$OPXS to prevent takeovers you are correct. It also provides them with leverage in case of a buyout. I have researched their relationship with General Dynamics and don't think it is too far fetched to see GD offer a large sum of money for OPXS. They have the free cash flow and the patents that OPXS have plus be extremely valuable. I couldn't put a price tag on it but it would be a very large sum of money I would think.

They are preferred shares. They haven't been converted to common. That's why the O/S remains at 157 million. Also explains why the A/S was increased from 200 mil to 2 billion. The four officers you listed recently bought 25 million more shares in December. They can convert them yes but why would they at these bargain basement prices. They are holding for a much much higher pps to sell if they ever do. Again they have been buying not selling.

Insiders control 90% of O/S making for a tiny float. CEO and officers purchased 25 million more shares in December. Don't let the 2 billion A/S scare you as the company only released 5 million shares into the O/S in all of 2013 and that was to cover a lease agreement until 2021. Hope this helps. When people stop chasing MJ stocks SITS will make major move IMO. Too much upside for a company trading at .005.

OPXS has the revenues, contracts, patents, and share structure of certainly a small cap stock, but I would go out on a limb and say even large cap stock. Again I have looked at stocks trading over $2.00 pps that have less going for them than OPXS. It's absurd that we are trading at these levels. People keep talking about the 5 cent range but that's just a drop in the bucket of what true value is here. 25 cents would be a more accurate start here $ OPXS

Sounds great. Appreciate all your efforts. Board marks were 48 when I first found OPXS. 62 now and rising. Word is spreading. I looked at quite a few Nasdaq(MM) stocks last night trading between 1.00 and 2.50 that didn't have the patents or revenues of OPXS. With the right exposure and news we could seriously trade at 30 or 40 times the level we are at now.

I think there's much in the works here. SITS could be trading well over a penny before buyback even begins.

.012 is obvious resistance right now. If we knock that out then sky is the limit I believe. There is a point to which we could move up pennies at a time with the float so low.

$OPXS only 5 million shares added to the O/S all of 2013. $17 million in revenues. Been doing a lot of DD. There are multiple Nasdaq (MM) companies trading over a dollar without consistent revenues over $10 million. This isn't a fluke. $OPXS has been generating revenues since 1987.
Another military contract like the one with the US Army and we could seriously see $1.00 a share here.
