How could they file if the SEC ordered the report due on a federal holiday? Like I said, common sence tells you it's business days which puts the due date on the 23rd.

Try again. 5 calander days from the 15th would have been yesterday the 20th. I think common sence tells us they ment business days.

I think it's thursday slo, not wednesday. Five business days from the 15th is 23rd because of the holiday.

BHF, that is a totally false statement. The letter sent to me used the bulk postage rate not an 85 cent stamp like you claim.

The market opens at 8 for pre market transactions. CTIC already went up over 1.50 and is now going back down.

TBSS filed an extension and posted the form for all the shareholders to view. If it means it's going to take a couple of more weeks to get the paperwork done right, so be it. As for me personally, I'm taking this as a last minute buying opportunity.

Looks like we have to wait another two weeks to get the quarterly report. As you know, the price dropped on that news and my buy order was filled. I'm not pleased with the news of the delay buy I am satisfied with the price I paid for additional shares. Good luck.

I suspect they are going to put out a PR notice along with the quarterly report.

If we get a quarterly report like we expect, the price should go up. If we don't get a quarterly report, then the price should go down. In either case, I'm prepared.

I put in a low ball buy first thing this morning to see if I could pick up some shares while I'm out.

When we know right well there is no information available for TBSS, it's down right comical how so much trash can be made up from nothing. I'm sure TBSS will speak for it self when the report comes out.

No offence but if you want to make money trading penny stocks you had better learn to do some investigating on your own because you can not count on what others have to say, good or bad. As for TBSS, it' new and hasn't reported it's first quarterly report as yet. At that time, you will know as much about TBSS as we do. Also, a piece of advice is not to use any funds you may need in the future. Pennies have a tendency to take more than they give. Good Luck.

Seems like the sellar's have moved on. I bought high, I bought low and every where in between. It's just a gamble like all the pinks. Now we wait for a report showing if TBSS claims are factual or not. (my money is on factual) Good luck.

Did you read Pru's post #3448? It makes a lot of sence. Personally, I think that once the quarterly report comes out and if it's favorable, we will never see these low prices again.

I thought I did good picking up another 20k this morning at .045. It looks like the guy doing the dumping doesn't care what price he gets. I think I'll wait a little longer and see what happens.

Pru, your thoughts about TBSS make a lot of sence. I just got home at 3:50 and was surprised to see how low the price was. I thought I'd try and pick some up and ended up with another 20k at .053. If the quarterly comes out on time, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't positive and the pps should jump considerably. Keep up the good work.

I remember when good news was common and news came out on a weekly basis. It would be nice to see those days come back again.

Finally, someone sees this company as having some value after all. For a while, I didn't think anyone was taking notice to the 12% increase in revinue. Growth is good.

Based on the facts available, I am still a buyer, including the 10k I picked up this morning while I was out. I liked the price at .075. Looking forward to the upcoming report. As long as the price stays in this vicinity I plan on picking up another 40 to 50k between now and when the report comes out. Good luck to all.

I'm still buying TBSS, dispite all the trash talk. Until the quarterly report comes out the only information available is through company supplied news memos. Everything else means absolutely nothing. Good luck.

TBSS did not take over ANSH untill Nov 8th. Ernests call to HydraSep was on Nov 2nd. That's why HydraSep did not recognise TBSS at the time of Ernests call.
