The first pr is LOI with Yorkville Advisors to acquire Mountain Hawk Energy LLC and the second pr is the first of 2 to be named subsidiaries number 1 is Fluid solution group, not sure if acquire is the same as a subsidiary but IMO they are going to name another subsidiary in the near future.

Has anyone found any information on this Fluid Solutions Group?
nothing pops up on Google search.

Looks like we are going to have to have the singed done deal agreements, to get this pps to move.
