Kraft Lawsuit
With a forward P/E of 25.5, SBUX shares are by no means cheap; in fact some may even call it expensive, which leads us to believe that the stock's price may be much more sensitive to any harmful news as opposed to favorable events. The $2.9 billion Kraft lawsuit is a good example of this, and many analysts are expecting SBUX to pay at least $1 billion in addition to any legal fees to Kraft for damages. Although these expectations are general knowledge to the public, SBUX shares are hitting all-time highs, indicating that it has not been reflected in the valuation. In addition, with roughly only $1.67Bn in available cash, it is safe to assume that SBUX will tap into debt options in order to finance the settlement and keep on-going operations. The new debt plus the payment for the settlement will almost definitely harm the company's bottom line. If we combine this with the fact that the stock is more sensitive to downside news, SBUX may take a dip after the lawsuit ruling. I am hoping that the market will overreact to this news, and then purchase shares aggressively after a misinterpreted drop.
Yes... I'm Adding More All The Way To $20.........
I'll consider selling at $30......
My 401K Says Thanks..........
:)
I Like This Web-Site.........
Happy 4th Everyone !!! Enjoy !!!!!!

Oh Yes,,,, The Best Is Yet To Come...........
Two Auto Giants Poised for Huge Growth
The first is a familiar name to any American, and it comes with a familiar story. Iconic automaker Ford was near ruin when CEO Alan Mulally took the company's reins at the behest of the Ford family in 2006.
Mulally assembled a team of Ford's best executives, and together they led a turnaround that is one for the business history books. After mortgaging the company to the hilt, Mulally and his team slashed costs, simplified the company's global model portfolio, and made quality and competitiveness top priorities.
The results were all they'd hoped for and more. Ford's latest cars and trucks are class leaders, its factories are humming, its debt has been paid down and its good credit rating restored. In the first quarter of 2013, Ford reported its highest-ever profit in North America.
That story is well-known. But what is less well-known is what Mulally and his team are doing in Asia.
Ford's huge investment in China growth
Over the last decade, China's new-vehicle market has grown to be the largest in the world. But for much of that time, Ford was occupied elsewhere, and could only look on as its global rivals secured big shares of this white-hot, new market.
Mulally and his team want to change that — and they are putting a lot of Ford's money on the line to do so.
Between 2010 and 2012, Ford announced almost $5 billion worth of investments in new factories in Asia — five in China alone. Going from just a token presence a few years ago, the company is planning to have a 6% share of China's new-car market by 2015 — a market that is already significantly larger than that of the U.S., and still growing. Ford executives think that 40% of the company's global sales could come from China alone by 2020.
That sounds ambitious. But if Ford's successes in China so far suggest anything, it's that 6% by 2015 might turn out to be conservative.
Already, big success for the Blue Oval in China
Last year, Ford said that it would roll out 15 new or significantly refreshed models in China by 2015, bringing the best of its global product portfolio to Chinese consumers.
The first of those, the company's well-regarded Focus compact, arrived in China last spring.
How did it do? It only became China's top-selling car in 2012. And Ford's growth continues to accelerate: Ford's China sales were up a huge 54% in the first quarter of 2013, far ahead of the overall market's growth rate. Its market share in the first quarter was 3.6%, up a full point from the year before.
During that quarter, Ford introduced the Kuga — an SUV identical in all but name to the Escape. Next up is the Mondeo, a twin to Ford's hot new Fusion sedan. Also coming soon are more of Ford's SUVs, including the Explorer — just in time to take advantage of fast-rising demand for SUVs in China.
The fact is, so far, Ford's lineup is proving to be very popular with Chinese consumers. The vehicles are well-made, packed with high-tech features, and stylish without being ostentatious — a just-right combination for many Chinese buyers.
It also doesn't hurt that Ford is one of the world's oldest automakers, and still partially owned by the founding family. Those things count for a lot in China.
Big growth for Ford in coming years
Right now, Ford is just breaking even in its "Asia Pacific Africa" region, which includes China. That's because those big investments Ford is making for future growth are offsetting the profits from today's growth.
But those investments will wind down over the next year or two, just as Ford's growth streak hits its stride. Ford's profits from China could easily total a billion dollars a year or more by 2015, analysts say. That should drive a significant bump in Ford's stock price.
The Motley Fool caught on to Ford's turnaround way before many Wall Street "experts" did. Motley Fool co-founder David Gardner recommended buying Ford in the Fool's flagship Stock Advisor newsletter all the way back in 2009.
For the savvy readers who jumped on it, that has turned out to be a terrific investment. And now, the message here is that Ford's growth story isn't over — and China will be a big part of the next phase

MDLZ Still An Awesome Play...........
Found this today....
A couple underrated foods companies include J.M. Smucker and Mondelez (NASDAQ: MDLZ). Smucker is one of the great peanut butter-coffee combo companies, while Mondelez is the international spinoff from Kraft Food Group.
Its key segment is the biscuit category, accounting for over 30% of revenues, with 27% of revenue from the chocolate category, 17% from beverages, 15% from gum and candy and 9% from cheese and grocery. Mondelez's key brands include Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, Cadbury and Trident.
Unlike General Mills and Kellogg, Mondelez already has impressive international exposure, with about 80% of sales are expected to come from outside of North America in 2013.
Rumors are floating that billionaire activist Nelson Peltz might be looking to push Pepsi's snack food business and Mondelez to merge. This is big news, as I think this could be a big positive for both companies. The stock is down over 5% during the past month. This could be a good time to buy into the stock.
Mondelez has reaffirmed its 2013 organic revenue growth target of 5%, while upping its earnings guidance to $1.55 to $1.60 per share. At the mid-point, that would be 13% year over year EPS growth. This international snack company also pays investors a 1.8% dividend yield on a 50% payout of earnings.
Be Very Carful My Friend.............
This could very easily double by the end of next year!
Yes! You heard it here first...........
:):):)
Hey, Check This Out...........
With Mondelez focusing on international emerging markets, especially China, and Smithfield Foods being acquired by a Chinese company, they both have similar interests. But Mondelez is trading at a valuation significantly lower than Smithfield's. If the former were bought out at a valuation similar to the latter's, the shares could go for $40 each. That is a 33 premium over current market value, which would be a handsome reward for today's call buyer.
