How much has been lost with NNRX since the middle of February? Compare NNRX to what the major markets have lost since the middle of February. Which has done better NNRX or the major indexes? The Virus has affected every business in the whole world since the beginning of February; it has to have affected NNRX as well. Using the Virus as an excuse or not, I do not expect to hear anything from Bishop this month. Now next month is a different story, if no news comes out in May I’ll jump on the bandwagon with the nay Sayers.
Please take the time to read this whole post. I’m glad to hear you have a business that is making money and you got your web site up and running, but tell me how large of an area does your business cover? The local towns in your area, the county you leave in or maybe a try-county area? What would happen if your orders for flooring doubled, tripled overnight, would you be equipped to handle the increase in volume on a short notice? If not, what do you think would happen to your reputation; you advertised a service and could not deliver as promised.
Now take the scale of your business to a national level or even an international level. Imagine the resources you would need, contacts all over the country (world even), suppliers large enough to meet your companies needs for a national supply, capital to back your needs to pay your suppliers, your distribution force, the work force you would need. Your advertising cost, a $400 dollar web site could not handle the communications your company would need let alone the orders and delivery operations. Now let’s talk about the office staff required for a national company, General Manager for the different regions of the nation, managers inside of those regions under them foremen under them workers. What would happen to your company if you tried to make such a large move without having all you contacts, suppliers, management teams, labor force and your finances all in place before you started advertising on a National scale, would your company implode? Your immediate need for cash alone would force you to go bankrupt before you could establish yourself as a national company.
Can’t you see what is involved in being a company that would have to be able to meet the orders that would come in on a national scale? Bishop has to have all the basses cover and everyone in line before hand, so when he does start advertising he will be able to meet his obligations, if not he will fail before he gets started.
Now tell me if another company got wind of your plans to go national with your flooring company and you told them how you planed to do it, and they had a head start on you with the need capital and contacts, who would have the best chance of succeeding, you trying to get all your duck in a row or the company that already has a head start and your ideas to work with.
I didn’t think NNRX would ever be a Mercedes-Benz, but if it does mature into a very large company I won’t complain. You buy penny stocks for the large increase from pennies to quarters or better, not 100’s of dollars. The quick 500 to 1000% profit is what you look for, if it goes further all the better. When it makes the 1000% or what you’re looking for, that’s when you put a trailing stop sale order in and keep your fingers cross that it keeps going to the moon. Like I said if it were that easy to make a million in the stock market the world would be full of millionaires..
Don’t get me wrong I’d like to be a millionaire, but I’m only looking to make a good living and have something to pass on. There's not much more down side here, the worse that can happen is it goes completely under, most likely the worst from here is it will be sold for the ticker symbol and we break even in the long run.
Answer me this;
When you go to a car dealership and buy a car and they don’t have the color of options you want, what do you do? You order it the way you want it. While your waiting what do you do, you tell your friends look at the new car I OWN and show them pictures of the car from the car dealership’s picture of it.
If you go to your birthday party at a restaurant and a friend orders a birthday cake for you what do you do before you eat it. You take a picture of it and post it on social media saying look at MY birthday cake. (You did not make it or even buy it, but it’s YOUR birthday cake),
You stated that you talk to Bishop on social media and he deleted your question “like I said when I questioned it, he erased my comments instead of answering me...” Most media platforms I know do not allow you to erase another persons post. I have posted questions on this board about other posters, which were erased by a board moderator (not unlike you) who deemed it “not allowed for one reason or another”. The person I posted to did not erase the post, the moderator did, the person I posted to did not answer it because it was erased before he had time to read it. He only checks in every so often to read post. Is it the persons I posted to fault the post was erased or not answered?
How do you even know it was Bishop you were posting to? It’s just a name on a board, you could be anyone but I know you as “upline999”, you could have just as easily used the handle “JBishop” and I still would not know who you were.
Only time will tell the answer. Like you, I bought this stock hoping to get in on the ground floor and make a killing like I read about others doing.
A long time a go I purchased a stock for pennies and held it for quite a while, it was going no where, so after quite a while I sold it for a small profit instead of the big money I was hoping for. I moved on not bothering with it any more, today it’s called “Price Line”. Who new, if I had only held the stock and kept it in the back of my portfolio, look where I’d be now? Not making that mistake again, I believed in that stock when I bought it and got tired of waiting for it to perform, it takes time for a new company to take shape, Price Line didn’t just boom over night either.
Another stock I did the same with was Sonus Networks; it’s still around but under a new name now “Ribbon Communications US LLC”. I bought “Sonus” for pennies held it for a long time while watching other companies in the same field take off , got tired of holding it and sold, look at it now $2.30, I had bought it at the time for under a dime.
I’m going to hold this one “TILL HELL FREZZES OVER”. I bought it for a good reason and that reason has not changed, to make a killing. That doesn’t happen every day or the whole world would be nothing but millionaires.
different CEO and owner
NNRX Security Details are out for April 3. No change from March, which means NNRX is not flooding the market with more shares, float is staying the same.
As I have said before, my belief is that NNRX is not farming; NNRX is a Co-Op for Hemp. Co-Op’s buy from the farmers at contracted prices before product is ready for harvest (hence they own the product in the field), then move the product to the appropriate buyers at the best market price they can get. NNRX is also into processing Hemp through third parties as well as formulating there own products which are produced by third parties and will be sold under NNRX’s label. When they come out with there next Quarterly Report I think there companies business plan will be clearer.
Outstanding share count up to 3,293,763,449 as of 3/06/2020, can’t wait to see Q Report due out in April.
There’s two ways to look at it. When you see a sale that means someone else is buying. Some possibilities: 1) Day Traders covering margin calls in other stocks which promoted selling what ever you can. 2) Stock buy back, would be a great time if cash were available. 3) The backlogged buyers are finally getting orders filled. Remember no one was selling for quite a while. Not all traders are all in, wise ones keep cash reserves.
Like most folks, I’ve lost over 30% in IRA in the last few weeks and nothing in NNRX. Which has treated us better lately? I’m thinking we’ll see a move up in NNRX well before the general market recovers. Sitting tight and waiting, NNRX is the least of our worries now.
Well I though the markets sucked yesterday, today is just plan ridiculous. Should have put everything in to NNRX, it’s the only thing that’s gone up in the last two days.
Well there only one thing to say about today, the general stock markets SUCK. At least NNRX went up .00005 (25%), better than anything else I’m holding.
You seam to have an understanding as to where NNRX is coming from. They are not going to let any outside comments influence there business plan, why should they. When everything is in place to there satisfaction it will be made public. Releasing information to soon to satisfy a few, could cost them a lot of money and may jeopardize there plans. At present most of us are loosing a lot more money on the exchanges than what NNRX is costing just holding it for long term.
Where did you find how much they have in bank at? Been looking for some new DD.
It will be a tuff move to switch back to Gold, a lot of paper money has been printed around the world. The price of Gold would be outrages, before that could happen a lot of governments around the world would have to buy back a lot of paper money, which they can’t afford to do. Don’t think that will happen now, the Pandora’s Box was opened when we went off the gold standard. In the future when oil is not as big a factor in the world as it is now, the dollar will have to redefine itself. I can’t even guess what it will look like.
So true, I think the big investment will be in the energy sector. A lot of oil companies have taken a very big hit, some as much as 60 to 70%. When this is over and it will be, the bounce back will be something to see.
Don’t sell into the market, it will come back. If you believed in your investments in January the only thing that has changed is the world wide panic over COVID-19. A lot of the selling by the big investors profit taking, they will be buying soon at these prices and the big swing is high powered computer trading. I’m all in at the moment, wishing I still had some cash sitting on the side lines. There are some great buys out there and they will be better ones by the end of the week. Remember a lose isn’t a lose till you sell. If you liked the company and it’s fundamentals are good stick with it.
Well if you look at the rest of the market (Dow, S&P and Nas) we did not do bad today. Who knows maybe NNRX is a safe harbor, seems there is more up side potential with NNRX than the rest of the market in the short term?
Co-Op’s were established to allow small farmers to have an outlet for there crops and be able to compete with the larger farms for marketing there product for many decades. There are Co-Op’s for almost every farming product out there. Hemp farming is just in the process of being established as a going concern and as far as I know, there are no established Co-Op’s for Hemp.
If you would re-read New/PR’s form when the pic’s were posted forward to now. You may find that they do not own the land, which crops are grown on, but own the crops through contracts with the farms, hence the term Co-Op that I have been using. They are trying to establish a market niche and trying to get a competitive edge. The longer that they can hold off news along these lines the more established they can become and the more farms they will be able get under contract, before other companies copies there business plan. Just my thoughts though reading between the lines, it is what I would do if I were trying to establish a new business plan that no one has though of yet.
Just sign on to computer, anyone know why there are no trades for NNRX today? Would have though that there would have been a post by now wondering?
Looks like NNRX traders are holding there breathe along with the rest of the market. No volume on the bid and ask prices this morning. NNRX might be the place to put your money after seeing what the rest of the Dow, Nas and S&P have been doing the last couple of days. That or Gold.
Could you please tell us what the current Public Float is the NNRX?
There is another phrase being through around “NNRX dumping shares”. If Bishop were selling his shares every time there is a large sale off, he would not have any or at least very few shares left now would he. You do not retain control of a company by selling off your shares.
Everyone seems to think NNRX should be spending more resources and time on news releases with there small number of employees. In the last 4 months, NNRX has had SEVEN news releases. Let us compare it to a company with a lot more working capital and staff than NNRX has, lets see how many news releases they have put out (SEVEN). This is from there own investor relations website. https://abc.xyz/investor/ Go there yourselves if you don’t beleave.

Now compare the content, there not talking about the inter-working of the company are they. Now read the news releases from NNRX, which are talking about the inter-working of the company. Which on is being more transparent and which one has more money to spend on News Releases.
Today’s science fiction is tomorrow’s science. I grew up on Saturday afternoon serials in the movie theaters (Buck Rogers and Commando Cody), now look next year Space X will be taking passengers into space, we have a Space Force and Mars is just around the corner. We are only limited by our own imaginations. With the right ideas, patents, and dreams, NNRX could be the next big Pharmaceutical and more, who knows. This could be the ground floor of something really big, or not, only time will tell.
Now that is what I like, think big. That is in the realm of possibility; no one else is talking Nano and if Bishop has been working on patents in the background and not talking that would explain a lot. Remember NNRX and been in “Rule 12g-4(a)(1)” for a reason a lot could be going on.
P.S. this share increase was not restricted shares, which usually go to executives’. They could be notes come due or the likes, as well as anything, time will tell. Hold true nothing has changed to suggest any thing has changed that we don’t already know about.
I suspect there to be some kind of News/Pr in the next few weeks. Remember Second Quarter Report is due out mid March, that is only three to four weeks out. This outstanding share count was on OTC’s site and the information had to come from NNRX to the OTC. Do not get overly excited about the increase, NNRX is not hiding anything this is the number they gave OTC. Remember you cannot grow a company with spending; these shares will be accounted for when the next Q Report comes out next month.
As expected outstanding share count has risen, it is now standing at 3,159,063,449 as of Feb. 7th. This is no surprise; you cannot hire new people and purchase raw materials with out spending money and awarding shares to new people and partners.
Same outstanding share count for Jan. 3rd 2020'
You seem to have an incredible source of information that no one else has, not even the OTC. Would you please share/confirm this source with the rest of us on this site.
Glad to see one calm head in the crowd, this is most likely someone exercising an option or a note. This buying could even be NNRX buying back shares, who knows. We will find out what is going on when the second quarter report comes out next month. Looking at the Bid price volume tells me there are a lot of buyers out there; you do not buy on bad news!
There are more than 10,000 companies in the OTC Market Group. The OTC Market Group is a private company, which was founded in 1904 and still only has less than a 100 employees. It is no wonder they have trouble updating the smaller OTC companies, like any other business there in it for the money and most of there efforts are spent where they can make the most. Here is an interesting read if posters here have some free time. ( https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/otc-markets-group#section-overview ).
They are going to take the reframed approach to any reporting they do about any company, the safest approach for them selves, is to under report not over report on a company’s status.
You have to work hard to make dreams come true, when you get knock down you have to get back up and keep trying. If one thing does not get it done, then you move on and try again. Those who sit and cry in there own spilt milk saying the world is against them, can never make there dreams come true. If anyone thinks NNRX can never make it, they should move on and keep looking for that dream.
With out Dreams humanity would stagnate and wither away. It is our dreams that motivate us to rise in the morning and take that deep breath to face a new day. I wish everyone had dreams to aspire to; reality is that most have lost to will to make them come true and rely on others to dream. Dreamers are the ones who keep this world in tact. The ones who reach there dreams keep the world moving forward.
And where do you get your information from or are you just guessing? You know the old saying about "Assuming".
Old news, anyone can make a YouTube video, write a letter using Word Perfect, and make it look like anything they want. Bottom line who got sued in court and loss, Waldron that’s who. Any one with a little bit of business knowledge knows you don’t realest statements about your business till you are sure and that your lawyers say so. Bishop was wrong in jumping the gun in announcing the Waldron venture when he did and he learned from his mistake. (Yes it hurt some investors me included, but that's the chance you take when you invest in penny stocks, that why there not listed on the main exchanges). The difference is i did not sell at a loss because i listened to everyone who had a opinion, I formed my own. As for you stating mid 2019’, I stated that it was mid 2018 when NNRX went dark and Bishop started canceling contracts with suppliers when it came time to renew and started depleting stock. He quit selling on line around the same time period and used exiting stock on existing customers.
NNRX has had a product line and continued to up date it for thirteen and a half of the past fifteen years. It has just been since July of 2018’ that he has quit adding new products, which coincides with NNRX going dark. After July is when Bishop started developing his new plan for the company’s future. At that point, he started canceling exiting contracts for product production of existing online products. He also started letting inventory deplete to the point that NNRX no longer was selling online by mid 2019’. You do not completely change the direction of a company over night. There are many people involved. Supply chains, production chains, distribution chains as well as sells outlet chains. These chains you want to take your time in closing to insure you leave behind a viable avenue to reopen these chains in the future if needed. It is a year and a half later now since NNRX has gone dark and Bishop has gotten the company to the point where he thinks it is viable to reopen the chains form supply to marketing, with a hole new product line and packaging. As well as, his new ties in Hemp, from farming co-op and the purchasing and selling of bio-mas and the products bio-mas produces.
I myself see a bright future for NNRX and though many people do not agree how he has gone about it, they are not in his shoes and do not know what has transpired in private.
Why would they do that? Add another middle man into selling there produce when they themselves will be selling on line and through reliable third party sellers.
