Got the popcorn ready.
Agree.
If they're gearing up for a promo, we should see something in the next few weeks. Might even hit 4 next week if volume keeps up. Today will be a 3 close though.
Should've fallen last month. Can't keep it down forever.
Wow, turn away for a few minutes and it was a 10 million. Come back and now it's at 70. Awesome.
Gendarme is another one that affects one of my holdings. And surprise, surprise it's another holding company like ICBT. But they are apparently settling out of court. All that's been made public so far is the president of the company has been replaced. Still no word of what's going to happen to the share structure.
Anyone hear from Smith? And updates on the court case?
By all means tells us what the patent says and the differences. I'm listening.
RXPC doesn't live or die by my hands guys. I'm happy to be in the 3's.
Nyet.
Someone out there is buying in small quantities. Million shares here and there.
The more often it closes at 3, the sooner 4's get here. It's coming.
This one is far from over.
Ihub is nothing. Definitely not enough people here to bring it up to 3. There's a reason it suddenly came back from the dead though. Someone here knows people connected to it all for sure.
For a product that has poor sales, lots of people sure are interested in it.
Well OK if you say so but I think I'll just wait on the patent office. Got nothing better to do but thanks though for your concern.
4's will be here soon. Especially as the bid size keeps increasing.
Others don't see it. Oh well, let them figure it out down the road.
If you say so.
Yep. All we're waiting on is the patent.
Because the patent fee and examination is a lie in conjunction with the patent office itself, right? So is the up to date DR-70 trademark.
Bid size is increasing over the ask again. 4's are getting close.

Yep. Something along the lines of LC Sentinel is what it will be. Used in combination with other methods to get better results. Which BTW is a CLIA test and won't be solely an ELISA test. They are waiting on the patent approval and more than likely it's been fast tracked for examination and a final decision.
He is going to market it in COMBINATION with something else. Wonder what it will be called?
So that's why the patent IS STILL BEING PURSUED? Hmmm, must be because the market isn't there or the means to manufacture it. Yet DD tells us that it's being manufactured in China and heavily promoted in India. And that DR-70 is trademarked and CURRENT in regards to fees. WHO put up the money for the patent? Why did they do it? Who is William Gartner? Andrea Small-Howard?
What will Onko Sure be used in combination with? Seems to me they haven't paid the FDA fees because Onko Sure WON'T be sold as a stand alone ELISA test kit anymore.
Me too. Probably a lot sooner than that though.
How long?
But they're not acting on it. Doesn't make sense.
Usually companies insist on having their names or logos taken off when they are no longer affiliated. Not here though.
Why are GenWay and Grifols still on Radients website? Hmmm, wouldn't they want to disassociate themselves?

They should get out of California. Arizona sounds much better.
That's why a Chinese firm just shelled out 15 bil for Canadian oil. Because they care about what the USA says. You know, if we don't build Keystone the fairy tale that it won't be used will come true.

Yep. It's coiled like a spring.
It also states they are the manufacturer. Maybe someone else is going to sell it.

How do explain a cancer test that's supposedly illegal to sell in the US being examined at the patent office? Why who put up the money? And how can you explain the huge bid and ask sizes?
What was Onko Sure being used in combination with?
I'll even go so far as to say that if people are still on the sidelines waiting to get in at 1 or 2, they're too late. They might get a few small buys at 2, but nothing else. The bid and ask sizes are huge. No dilution or lenders selling here at all and whatever shares are out are being held.
Maybe Onko Sure is becoming something else. Not an ELISA test but a CLIA test in combination with something else.
Who says Radient is the one going to be selling it?
