Chuck and Tom have been involved with wall street for about 60 years combined, that is their strength, they know exactly what they are doing and will not be selling out the company. They do have a major institutional investor in Canada that buys many of the PP shares. Again, they know what they are doing and revenue from one deal will put an end to the private placements. I do believe they will be licensing their technology in the near future as well.... The SP won't go much lower, so if you are worried about a couple cents or having your money in for a few months then R & D stocks probably aren't for you.... when we do get good news it will fly, and Chuck will get it the attention it deserves and it will fly very high. It will happen quickly too..... do you want to miss the boat and be on the sidelines when it gaps up and stays up? That's the risk you take. GLTA

We might get a good bounce after the presentation in mid February. We have such a solid base here, it won't take much to get it rolling

Very True Coin, the key to making big money on R and D stocks is to get in when they ready to start making money. I think what some fail to realize is that their business model has extremely high margins, A very high percentage of revenue goes directly to the bottom line. First consulting revenue puts us in the green for the quarter for earnings.

And Provini and Scarpa have a ton of wall street experience and have been very pragmatic and efficient with the company during R and D phase

Hey Coin, I think they are going to be issuing news very soon (next week)... I was told the PP had to close quickly and that usually means they are sitting on news they want to put out.

I also agree we have a great base at these levels, and the folks that tax sold late in the year will be buying back in soon. I think we gonna move nice...

If we get revenue news next week we are not only going to have our first revs, but we'll have a profit for the quarter!

I think in the near term the cap can go higher based on this deal, maybe other similar deals get announced as well. And I think just the anticipation of "ready to go" commercial efficiencies in the low 20's will keep this moving north. Like teq said, when they confirm low 20's this stock will move, partner or not, because that will practically gaurantee a partner getting in.

Coin, I think you are right on the money, that is my understanding as well. The technical team is basically coming up with the list of tasks and how they should be performed by NREL or Fraunhofer and they will get the desired low twenties efficiencies. And from what I was told the turn around with whomever they decide to use is pretty quick! Like Coin said, the lions share is done!

Another thing I "think" I heard in the interview that isn't being talked about, is that this is a first facility and that the company we are contracting for is planning on build outs throughout the Carribean as there are many large tourist resorts, etc and the electricity costs are high and would benefit greatly from solar

From my understanding listening to the interview, it sounds like we will be getting a flat fee for the consulting on the build out AND a percentage of the revenue from the power generated at the facility, and as was mentioned further input on newer natcore technologies.

This is a first deal Scotty, They get percentage of the build out cost then percentage of all power produced going forward, and it is with a company that is planning build outs throughout the region, like Chuck said they are getting paid to develop a relationship with a customer that will be significant going forward. I'm sure you know a lot about plumbing....

Chuck has no problem mentioning that he had over 30 years experience on wall street, but he doesn't know that insider sales no matter what the reason are going to be very detrimental to a stock with liquidity as low as this one???? Give me a break, there wasn't another security he could have liquidated to take care of his taxes??? I guess it was also just a coincidence that the SP had gone up so much before he decided to sell??? again, give me a break
