.... 0.984 trade, nice...
Time to slap the ask.
Anyone mind posting an L2 today? I'd like to take a nibble at the ask.
GREAT CHARTS!!!
Person Mark for you!
Well, last time digi linked the L2's there were roughly 3XX,000 shares for sale between .0039 and .0041, with a total value just under ~$2,000.00+/-
With that said, with today's 240,000 and 60,000 from yesterday... that there is 300,000 shares and considering the rest of the little nibbles here and there... I could only assume that the .0039 wall is looking pretty darn thin.
Additionally - the L2's looked something like this...
.0039 - 5,000
.0039 - 92,000
.0039 - 3,000
.0039 - 240,000
.076
.076
If we've gobbled up 300,000 shares already... the price action could begin to pick up. Again, I have not seen a recent L2 because the volume has been so low, I don't really have a use for it currently. But when this begins to move, it'll move and it'll be very fast.
Unless someone in the group begins dumping into the run (which I hope we do not see happen) - then there is no reason that this could not blow passed the .076 price mark and move onto higher ground.
I guess it all boils down to:
A) Release of news.
B) What the company will Do.
and
C) When they will do it.
Did we ever buy those shares back?
You only sit on the bid to form a support, if you're bid sitting to gain exposure to the stock - one would have to gauge the general sentiment of the market. If you can absorb the free falling shares during a down trend, good. As some have said, buying at the ask is not that much more - but again, I'd grab the ask when I want in. Once I'm in, I bid sit. And once momo begins to take off, I push on the ask.
IMO, those are the ways to protect your investment.
Bid whackers work to attack the bid support, causing a loss of demand/support so that the price can trend downwards.
IMO, this is not what is going on with GDSM. What's going on is all of the people who bought in below .002 and the run up are taking their profits comfortably at 120%+ returns.
Sounds like a great plan to me.
And consider the money they've made, will give them more exposure for the next run up when the assay results arrive...
I've followed another stock for a while, MMT* and I had complained about how they NEVER announced why and what they were issuing shares for (no form 8ks and etc). The fact that GDSM says that they will, is pretty upstanding.
Now, whether or not they keep that promise is a whole nother story, but it is really admirable that they care enough about the share holders to keep us in the loop and not the dark.
Bingo.
things to stew on:
No debt.
No dilution.
Clean Share Structure.
Low Float.
Up-listing possible.
Any number of combination of events prior and up till now are all still possible.
Whatever it may be - I cannot see this not making good bank.
Thank you very much, we have a great group of investors over here with balls of steel. As it has been shown, no one wants to sell... and IMO, we've pretty much cornered the float (which is what I said was my initial goal to begin with).
I agree, this held nicely throughout the day too.
I agree with this, there is some profit taking too. But If this continues to hold and forms a new support.. it'll go higher.
Pure bologna. A bid whacker is not a bid sitter, which is what you described. There is nothing at all wrong with sitting on the bid, especially if this is trending south. Why would you want to pay more, when the goal is to enter at the cheapest possible price?
A bid whack is when someone takes out the bid, lowering the bid to the next level offered. THAT is a bid whack and it forces the price down. I understand you want people to buy off of the bid to support the price, but obviously we are in the midst of a price reversal.
Pump has been executed. The dump is underway.
Endless believers defending their paper investment - priceless.
For the person asking about the promo...
http://pennystockalerts.com/gdsm-stock-hot-gold-market-pick-or-promo-fools-gold/
To which they said:
Pump up the volume...
Sure convertible at that price, but who pays?
What's with your condescending language? I'm pointing out the reality - if you do not agree with it, that is fine. I feel that GDSM is being pumped, big time. By the posters on this board, they look at everything through rosy glasses and understandably so; they want their investment to be worth something.
But as it stands, currently:
1) We do not know the 'worth' or 'value' of the 'property' being mined.
2) We do not have any of the equipment to mine it to begin with, which costs several hundreds to millions of dollars. Mines have exuberant startup costs, that WILL be financed BY THE SHAREHOLDERS, as it is CLEARLY stated in the recent filing.
Sure once everything is in place and they are mining, of course they won't need AS MUCH public money - at that point they'll have a recovery cost and etc to determine whether or not the mine is feasible (hopefully it is).
I never wrongly mislead anything so your wordage is again, another pump. Don't let people see the truth on how GDSM is going to finance itself.
The word initially means, from the start. From the start, they have NOTHING. We will foot the bill for their decision as to whether or not THEY WILL EVEN CONTINUE.
I think some of you need to reread phase 3-5.
Again, phase 1-5 generates ZERO REVENUE. Yep, read it again Sir. There will be no profits this year, at the earliest, GDSM could consider the idea of mining, probably next year around this time.
Your play on semantics is just that, a play on words.
We had a White Marubozu candlestick for the close friday.

I'm not alluding to 'massive dilution.' I'm simply saying this may trend lower because the volume is trickling down, they will issue more shares whether you believe it or not as another payment due is just around the corner.
I'm a realist - so I'll simply say it as I see it. I am not always right, I don't own a crystal ball - as nice as that would be. I'm just like you, a regular joe working the 40/40 plan in life. Trying to gtfo of the rat race and let the other suckers run for 'first place'.
If you read my posting history, I never said that GDSM is a bad play. I simply kept a realist view that, regardless there are bills due and before a single ounce of au/ag is pulled from the ground, they will have to pay for the equipment to get it.
And who is going to foot that bill?
Smack on this all you want, no one wants to sell. If you want your shares, buy them off of the ask.
Someone must of needed a cheeseburger, to do a $13.00 trade to knock this off by ~60% - lol, wow.
Very good chart!
As I've said though, in penny land charts are more hindsight then anything else. A lot of the indicators have reset - but again the direction of the stock is dependent upon the sentiment of the market.
lol all of the disinformation on here about MM's.
There are no 'large' brokerages or 401ks/pensions being put into this. It is simply a matter of people trying to pump to a) keep the price up and b) giving them a golden parachute.
Like I said, the 'current' pump is over. The next will be when the assay results come in. I'd say wait a few more days and this'll continue to trend lower and before the results come through (end of april-may) buy back in and ride it back up (if the results are good).
Well, I did call Brosna(BCI) today and confirmed that Maurice Bryne IS the ceo of Brosna. I called their Texas branch and the receptionist informed me that Maurice works out of Canada, so he was not available for me to talk to.
I am in the middle of liaisons attempting to make contact with Maurice to confirm some of the DD that we've all worked so diligently to uncover.

I agree.
Hot Summer Play - (DD included inside)
I am hedging my bets that $SOCU will take off in the coming weeks. We have new owners coming on board, who have yet to announce the new business plan.
Here is some DD on the new owner (Jeffrey?) Alan Muller...
