Agreed. Again if you believe a company that is doing approx $4M run rate business a year in a market that is growing (unfortunately) is only worth $6M...then you should not invest here
YEs you did...and I showed that even with 5.3BILLION SHARES..this stock is still worth 3X todays price at a minimum
I'll second that. If you believe that a company that is projecting $4M annualized revenue (at a min IMO) should have a market cap of around $6M...then you don't need to invest here or even be here.
I;m just projecting what a treatment center with 52 beds would be expected to do based on industry available avgs...and pumping in a shtt load of new shares to show that even that case...this is still a penny stock
My source is the internet like everyone else's
So your case is that they will add 2.5BN shares more to pay off warrants right? If so, then look at the numbers below with 5.3BN shares outstanding and NO FURTHER EXPANSION...still 4 bagger from latest closing price. I don't think they can dilute their way out of being a penny stock.
So essentially no new propsective investor should be concerned to buy into this stock at today's levels..any reasonable projection will have this at 1cent or better soon IMO
52 # of beds in facilty
90% Occupancy avg
$4,000 Revenue per bed/Week

Ok..let's do that....as you said...still undervalued and an easy 5 bagger with 1BN dilution

Holy shtt..thanks, man.
This could really push this stock up...all that money and 170 bed hospital in Palm Beach running at 75% capacity charging 4K per bed/week for rehab
Numbers below speak for themselves...

GREEN BABY!!...two ticks..I'll take it.
We have shareholders now who know what they own and won't be shaken by MMs games
Nice...just added a few edits below...LOL!
“You got this LEOn, he’s the CEO. Deep wallets his connections are. They were laying low under heavy selling of GRST, in the middle of Florida, summer 2021. He doesn’t wanna put out another PR, he just did. Now, the shareholders they start communicating with him, iHub, phone calls, tweets, emails, he responds with basic info. The mms started making trouble, and still its a waiting game. Now the shorts, they noticed this, and they started to short heavy, like jackals, hyenas, they were laughing at how low they could drive the SP. They nipped at the SP till July, and ate the food off the plates of loyal shareholders. They did this and they got closer and closer to .002, and bolder and bolder, till one day… NICEGUY1 BOUGHT 10 MILLION SHARES ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND KICKED MM's THAT WERE OUT FOR COFFEE IN THE ARSE...AND THE STOCK NEVER LOOKED BACK...LOL!!...CARRY ON NOW...Leon’s company began rising back into the light, and financially became better than every other health care facility in Florida, the stock ran like the wind, absorbed every sell order in its path, ’cause every once in a while, the Leon has to show the world who he is.”
Hard to short a stock when it's at the bottom of the barrel now
Tweet it ...if IT is slow...then post for posterity to their site later
Avg down like the rest of us here have done and be patient.
Such a bitter post with such a pretty picture....real contrast there..LOL
No way this goes dramatically DOWN...been there done that already when it hit .0021...that's about as undervalued as this will get IMO. It's either going to trade sideways for awhile awaiting news of if MMs decide they want to accumulate at this level..it will start to rise again. There is so much more upside here vs downside for those that have WAs at or below 1/2 cent
It also means dilution has stopped...not good news for shorters here
HAHAHA!...halted...too funny. Talk about lame scare tactics.
Most if not all OTCs use dilutive funding. The question is what are they using that for...is it a P&D to enrich insiders with a clever business narrative and a PO Box , 3 or fewer employees.....or is there a real business with facilities, profits they are trying to grow and will eventually return profits to shareholders.
MMs stopped trying to walk this down?...may have already accumulated enough shares by them to prepare to make big profits in the run up
If we weren't all such busybodies..we would salt the shares we have away and not even read boards or check prices until the next financials are out...This is a real business not a P&D and watching and worrying about this everyday is really not needed and much ado over short term which is irrelevant here
At some point the benefits acheived thorugh dilution have to outweigh the damage to the PPS or else investors will eventually bail...but the CEO already said dilution should slow down going forward and we should start seeing financials with the new acquistion now closed....so IMO just a matter of time now. We know there is a real business behind this ticker and one that should never have gotten to less than 1/2 cent in PPS even with 3BN shares.
today's volume just 20% of the recent daily avg..yet still held on..closing red by just one tick. Surprised MMs are more aggressive to bring this down with such low volume. Thinking those that are here now are mostly in it for the longer run up to $01+ expected and not prone to MMs games.
It is a joke. To have that kind of investment, will likely require a clean up of the SS abit...they may at some point want to uplist to NASDQ if they get into the 40Million per year revenue range...I could foresee a R/S at that time to attract bigger players...but I can't plan that far ahead..just looking for $.01-.03 in the next three-six months
Yes. In a previousl podcast the 30-40M annual revenue was mentioned by Shawn...so tell us how you see us getting closer to that number now after the acquisition closed...don't really care to hear that run rate is $1.8M for six months..that's history not future.
Absolutely same level of astonishment here.
It just seems like a matter of time before this ticker goes 2-3X at a minimum. Previous work done to get lic, insurance approval, close on the acquisition, should now pay off in the very near future IMO
Need that FAQ document to say good things about the company
No reason it shouldn't at this point
It's all about timing. Perhaps when dilution was high and this stock was a penny or more..it was a bad bet; it's not a penny anymore and dilution may slow down with the opening and cashflow from their facility. So what was potentially not good before is now good. Timing is everything
Agreed. Accumulation time...however, I feel like I've overdosed on this stock..may need to check into their facility after this...:->
With such a low volume any MM can hurt this stock.
We need volume here soon. I've been posting around the boards about this undervalued stock to try to drum up interest and have folks do some DD on it...hope we see more volume here soon
We need more eyes on this one.
Where's that FAQ?? Looking on Twitter for it
Can't even fill 1Million @27 this morning. MMs are getting stingy trying to walk this down
2.8BILLION..:->
Dilutions have slowed recently (been at 2.8M O/S for some time now) and may not be as large of a factor going forward; remains to be seen. The mail driver here will now be business performance..getting as many beds available as possible in the hospital. Numbers show that this is a $.01-03 stock easily with full operations
Agreed. If he shows his hand a bit on growth..we need to know that he has firm plans to expand beyond 40 or 52 beds...the hospital has something like 168 beds capacity...which would according to a podcast from a couple of years ago drive $30-$40M of revenue per year
I get $25M myself with the following assumptions with GROSS DILUTION (for those that always bring it up as a risk) to 5BN shares
Still an 11 bagger
168 # of beds in facilty
70% Occupancy avg
$4,000 Revenue per bed/Week
$24,460,800 Annual revenue
6,115,200 Net Cashflow (25%)
$0.001 CPS @5BN Shares
5,000,000,000 Shares O/S
$0.031 Price Target (P/Cashflow per share - 25X typical for Health Care Facilities Stocks)
0.0028 Curr price
11 Bagger
Sounds Great. Thanks for the follow up
Holding gains made on Friday with low volumes
Not sure if that means MMs have given up on the idea of trying to drive this to the low 2s or below at this time..or just waiting to see what the volume is today before trying that.
Anything below 1/2 cent is stealing here. I mean common how many OTCs are Pink Current and PROFITABLE????? You got shtt stocks out there trading on ideas with billions of shares that are higher than this one with a real operation behind it
LOL@little walls put up to stop momentum because this MMs are too butt hurt cause they've lost so many shares trying to keep this down...keep the pressure on them!
Noticed that sudden shift too...just ridiculous.
Dilution scare won't work ...and BTW...the trips price was before license, insurance approval, acquistion close...if you think none of that has any bearing on value of this stock..then I guess it can go back there.
Cheap shares is what they want. With low volumes they can manipulate this all day long
