there is a fairly good chance that the pps will be higher than 3.5 dollars during the next three years. I doubt that the owner of about 80% of the shares of this company bothers to invest the sum of money in question in other companies.
