Been there done that. I am onboard. How about you. I can sell you some shares if you want. .0021 is the starting price.
It is totally understandable for where we are right now. There are a lot of people on the sidelines. Those that want to buy but are waiting for the reverse merger with Textraw to be finalized.
Those that are playing on the doubts of those shareholders who are not so sure about what SKGO will do, on the merger (to be or not to be). Those who are doubtful as to the capabilities of SKGO and are panicking as they bought a boat load of shares and are new at the game of being exploited on their doubts. Happens all of the time and on every stock, either you are in or you are not in. We can go back and forth those that are pro SKGO and those that are anti SKGO (usually those that bought on the very high end of things and have an attitude problem)which is completely understandable as well.

I think we have to come out of No Bid before we can double our money.
Mediocre numbers (no increase in PPS).
Great numbers along with major credit card taking on Servenation donations (big PPS increase).
SKGO is doing fine. ENDED up is when it is done (finished). SKGO did not end up.
It will go slightly up, a little sideways and get past the .003's within a week of the merger announcement. If there is any additional news around the same time, which I am thinking there will be, this will go much higher.
I think SKGO is a good company but if they donated billions of dollars to charity it was on us.
This merger will go through.
I WILL BE Laughing when I see you chasing the stock on the way up.
I will sell mine to you for .0021. That is what it is for sale at if you want it from me. I know it will go much higher but why take chances:)
I dropped 15,000,000 shares today. Still have about 8,000,000. I just did not want to be overly greedy here. Still think this has a good chance but it is going to need some help from Mark.
SKGO
SKGO appears to be ready for the second bounce. We always said this one was going to be a stealth runner. The price relaxed a little bit after the price jumped on news, and may be back at the support level. Everybody appears to be waiting for the Textraw announcement, which should send SKGO sky high.
Skyrocket sky high.
Do you have anything to support your statement?
You made mention the other day about something timed out for SKGO and they were in violation. From what I remembered of that post from you, you were looking at something back in April.
I think we need to be looking at November.
me too: value $26.00.
Not holding my breath
A little over 4 times what you have.
On the contrary, he doesn't have many choices. His PR's are not going to get the job done. ADCS and MIKP still at no bid.
As long as the reverse is hanging over these two penny stocks the price is not going anywhere except maybe SOME Fantastic news but i DO NOT think that exists at this time.
You never know though.
How many shares do you own?
This stock will run SOON:)

Additional Information
Any hits at .0004 do not sound good to me as far as the direction this is going. The only thing I am interested in right now is seeing the reverse merger between SKGO and Textraw finalized once and for all.
If this alls comes together,
shot in the gas technology taking off.
reverse merger being done and producting a lot of revenue
This baby has the potential to make it to penny land.
I will buy more shares if this goes down. NOT a problem.
I will take 2 or 3 cents a share. Even better $2 or $3 a share:). Will be glad to sell them to you when we reach .02.:)
I do not think the reverse merger will happen in 2011. I think it will happen in 2010 (after the close today hopefully:)).
And then watch out because instead of getting in at .0002 which you seem to be gearing toward you will have to buy in at .002 + .
Yes, but if the stock price rose dramatically on news, the need for further dilution may not be necessary and the CEO could afford to buy back some shares. The only problem is, is the CEO willing to step out on a limb and declare no reverse for 2011 and beyond and then a buyback (after the ACDS divident is announced which he (Mark) alluded to in an earlier PR).
Hey, if it is over priced at .001 than we do not have to worry, because we are at .0001:)
I emailed, Mark Newbauer tonight and suggested that he make an announcement of a no RS split for 2011 and preferably beyond to kickstart ADCS and MIKP. Told Mark that he could put out PR's until he is blue in the face and might see the stock price(s) for both ADCS and MIKP still at .0001 and no bid where they are both at now. (Even though ADCS has had 5 or 6 pr's recently it is still at .0001 and no bid).
Told Mark shortly thereafter a no reverse announcment for 2011 (preferably beyond) that he announce an ADCS dividend for MIKP shareholders like he earlier suggested would happen.
Told Mark that a share buyback would also help and that he would be rewarded with a higher share PPS as well as happier shareholders.
Will let you know if I hear anything back from Mark on this whole deal.
Without the no reverse announcement for 2011 (minimal) we might as well abandon ship because there is too much of a cloud over ADCS and MIKP with 2011 being so close and that simply has too much of an impact on the current share prices for both ADCS and MIKP.

GO SKGO!! Get the reverse merger with TEXTRAW, done and over with already! How long do the final stages of a reverse merger take?
Should be already history.
I disagree. If it had naptholene or whatever in it, it would void the warranty. The product that SKGO has, DOESN'T VOID THE WARRANTY. SO I 100 PERCENT DISAGREE WITH YOU.
I did my due diligence on this.
The reverse merger with Textraw is a coveted event by other companies that were not able to close on the merger with Textraw. So if SKGO CLOSES ON THE MERGER AS IT IS SUPPOSE TO.
Things will start looking up for SKGO. They are also planning on buying shares back (according to them).
They also have that shot in the gas thing going which could be a world event.
So, why would people (I am looking at Ameritrade now stack up on their sells for .0005) if we are knocking on the merger door. Any minute, day.
I see a ton of shares selling so cheap. This has to be getting manipulated right now. Makes a person not even want to invest in penny stocks anymore because
THEY ARE ALL CROOKS.
This movie stuff, has big POSSIBILITIES. Hang in there and be prepared for some really good news.....

George R. R. Martin Enters the Skin Trade
Saturday, April 24th 2010 Fantasy writer’s werewolf novella gets the big-screen treatment.
There are few things I’m more excited about than HBO’s eventual adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s massive fantasy series, A Game of Thrones. I say this not only because the material is both epic and Shakespearean; I say this not only because of the substantial talent involved both behind and in front of the camera; I say this not only because the storytelling is first-rate….I say it because the damn books are long and it’s taking me forever to actually read them.
Easier to read, however, is Martin’s werewolf novella, The Skin Trade, the rights to which, according to Variety, have been picked up by Spoke Lane Entertainment and Mike the Pike Productions. The novella first appeared in the short story collection Dark Visions, grouped with six short stories from horror masterminds Stephen King and Dan Simmons. The same seven tales have been paired together in a number of collections released under the titles, Dark Love, The Skin Trade, and Night Visions 5.
Variety describes the plot, saying, “Martin’s story is based on a female private investigator on the trail of a serial killer linked to an underground werewolf clan ruling the remains of a vibrant city devastated by a recession.”
Well, at the end of the day, at least it ain’t about vampires, right? No word yet on a writer or director, but several of the producers associated with the project are also attached to an adaptation of Terry Brooks’ Sword of Shanara series, one of the most ambitious on-going fantasy yarns prior to Martin’s Game of Thrones epic. Check back with UGO for more…
Money could still come out of this.

retweetwww.Fangoria.com: Mark B. Newbauer of Mike the Pike Productions Inc. sent along word that his company has optioned the rights to THE SKIN TRADE, a werewolf novella by celebrated science-fiction writer George R.R. Martin.
THE SKIN TRADE is set in a small town where a private detective investigates murders by a mysterious killer who takes his victims’ skins, and proves to be preying on lycanthropes. This is a fantastic step up for the motion picture division of our company,” Newbauer says. “We began discussions on this property almost two years ago with the foresight that vampires and werewolves would be the forthcoming trend.
Martin expresses excitement of his own about the project, writing, “I’ve always thought there was a terrific movie in THE SKIN TRADE, but somehow no one has ever optioned it till now.
In addition to the feature adaptation, THE SKIN TRADE is also being turned into a comic-book miniseries/graphic novel by Avatar Press.

This sounds like a really cool and sinister book. I may have to add it to my ginormous TBR pile. Female detective? Lycanthropes? Myster and Murder? Count me in! It will be really cool to see how Pike Productions adapts this book.
Would you watch an adaptation of The Skin Trade?
What are you favorite Werewolf books?

MIKE THE PIKE SECURES ACCLAIMED PRODUCER FOR GEORGE R.R. MARTIN’S ‘THE SKIN TRADE’
Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. and Oscar Award contender Ryan Colucci, have entered into a partnership agreement securing Colucci as a Co-Producer on the screen adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s “The Skin Trade.” The werewolf novella, recently optioned by Mike the Pike Productions, is described by Newbauer and Colucci as “‘Silence of the Lambs’ meets ‘The Howling,’ that said, the story itself is something one could only expect from the mind of world-renown, award-winning fantasy author, George R.R. Martin.”
“We couldn’t be happier to have signed Ryan to the team for ‘Skin Trade,’”says Mark B. Newbauer, CEO/President of Mike the Pike Productions. “This is quite a coup for MTP and its shareholders as Ryan is more than a producer by title; He’s an accomplished producer with solid industry deals and contacts in every aspect of the industry.

Crime / Thriller - in development
“The screenplay has a well-crafted plot structure and interesting characters, each with their own story. It’s very unique, but if we had to compare it to anything, it would fit well within the Guy Ritchie/Quentin Tarantino sector of the genre,” says MTP CEO Mark B. Newbauer, who will make his directorial debut on the film, slated for principal photography in Jan/Feb 2010. “We get several screenplay submissions and this one was a diamond in the rough, for certain. ‘Horse’ is a winner, and so is its Screenwriter, Cam Clark, who has truly impressed me with his ability to craft an overall entertaining script that I feel we’ll bring to the screen together with solid potential for critical and financial success.”
Right after we see .0003 and just before we see .0005
The good thing about SKGO moving up is it is much harder to short. Those that are shorting will have to cover. If the stock doesn't come back down, that will not be a good situation for them.
If I wanted to short a stock (which I don't and haven't) I do not think I would try to short this stock at this time. Too risky.
If you had those shares B4 the announcement you would get 100 shares. I think the whole thing is a joke because nothing is trading and the CEO has exit staged right.
Hi Tim-- All lawsuits with ADCS have been deemed as frivolous and I am very confident that they are of no concern. Further, when we acquired ADCS, we simply acquired the public vehicle and any pending actions, assets, etc. stayed with the former owner(s)

Does anyone have any thoughts on the legal matter with ADCS
and if it will have any effect on the business going forward?
Castro v. Advanced Content Services, federal court, District of Nevada. SPAM suit. Company appears to be in default of an answer in the case after receiving service June 16, 2008. Can you find the article. What you are stating is in your own words. It would be good to see the actual article.
Thanks,
Skyrocket.
Let me ask you a question. You alluded to the price from here on through the beginning of 2011 to very unexciting (.001) best case scenario.
If and when the merger goes through for SKGO (which could happen today or any day in the VERY VERY near future). What are your projections (price wise) after the successful and signed Merger with TEXTRAW
For a price on merger day. Maybe even a range.
