We agree because now you are more realistic. Before you were just negative with all of your statements about LLEG not happening in Berlin. Or the land was going to be sold to another developer..... Etc

Now you are realistic in your statements. You are like me, Laidlaw still had some issues to get through and if approved on Sept 23rd, the Laidlaw Berlin Plant will be born.
