the breakout board is based on
number of posts as compared to the average over the last 7 days.

*Rate is the change in posting activity in the past 24 hours vs. the average from the prior 7 days
** Market data is delayed 15-20 minutes and is updated once per minute.

so if the average number of posts is 10,then you get a day with 100,that's 1000% increase.good way to get eyes on your stock.can backfire if chatter drops off,because you've raised your average for a while.
be careful about staying on subject and being civil and you should have no problems with posts.if you disagree you can take it up with i hub at my deleted posts.

seems to be an awfull lot of sour grapes here,and where anybody gets off questioning this being on the buzz cloud as opposed to any other pinkie,well,the logic escapes me.this is no different than any other company down here that has to use toxic financing,and ends up in a tight spot.todays heros will be tomorrows KNSC,i gaurantee it,at the risk of being deleted,BM#N was the best thing since bottled beer,people are eating their shorts now.
having said that,the reverse merger Mr Glynn is working on if accomplished will;
*deliver shareholders into the hands of a money making company
*almost certianly increase PPS
*new company will probably do a promotion,further enhancing PPS
*Mr Glynn will no longer be involved,removing a lot of shareholder negativity,be it justified or not.
*incoming company will have a new direction

there's a lot of private companies looking to go public,and a reverse merger is very attractive.saves a lot of time and a lot of money.according to PR,people are knocking on the door,just a matter of coming to terms.

the last filing regarding the 220,000,000 share acquisition was most probably to World Wide Strategies for help with a RM.this is my opinion,but it seems to add up.Ken is serious about securing a RM and this is one of the things this company does.

no,why go to the trouble and expense.knsc has nothing to offer at this point,who would buy?people investing now are looking forward to new developments.if ken did a RS now it would upset shareholders and that would not be attractive to an incoming company. a RM is in the best interest of everyone including Mr Glynn.besides,only 1/4 of the 4 bill AS is out if you deduct the 1.2 bill restricted shares.a RS would be self destructive.and like i said,if he did a reverse split,who the hell would buy it at the higher price?the atraction here is the merge with a profitaple company,not kenergy,they're moving on. google reverse mergers if you're not clear on this,KNSC history has nothing to do with the future,they will not be there.

or is taken back by stock being sold,this isn't for you.this is a high risk triple zero possible RM play now,that's it.it's not really about kenergy beyond their ability to close a deal.KNSC is in debt so anything they do is probably being paid for in stock,i,m sure there's legal expenses when working on a merger.
about half of the 4 bill AS is still available,not to mention the restricted shares
I think it's interesting that the bid(for what it's worth)stays so high..0001's get bought in a heartbeat.apparently,a lot of people think this has potential.
end of next week is a month since last pr,ken stated that the process could take a month.lets see what happens.
