Well the time frame of Thorpe's meeting with Newton and departure from here was around January before a settlement was even mentioned. Didn't the defendants get an extension of some kind into February?

Thorpe could be a big help right about now. But if Newton is gone from RCCH, probably the reason why he's been absent.
