but Jon...
Jon you are probably right that most people in Berlin might not be gamblers and buy LLEG, However the people who make the decisions in town will.
I am sure you also have your shares
But will Mel go public? please ask him
Sorry I can not reply back to PMs in a PM
Jon Read this...
Mel Liston is missing out on something so big that it is right under his nose and he does not see it.
I am not a Psychologist but it makes people feel good when they feel like they are a part of the whole process. CPD does not offer this feeling to the people of Berlin, NH. Let me explain.
Laidlaw is offering the people of Berlin an opportunity to own shares in a business that affects the town they live in. As people buy LLEG.PK they own a part (about 37.5%) of the plant in their downtown, their hometown. I feel the psychology of this is a huge part in why the people of Berlin want this Laidlaw plant up and running.
This is why Mel is not very well liked around town.
There is only room for one company and if Mel was to win and LaidLaw fails all the people who bought into this dream of being a part of the process will be dashed, not to mention money lost.
What is Mel offering the people of Berlin? Besides the 23 families with jobs who else will benefit in town? How will the people of Berlin as a whole benefit?
This is why Mel needs to go public and offer shares of his company to make everyone feel like they are a part of the process.
With LaidLaw the WHOLE town can take control and own a piece of history and profit from it as well, and that you cannot place a price on. . . . OK, right now the price is at .0015
Tell Mel to go public? I would buy shares because he seems to be very knowledgeable about the industry. He just needs to work with the people by offering them shares to make them feel like they are a part of the process.
This will be his ticket into any future business venture.
P.S. Own shares in a RothIRA so you do not have the pay TAXES ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The meeting I attended last month in Berlin. the NHSEC Technical review #2
Someone will sell a little to keep the price down... The MM are playing this one bigtime.
i was told at the meeting do not worry about financing... I hope he was right.
I had sells set based on the chart and what I thought the top of a run up might end.
So I guess Bad Gambler is right with his statement "Three people in this world. Longs, NIMBYS, and chart guys."
I am long but I also play by the charts. As far as a NIMBY if I can make money by placing a nuclear plant in my backyard I am all for it... I will just take my money and move.
The charts are telling me the next resistance point is .006. So I placed sells between .0055 - .0065 (4 million shares)
My next group of sells was based on my prediction that we could spike to 15 cents. So I have sells between 1 - 15 cents.
But after looking at another stock that went from .006 - .90 I rethought my sells. I will sell some into the next rally; after all we all should take something off the table after a great gain. But I will pull the trigger and not some computer.
Hope that helped you understand where my mind is at.
I just canceled all of my sell orders. i think we are heading to the MOON and I do not want to taken out early.....
All systems go... countdown has started.
Thanks Mike great news
It is funny how September 23rd is the Autumn Equinox "End of Summer"
All lining up nicely
We agree because now you are more realistic. Before you were just negative with all of your statements about LLEG not happening in Berlin. Or the land was going to be sold to another developer..... Etc
Now you are realistic in your statements. You are like me, Laidlaw still had some issues to get through and if approved on Sept 23rd, the Laidlaw Berlin Plant will be born.
I think as a pink sheet company they do not get regulated by the SEC.
I think they might have something in the finance department lined up but just not signed or finalized.
I don't believe the financing is in place yet either. After speaking with the guys after the meeting one thing that popped out was when I was told "there is a lot of interest in financing". I got the impression it was not finalized yet. BUT I am sure they will get it done
BUT I AM NOT SMART ENOUGH, so don't go by my word.
I still have faith, but we also need to be realistic until:
"The items on the checklist are checked off - Lou Bravakis"
I agree with you Brungy.
I will try, Concord saves me about 2 hours driving. I am sure Mike will be there.
I will try my hardest
i posted my pictures on Facebok. Take a look.
today was end of the Quater and someone wanted to keep the price down for the record.
it was a pleasure meeting you Friday. Sorry i did not get back to you yet, i am looking for that notepad that I wrote your e-mail address on.
I made a great contact there in Berlin who is giving me a name of someone on the environlental department in NH. I will keep you posted. Say Hi to Skip from me.
have a great day
Bill
I will try to make it but not sure. If I do it will be last minute.
Lou told me after the meeting the boiler is like a Mercedes with 12,000 miles on it.
Hi Matt
I loved it, the people were all very nice. one thing I can not get over is how when i was crossing the street people would just stop their cars to let you cross. In NY I would be roadkill.
Next time I am going to rent ATVs and go on a moose tour. I eat the best Roast Beef sandwitch at Rudy's Market....AWESOME. I did drive through the fish hattchery. I also saw the new prison, they are still working on it and someone said they will be handing the keys over in September.
This brings up an issue that in September they will have to lay off construction workers as the corrections facility is complete. perfect time to start construction in October on Laidlaw.... JMO
NHSEC think about the job creation during construction......
Just Berlin news, I did not think to ask about other projects because Lou, Ray and Barry are just focused on Berlin. Mike is the person to ask about the other projects. i was told that we should be hearing news soon, but that was just for the Berlin project ONLY.
I got a very good impression things are moving along. below is a picture of the plant and my car in front of it for comparison of the size

Not what I was told at the meeting Friday... But we just need to see what news there might be :)
Can someone send me the link on how to post pictures? I will post tomorrow on my facebook and here.
I wish the meeting was amplified because it was very hard to hear what was being said. Overall I felt the meeting went well. One thing I liked was when Barry Needleman asked Mel if he could show in writing any articles or reports to show that there was not enough wood for the Laidlaw project. Mel said "NO” then Barry stated so this is just your opinion and Mel had to think for a little and replied "YES".
CPD tech guy(Sorry I forgot his name) stated that the NET POWER of the laidlaw project will be 59MW.
One thing I noticed was that Mel was shaking his leg as he was giving his testimony. But that could be just nerves as he was in front of the NHSEC.
After the meeting I talked with Lou Bravakis, Ray Kusche and Barry Needleman. I asked the question about financing. I asked my only concern is with the financing. How is that coming? Lou said they are running through there checklist of things to accomplish and things are coming along. Ray stated that there is a lot of interest in financing a biomass plant. But no concrete answer was given to me.
Hi Matt
I am not sure of his last name, he just introduced himself as Skip. He said his son and you went to school together. He said he does not have an account that he posts on.
Wood Burner (Mike) came up to me after the meeting and said New York plates... orange car... you must be Discreet
I wish I met with Brungy... next tme
Jon Edwards was friendly, we talked a little about real estate in the area and appartments.
My girlfriend and I did yard sale shopping and spoke with a lot of town people. Most people I spoke with had to go to another town for work. One person works 2 hours away and works for the state of NH (more on this great lead later) but what I can say is we have more people on our side then we think. I am going to be in contact with someone from NH environmental department who wants this to happen.
I hope the people of Berlin noticed me in my orange car driving all around town and taking pictures
jon even gave my his business card
I am on an iPhone so excuse my spelling
the people of Berlin are wonderful and friendly I am comming back. I hope to see a moose next time.
My feeling for This Berlin project is very positive.
Returning in the morning 6 hour drive.
Goodnight
Hi from Berlin
the meeting was good but it was a rehash of the wood supply and grid capacity. Mel was a little nervous in my oppinion . Jon did not give his presintation I thought he was giving.
it was a pleasure meeting wood burner ,Skip and Jon
I spoke with Lou ,Barry Needleman and Ray after the meeting and they informed me that there is a lot of interest for financing.
Someone said that August 23 meeting will be the one to watch.
I can not reply till Sunday night
have a great weekend
I think I found it on Google maps. just before Moose pond on RT2 it looks like a large outdoor wood holding facility
Is the large pulpwood storage and chipping operation along RT2. Any address or Road? i will totally do it.
Does anyone know how well AT&T phone service works up in Berlin/Gorham? Unfortunately I have AT&T and I know the service stinks on long Island NY
I see a rail car in the background, was that the way they got most of their wood?
The key to that statement is what is NBHK Pulp?
The answer is:
Northern Bleached Hardwood Kraft, or “NBHK,” pulp.
NBHK pulp is produced through the chemical kraft process using hardwoods. Hardwoods typically have shorter length fibers than softwoods and are used to smooth paper.
http://www.123jump.com/ipo/ipo_view/VRS/Verso+Paper+Corp.
SO it is Chemically treated pulp. NOT WHAT LLEG WILL BUY
Thanks for keeping the stock propped up. remember buy at the end of the day keep the MMs off our back.
And OPEN a ROTH IRA, and buy LLEG in that account before September.... TAX FREE MONEY
Then I will be eating there Friday morning with my Girl. See you there.
Gives a new meaning to
Drill
Drill
Drill
Thanks to you Yes. Is there a diner in Berlin to eat at?
I have the solution for CP and the no access.
They just need to build a bigger one of these
I like that rumor . . . See you soon
Since Matt just got back maybe he is going to finance it for us.... Hey Matt you got the money. . . .lol
June 25th meeting - Anyone know where the meeting place will be held.
I need an address and time
