*Replace CEO
*Replace office workers(family)
*Decide when FFF will replace Mark and pay contract
*What metal to mine since we have so much of everything
*Who gets Mark's truck
*Who gets the stapler
*When to bring the workers back(they will make us money)
*Decide on what long term financing package will work the best (includes FFF pay and bonus)
*Hire Johnny as our PR, party organizer with CandyB ofcoarse
*How to pay for all the share holders whom have stuck around this long and fly them round trip for the June company party (except its BYOB)
*Transportation provided by Trueblue and that Beautiful Car!

The Judge has not, will not agree to any of this, its all a ploy to buy time and play games. I believe JPM,FDIC, and our other lawyers are truly nervous for sh*t is about to hit the fan.
Our EC lawyers have plenty of ammo and will fire as needed but I also think JPM and FDIC are just messed up.

Richard, the company I believe they stated some kind of share buy back and also to give some confidence to its share holders that when they are cash flow positive, generating revenues, paying back loans that somewhere add value to the PPS eventually along with a possible divident.

Some time down the road the big money people will want a larger piece of the pie while minimizing their buying of the shares hence the company buying back shares.

We have all doubted along this bumby journey and the price has been high for most but we have a credible systems that seems to fit our extraction of these minirals and metals that are worth BIG $$$ and is really becoming the company to own. I hope you are with us as we pull the brake and get this train moving down the tracks, maybe for good!

I agree! The company is so undervalued and many agree that .10-.30 a share is very plausible and in my opinion in some near future we may even go to $1.00 but some kind of share buy back would have to be committed to along with solid revenues and even change their listing to another exchange.
I am hopeful and optimistic lately and my dream is to see that Milford Miracle happen for all the reasons I have given in past posts.

My comment is that we had a major bank stolen and as far as I can tell the punishment does not remotely fit the crime and also a road map has been laid out for anyone else to pull this crime off again! And that totaly concerns me to no end!

Also in your opinion, what keeps the judge from saying no to all that was said on Friday and just rule on SJ anyway? She could right?
And if she does then Friday's plan will explode in the faces of our enemies and the EC may be still in a better position.
The judge is got to be pissed and the EC I hope has a great offense and defense.

When looking at all this with all the facts presented, WAMU should really get everything back x3 plus rico charges and throw out the crooked lawyers and let true justice be served!

Like I have said in previous posts, our Judicial system needs to put the gavel down and never let another institution do this again, ever!!
Yes we will see a settlement but who is to say that this will not happen again? I worry for my kids, as I tell them, "protect the family from anyone who wants to do harm or take advantage of you"!
Lets hope a clear message is sent to everyone that you cannot do this in this country anymore!
WAMU was (and can be) a great institution from what I have heard by so many but the BOD's and whomever lost its moral compass and that can be said about our country.
All in my opinion and exercising my freedom of speech!

My thinking why they keep shorting is that they think this will go on for many more months and emotional roller coaster will give them ample time to cover and do it over and over again.
Does it really matter the general public does not know the details,yes to the FDIC and JPM but this should be brought out into the light od day as to expose this criminal act.

Having been with so many here for so long and now seeing the big picture through the eyes of so many smart people, I now understand the term "hush money" as you stated Z!
We (mainly our judicial system) essentially gave the crooks a road map in how to take down a perfectly healthy bank and what the ramifications are and how much it cost and who gets slapped on the wrist and so on. That is what scares the h*ll out of me!
Will this happen again, you bet! Will it happen in our country, you bet! Will this become acceptable, you bet!
I may get a few dollars for having rode this bus and to watch some form of retribution but my hope is we truly match the punishment to the crime. Will we , not in our life time and not on this earth.
I know when this game has played out, many families will have been given another chance and maybe chose a bank or other institutions who are not corrupt, maybe in another country?
