I think Jared would be hesitant to do that because he doesn't know who will be on the call and what their motives are with this pink stock. As a CEO he has to tread carefully with this young growing company, especially if he has a process without a patent.
I use etrade and I have never had that problem with them.
Look like the 5's are our new resistence level since Friday; whereas, they were our support from the beginning of the month until Thursday.
The ChiOsc has dipped but not too fast which is good.
Jumped into a starter position at .0004 today! GLTA!
The volume is pretty low today and more new bashers on this board...hmmm...is this a long calm before the storm?
Where is Scott today? eom
I bought 2 million of that sell at 10:52am, they couldn't fill the rest of my order at 4; 4's weren't easy to get today.
For every seller, there is a buyer!!
Nice summary one, bravo to you!! I will read it more in detail tonight. Thanks again! :)
Amen! Thank you Scott for taking the time to reach out to Jared and I am happy to see that he called you back. Do you feel the tide is turning with regards to them communicating more with us?
Exactly my thoughts too Lou. A few more shares aren't going to break the bank, either EESO will make me or I will be out a few more k's.
Go EESO go!!!
GLTA!
That was me, I picked up 4M @ 4, 3's were not filling. It took a few partial fills at 4.
Would you be wanting to buy more shares at this point???
Is anyone getting filled at 3 today?
Pilot, I am at 24M, not 1.5M. Are you buying more?
Can you PM me your complete thoughts on the merger and my questions to magila5.
Thanks!
So are you coming with me or no?
I am not wasting my money and I am not going out there to beat around the bush. I want to get to know Jared and his management and get a sense of what is going on with our investments.
I am not sure who you are and what your intentions are but I am trying to connect the dots between the following three of your posts that caught my attention presuming they are honest. Can you answer my four questions below:
1. Are you basically saying that Jared had the solutions that ESI wanted. These solutions are now in EESO through Jared's holdings and that ESI will buy EESO and privatize it?
2. Or is ESI going to merge with EESO and therefore they will own the solutions and the future pps will rise?
3. Are they diluting the stock b/c EESO is simply an R&D project to test out these opportunities and they don't care about the pps?
4. Do you own EESO?

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your feedback on EESO but we got bad news on Friday in terms of an A/S increase so the PPS dropped, Aroon is back up and the Williams are down. I researched Fairy Square, that is a cool technique. I think the best strategy would be to wait an see the next couple of weeks at this point?
For SRSR, why did you downgrade it and what's your current take? I want to eventually start accumulating it but I am not sure if it has bottomed. Do you see a bottom or do you think it will further decrease when the 50 MA crosses the 200 MA from a daily perspective?
Thanks!
J.P.
Just wondering who would be willing to support me in the following since Friday got the best of me with the 1bn increase in the a/s out of left field. I think Scott and HY33 were thinking of visiting them if the o/s increases. I believe we can not wait, we need to be proactive rather than wait for the next PR and try to guess or speculate what is happening. We need to be in the know since we own a portion of EESO and we have the right to.
We need to band together as a group of investors, we can call ourselves 'Ihub EESO group' or whatever you guys like, and have 3-5 representatives from the Ihub board (we can rotate them as needed) meet with Jared for 1 hour and Bill for 1 hour on the first Monday of EVERY quarter month-end (i.e. Sept./08, Dec./08, Mar./09, June/09, etc.) and visit their facilities at the same time. I am proposing these dates in order to avoid any surprises in the upcoming quarter results.
I understand that they need to focus on growing this company but at the same time we deserve two hours per quarter. The meetings need to be consistent and we need to meet with them every quarter to stay on top of their progress.
We all have decent/sizable investments in EESO and I personally want to take control of my investment and know when the bleeding will happen and not just wait for the trickling You tube videos or meager PR’s/s/h letter that come out once in while and say oh by the way we're increasing the A/S by on 1bn. I tried to be positive on Friday but enough is enough!
I understand that Jared won't be able to tell us everything due to insider information but we need to meet with them face-to-face and stay abreast of what is going and show them our seriousness. I know it will be a challenge to get them to meet with us since they don't even respond to voicemails and e-mail's but I don't think we're asking too much. If they think they can ignore our requests, they are grossly mistaken in the persistence we will show them if we stick together. We can not take no for an answer.
We need to take a collaborative approach and recognize that it is a two-way street. We need to show them the value of meeting with us by having better investor confidence and gaining our perspective and ideas. Also, we need to get ideas from them as to how we as s/h’s can help their efforts to grow EESO; I have some ideas. Again, these meetings need to be productive, respective without any negativity and we need to show understanding of their hard work, efforts and how young the company is.
I haven't lost sight of EESO's long-term potential but I want to be part of it and in control of my investment. If we stick together as a group, we can be in better control of and contribute to our investment in the short- to medium-term and be confident in what is happening for the company’s long-term potential.
At the same time we should refrain from name calling, outright accusations or intimidation when dealing with them. We need to communicate with them in a respectful, cordial and professional manner. I live in NYC and I don't mind flying there every three months to know what is happening with my investment.
Here are some brief initial agenda ideas for our meetings:
1. Status of sales and marketing efforts and share our related ideas
2. Status of GC2000 prototype and whether they have considered all of the cots and time it will take to develop one? Do they have contingency plans or resources if delays are encountered or redesigns to go back to the drawing board?
3. Status of other projects (hog farm, pens, international sales, etc.) and share our ideas for potential new applications of the products
4. A/S and O/S status and plans for any future changes
5. Financing and future cash flows requirements
6. What the shareholders can do to help grow the company and any feedback from the company to us
Let me know what you guys think and if you have better ideas.
The only way we will get through this to realize returns or break even is if we stick together as a solid group that they can not ignore. Who knows, if we get along maybe we will be able to evaluate other investments to invest our EESO proceeds in since it seems that we have complimenting skills and experience.
J.P.
I see your point, but I don't think they would risk putting something misleading about financing in a PR at this point. I know everyone is going to be all over this post about past PR's, we have to presume they decent intentions.
Scott, do you think it will go lower in a few weeks or is the 27th going to push it back up?
Why would ESI buy EESO? They started EESO to go public. Please explain or stop pumping.
But it's worth it, remember the Ford Bronco in the first Jurassic Park movie. After that movie, SUV sales took off for the whole industry. Smart move in my opinion! These products work and all we need to do is get the word out there.
Once again, the cash has not been received yet and they need to get the prototype going! Plus there are other expenses to pay in the meantime. It's all about cash management.
The terms of the loan require him to.
I have small buy orders at 3 and 4 and neither are filling.
Not yet, will need to for the financing line to alleviate the repayment risk.
Pilot and Scott are you guys around or are you buying?
What are you saying? Where is the fire?
Agreed, the a/s has to be raised but it doesn't mean it will be drawn on and there probably is a term in the loan that says they can't just issue shares for other reasons and disregard the term of the loan.
Plus the line is due in one year so Jared knows he can pay it off.
This A/S increase in the PR was put in there for a reason. The ask is low but someone is buying.
How do we know ther isn't? Plus it will take time for word on this process to get out and it be known. I don't think they want that until they get a patent.
Yeah Dave, let's let the dust settle and maybe it's possible that they won't need to raise the A/S that much. Let them do their thing and see where their long-term s/h value takes us. We might as well at this point because we have no choice.
If this GC2000 succeeds, we will be hitting it bigger than we thought, albeit with a larger o/s.
Q3 and Q4 should still post better results due to sales of other products.
I am glad I cancelled my order buy order in time this morning. Phew!!!
I am not sure if you read the letter correctly, but it is going forward. It's good for a company to be in a position to have a great opportunity in front of them that they need financing for than to have nothing. Remember this company is only 4 months old and it will take time to bring in the profits. Patience and a lot of it is required here!
"...we have developed international and national contacts that have shown interest in seeing a completed prototype. This will allow us to be in charge of the end sales and demand a much larger profit for the technology. Whereas, the initial GC2000 project was being marketed at $7 million, of which EESO would have received 25%, by staying in control of the technology we believe the technology will potentially be worth closer to $30-40 million on an initial payment."
Agreed that the PPS will go down so I will hold back on buying until this settles. I was almost going to buy a chunk today, but I will wait a bit.
On the positive side the GC2000 is going to be big for EESO and profitable and we are going to have a bigger piece of the pie and in control of its profits. I don't mind the short-term pain to reap these long-term rewards.
Remember guys they don't have the cash from the sales yet, that is why they need the finance line. It's all about cash management to build the prototype on time.
GLTA!
If EESO hits, I want about 4 Gallardo's, two of which I will add twin turbos on. Nice taste buddy, the Gallardo's are solidly built and have strong V10's. The new LP560/4 really looks sharp and has the guts to back it up.
I am not sure I would put the vertical doors on them because the Gallardo is meant to be different and I think the normal doors on them look great and gives the car its elegance.
I am not a fan of the Reventon's paint, I understand the theme but I wouldn't want it on my Lambo. I like its instrument panel and seats though. It's price tag is rediculously high when it's based on the Murcielago which is less than half of the price of a Reventon.
Sure, my LP640 will have twin turbos also, so get ready to compare!
P.S. I also want to get a few Viper's inlcuding the ACR's from both generations.
Go EESO go!!
My thoughts on the product videos is that they are lame. She doesn't explain how the product cuts through the dirt, what is going on chemically and how it is safe on a car or other surface. You need to explain and sell your product and what its other uses while your demonstrating it can be. It's like she is out of words and is being told what to say
Jared get rid of her and her two tone hair colour. I would get a cleaning company or a carpet cleaning company to give testimonials and an EESO rep. at the same time to explain how the cleaning action is working along with explaining the product's other uses.
There is a saying that says look at the question and therein is your answer. Do you know the answer to your question?
This always happens with pennies, you can never predit it and just try your best when buying. I believe it has to come down before it goes up. I think this is "healthy" to happen now rather than later.
I shouldn't have changed my orders - you win some and you lose some

Thanks guy! The .0004 bid line up show the story. Notice how the bidders after that are 2 and 1, no 3's - they're basically on the sidelines. I hope .0004 is the lowest we go.
