Could be low, say MSMY gets a contract for 1.5 mil and the requirement (standard) is 20% down. That bring an instant $300k into the revenue pot. We already know there will be many contracts just for rebuilding Haiti alone.
you may be able to get EFGU under .02 possibly as early as this afternoon
The MSMY chart says it all, accumulation and consolitation.
I believe the current ask is .132 if you want to sell your MSMY shares you could set your sell order at that price.
Did you see that Japan had another earthquake, I have not heard anything about any damage yet. Just another reason for MSMY to get that factory built over there.
An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.7 struck off the Pacific Coast of northern Japan early Thursday, Japanese and U.S. seismologists reported.
The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that a tsunami could be generated by the temblor, but canceled the warning less than an hour after the quake.
The coastal cities of Kamaishi and Ofunato ordered about 8,000 households near the coast to evacuate, the Japanese public broadcaster NHK reported, but there was no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Train service in the area was stopped temporarily, but resumed operation within an hour, NHK reported.
The quake struck shortly before 7 a.m. (6 p.m. Wednesday ET) and was centered 530 kilometers (330 miles) north-northeast of Tokyo.
The epicenter was off the northern prefecture of Iwate, about 175 kilometers (109 miles) north of where the magnitude-9 quake that devastated northern Japan struck in March.
Good Morning, lets do try to stay on topic of MSMY today.
OK once again we have gotten off the topic of MSMY, take a moment and redirect back to topic. Thanks in advance.
I would think there are plenty of longs watching the L2's and would pounce quick for cheap MSMY shares.
MSMY news of a factory being built in Haiti and Contracts inked, and you could be on target there. MSMY can get there IMO
A lot of us here are holding shares with an avg of under .10. MSMY will make a lot of people very happy soon. IMO
there is a little volume coming in on MSMY, still in small blocks.
Engenaire also has a "blinkless" power back up system:
from a 3-22-11 PR
another GREEN proprietary product that will revolutionize the way banks worldwide will supply backup power to each of their branches and data centers: The ‘Blinkless’ Power Backup System.
Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, stated that, “We are working with a large bank that has more than 200 branches throughout the Western United States. They want to eliminate their multi-million dollar maintenance expense of replacing all of these lead-acid battery backup packs in all of their branches twice a year.” The project will bring over $12 Million USD in gross sales to MCE/ENGENAIRE and the client will receive tax-break carbon credits from the federal & state governments.” Mr. Algier went on to say that, “The market for new green backup generator technology worldwide is over 9 billion dollars.”
quiet day here at the MSMY camp, accumulation phase nearing completion
This is a good price for MSMY, we are expecting good things to start to unfold soon.
Good morning, looking for a stellar day here for MSMY
I did like the news that came out today, IMO MSMY is starting to be a one stop shop for building a new house. This is a very solid company and is only going to get better as contracts come in.
not much volume today, I guess everyone is just waiting for the "BIG" news for MSMY.
MSMY this is a very true statement.
We believe we are the right company to meet the needs of our time but flexible enough to grow and change as the world’s and our clients’ requirements change and evolve.
MSMY building infromation from website:
We build with 2”x2” welded steel tubing for strength and then we use Rigid Closed Cell Insulation for passive temperature protection. So our “enemies” become Weyerhaeuser and Owens-Corning.
So when we weld a lightweight steel roof truss to our welded tube wall modules to our welded steel floor joists and then spray closed cell foam 4” thick under the roof deck, in the walls and then under the floor between the floor joists, you have created an structural “igloo” that will not move and will not burn. And when we anchor the steel building frame to base isolators, the building will absorb all movement created by hurricane winds and earthquakes. Our homes cannot have the wind sucked out of the house and never implode like the buildings did in Tuscaloosa or burn down like the houses in the Texas wildfires.
Costs? We roll all the tube steel in our factory and cut out all the middlemen that raise the costs. Our studs are spaced 2 feet on center instead of 16” on center (less material). We mix and spray all the foam and cut out all the middlemen that would raise the costs. We use machine automation to construct the roof trusses and floor joists. We (will) manufacture the base isolators. The house modules are delivered from the factory and set on the footings with one crane. Steps and patios are attached and then these homes would absorb another earthquake, flood, fire, or hurricane.
MSMY mission statement
Our mission is to be the premier provider of natural disaster resistant housing and small commercial buildings that can withstand the constant onslaught of hurricanes, tornados, and earthquakes while still remaining economical and environmentally sensitive. MCE has researched and developed structurally superior products and systems that are designed with safety in mind for building occupants and will eliminate the rebuilding of homes and businesses after every hurricane, tornado, or earthquake. By providing our customers with long-lasting products that are environmentally friendly, we offer safety and a viable green alternative to wood and unreinforced masonry building systems. Our systems and products also play a key role in project designs that are eligible for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification
MSMY should have an awesome 2012, with the acquisition today and if you have had a chance to listen to the Conference call you will know that MSMY expects to have a factory built in Japan in 2012.
If you did not hear the call you can do so on their web site here:
http://www.mcendeavors.com/
IMO MM covering MSMY are quaking and trying to cover. This news is a precurser to what is coming.
that is funny, I did the same thing and googled the company
http://www.westerndoorcompany.com/
MSMY is making a lot of strides in the housing market, can't wait to see the first contracts roll out
MSMY has acquisition news:
MC Endeavors, Inc. Acquires Western Door Company Inc. of Sturgis, South Dakota, and Their Wholesale Purchasing Power
The new wholly owned subsidiary brings in-house the purchasing power to buy wholesale doors and hardware, windows, cabinets, countertops, and finish molding directly from the manufacturers as well as brings in-house Western’s Custom Door manufacturing unit.
no there is no dilution here, MSMY has a CEO that cares about shareholders.
no reason not to close at .15 or better this week, IMO MSMY has a lot going and will let loose soon.
The close today was just the tip of the iceburg for MSMY, I think we close over .15 or possibly .16 tomorrow.
very nice, look for another new HOD tomorrow for MSMY
.15 is back on MSMY deck
MSMY longs are true and strong, not to be shaken out or our shares.
lol a 1000 sell trade, took it down. really. Shows just how thin MSMY is.
Ryan Dunn of ‘Jackass’ killed in car accident in Chester County
Ryan Dunn, star of the reality show "Jackass," has died in a car accident in Pennsylvania, CBS Philly has learned.
Sources say the West Chester native was one of two people killed in a single car crash in Chester County early Monday morning. The double fatal crash happened at about 3 a.m. on Route 322 near New Street in West Goshen Township.
According to the police report released by West Goshen, the 2007 Porsche Dunn was driving crashed into a wooded area off the road and burst into flames. Both Dunn and his unidentified passenger died as a result of injuries they sustained in the crash. Police believe speed may have played a role in the accident.
Dunn is best known as a daredevil and sidekick of Bam Margera in the popular stunt and prank show "Jackass" which is filmed in the West Chester region.
Dunn recently appeared in the summer premiere of NBC's hit game show "Minute To Win It" with one of his prankster partners Steve-O, playing for a charity. He is also a host on G4's new show "Proving Ground," which debuted June 14.
The West Chester native had just celebrated his birthday on June 11.
Ryan Dunn was 34.
get nite out of the way and back to hod .15
new HOD .15 right out of the gate this morning. It is going to be a great day/week for MSMY.
I could not agree with you more, and I think the Cohen Research report target price of .40 is also under valued
looking for a good week for MSMY, last week was a quiet week so I am thinking it is a good time for a PR this week.
Springsteen sidekick, sax man Clarence Clemons dies
Saxophonist Clarence Clemons, a defining musical influence behind the sound of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, died Saturday of complications from a stroke. He was 69.
Clemons died at a hospital in Palm Beach, Florida, where he was undergoing treatment after suffering a stroke last Sunday, said a spokesperson for Springsteen and the E Street Band. His fifth wife, Victoria, and other family members were at his side when he died, according to the spokesperson.
"His loss is immeasurable and we are honored and thankful to have known him and had the opportunity to stand beside him for nearly 40 years," Springsteen said in a statement posted on the band's website. "He was my great friend, my partner, and with Clarence at my side, my band and I were able to tell a story far deeper than those simply contained in our music. His life, his memory, and his love will live on in that story and in our band."
The saxophonist's influence can be heard throughout Springsteen's musical evolution, including such early hits as "Born to Run" and "Thunder Road."
