I went back and checked when I sent the original letter, regarding fiduciary responsibility, to Etrade. It was dated July 17th. With continued letters back and forth over that time, Etrade finally exchanged shares last week. Up to that time Etrade stated my shares in IMTD had no value and they would clear it off my account for $5. In 5 weeks, this went from no value in IMTD to exchanged shares for CSTC.

Best of success with ChoiceTrade/Penson or whosoever. Some things are worth fighting for!

So, Penson's clearing house is not acknlowedging Etrade has confirmed DTC received shares from TA by exchanging IMTD shares for CSTC or is saying Etrade has deceived their investors or Penson is deceiving their investors. Challenge them with this, and then state if the latter is true, they will be held responsible for not providing fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders. This can be resolved by filing a complaint with the SEC. I do not think Penson will want to take this route and you will see quick action.

This is what I did with Etrade using ScotTrade clearing as reference point. Not sure how pursuasive this was, as others wrote also, but Etrade did exchange shares.

I understand there may be a GPS technology coming available, but it is an intrusive operation. Omnibody scan is non-intrusive to the body. This is a plus for my investment dollars. And I believe the women will agree with this.

It would be interesting to know if Dr. Stucki is aware of GPS technology. The GPS process sounds like it will be more costly and require more staff to sdminister. Again, good positives for Omnibody scan. Maybe he can stay ahead of the curve and address this in a PR.

Who really cares if a company 'owns' equipment? It is not an unusual practice for companies to lease equipment while they are in start-up mode. It is a matter of how one keeps the books and chooses to report it. Liability(expense) or equity(asset).

Etrade Response to LOT:

In regards to my account, no action is required on my part as Reverse Split corporate action is mandatory. I did receive a proxy and did vote. This response verifies that my shares are in street name. Also, there is no effective date established yet when reverse split will occur.

I received my LOT today also. True, Authorized Shares stay the same at 2 billion after the split. Curious as to what Megas' intention is because of not being a legal shareholder yet, according to him. Being viewed as a fake shareholder should make this part of BCIT a closed chapter, one of a few. But, still need to hear from him before any expression of excitement/anticipation. Some form of communication should be established immediately after the R/S, and all are legal shareholders.

I know some on this board seem to have an inside access to Mr. Megas, which is not the way a public company is to operate. But I am not naive enough to think it doesn't happen.
Some may already be informed as what Megas next step is. Does this mean they are ready to sell or buy upon completion of the reverse split? Sounds like a potential insider advantage to me. Remember Martha Stewart? Those that stayed faithful were richly rewarded. Could Energy Source be the next Martha Stewart corporation? Remember Martha Stewart had a company with brand name, product and revenue stream. Energy Source had promises, no product(s) and no revenues. Hmmm!

Read post again. What Etrade said was the other brokers probably did ghost trading. Etrade acknowledged it would solve the problem, but Etrade was not suggesting I do this because it is not their policy to ghost trade.

I think that Etrade and a few others took the opportunity presented during the change of symbols and traded ghost shares.

Etrade told me their policy is "no ghost trading".

If what you say is true, then surely Etrade has some explaining to do, as I have this in an email from them.

Don't forget the added cost of forty-two cents to mail them individually. Bulk mail would be cheaper. But it appears money is no object here, especially if you have $60 million in the bank and spent reported $750,000 on a shell with no product or no business.

Well, emit has not responded to my question regarding the difference of what his Etrade share price is showing($.15) and my Etrade share price is showing($.05). Is this person for real holding shares thru Etrade? Hard to figure out why one broker would show two different share prices on one stock.
Of course this is if ET in his post means Etrade.

Who knows the hearts of men? IMO, creating the Energy Source shell could have been a diversion tactic to keep the SEC from charging Megas with the same crimes as Pino and Pam. He may have had to do it to demonstrate his innocence. Men with money(Megas claim over $60 million) will go to any length to stay out of jail/prison.

I know this will upset some people on this board, but at this time, all possibilities have to be considered. No one knows, except SEC and broker used, if Megas sold into the frenzy in August and made money that paid for the law suit(supposedly costing $750,000 by some on this board). Would like to know how they got that figure. I remembered being threatened by a poster on this board when I brought up the issue of Megas selling into the end of summer frenzy. Who knows that Megas didn't get his friends in on the action. Who else on this board is in the Megas inner circle?

Right now, Megas' behavior is highly suspicious, and the only way he can stay out of being charged is to divert SEC and shareholders attention and to dangle a carat(carrot-PNG) in front of the shareholders nose to keep them in check. I have previously stated I have a plan for entering and leaving.

As I stated, I bought BCIT during the Carter Care days when the purpose was to help others in healthcare. I understand the energy sector has the potential for great returns, but that is all up to management who has done nothing for to-be shareholders. Etrade tells me my shares(in street name) are valid - management says they are not. At this time until the reverse split, we are considered(by management) lambs for the slaughter - dead meat.

The name of the game is control that buys time.

Talked with Etrade. I gave them the information about the SB-2 and withdrawal request. They were able to confirm knowledge of the SB-2 sales, but did not acknowledge they were broker used for SB-2 sales. They are going to provide information to corporate action department, including to search for withdrawal request for the former CEO of IMTD.

The only solution they offered right now is 'ghosting' shares with a short sell on the IMTD shares. The person believed this is what the other brokerage firms have done in order to show the IMTD shares as CSTC shares. It was stated a risk, but would solve issue for clearing shares to be traded. They did acknowledge other Etrade customers are experiencing same issue, but did not provide how many.

I hope so. I originally invested in International Shoe Manufacturing(ISHO). It has changed management too many times, but I really believe CSTC has stroooong potential, once this share issue is resolved.

Funny thing about a shoe company and walking to the door. I hope they can replace the 'soles' due to the walking distance they need to cover the shares with. This has been a long journey to get these shares converted. If they aren't walking, Etrade surely has danced a few steps to cover up the imbalance of shares, IMO.

My mother in-law suffered a heart attack when the iodine was administered. She is alive today, but had to have a pace maker implant because of the damage to the heart muscle. She didn't sue either. It was a part of the process to help her get better. She is now 84 years old, walks every day and does daily exercises.
It is exciting to be invested in a company that provides a better quality life for those in need.

I do not understand the class action law suit, though. I know what I experienced and it helped. There is no 100% cure for all ailments. What I was in search for was relief. I got that. If the people using it did not administer the product properly, how can one blame the manufacturer or seller of the product. This reminds me of the frivolous law suits that contribute to the downfall of the economy by increasing medical practioner's insurance rates which they pass on to the consuming public. I do not live in the south, but my home owner insurance rates have certainly been impacted by the results of the storms in that area. Who does one blame for that?

Finally, AMHI is providing an opportunity to gain some of that loss back while promoting the potential to identify potential illness in the body, thus promoting a longer and better quality of life.

At least AMHI is trying to help others.

Just heard a week pass at Disneyland costs about $235 per adult person. A few weeks ago, that could have bought someone
about 67000 shares($235/.0035). The fact is today that same 67,000 shares would be worth $1608(67000*.024).

I know there have been some rough road thru this process. But one fact for sure, AMHI personnel did not quit.

You obviously have not experienced any medical problems, especially any that may require treatment by a unit like the dxr9000. Because of this you have no authority to call this a scam. I have been treated by this type of unit and it does provide relief. It is no scam. There are many chiropractors that are using this equipment. Your research is obviously flawed and incomplete. Please limit yourself to what you know, not what you think. In this case, your opinion is worthless, unlike the OmniBodyScan which has been designed to help others get well. There is a vast difference, IMO.
What were you designed for? To be a chronic whiner? and drag people down? There is a cure for that too.

Another issue here is; did the stockholder buy solicited or unsolicited shares in BCIT? Part of the answer lies in how one purchased BCIT shares thru the broker. IMO, most if not all, bought BCIT shares unsolicited. For example, Etrade would not have ventured into soliciting BCIT stock, unless it was part of the original Carter Care plan(Most probably not) where there would have been a tangible business. All of course IMO.

If there is a global lock on BCIT, then how did trading activity occur in December 2007 that lowered the pps from $.15 to $.05? $.05 is what is listed in my account, not the $.15 on the USBB posted at the end of the ibox.

Even Etrade will not answer this one. But I know the One that knows the answer.
