cheynew...don't you know we're not supposed to make realistic observations here?
most of the guys here aren't planning on selling any till it's over $50....
and we were told they wouldn't sell shares at this level.
you would have quite a bit of trouble proving anything i've ever posted qualifies as a "falsity".
does the 1 year chart look strong to you?
has this not been dead money, as i have posted more than once while others have continued to predict big moves every week?
has the board failed to monetize the discoveries to date, or not?
what a crappy-lookin' chart.
the smart money boys must not have figured out that pphm has btd in the bag, eh?
like i said last month....
when will it change?

Dead money. I ignored all the signs yet again."
and i have been trashed repeatedly since.
i've had my big boy pants on for longer than most.... i don't want them to be soiled again unless it's due to a halt followed by a parabolic moon shot from tustin.
and we shareholders need and deserve some support from the BOD after this challenging year as well.
it's always next week or the one after that, isn't it?
yuck, yuck.
don't be so negative!!
people here have become bitchier and more sensitive than the gang at Biotech Values!
didn't think that was possible...
no wonder the good posters left...FTM, RRDog, johnnyrocket... they operate on brains, not testoserone and hopium.
that was an usually nasty comment from mr. right-side-of-the-bed.
what's the matter? bothered by pphm's late-day dive?
not that anybody cares.. (what a setup line!)
i currently hold 19,000 shares at $1.48, after going in and out more than i've wanted to. I've had as many as 55,000 shares, and I had the crap diluted out of it. overall, after 11 or 12 years, i'm down about 9k as of today strictly on pphm buys/sells, but up overall since some of the sells turned into wins on other biotechs purchased with the proceeds.
i am not rooting against pphm and never have.
i will not be holding it all till $11, but i will not have sold it all, either.
my heart is with this science, and i want to believe in the board, but it's hard after all this time. they haven't been able to monetize anything except Avid for many, many years.
for those of you who don't want to hear feminine emotions and boo-hooing....how many more years are you ok with waiting? i'm 63, and nobody i know is getting healthier.
that's a significant difference from what Sunstar posted...unfortunately.
wonder how many hired since april 2013....
sunstar...that's the first posting on headcount comparisons in quite some time...thank you. i hope the hiring is, in fact, continuing at that pace.
sulaco...
i blow hard with frustration, yes, and some legitimate questions. feminine emotion? grow up.
there are plenty of people here who dig for all kinds of science...i want some answers to investment-based concerns. the diggers ignore those.
this is way past ridiculous.
dia... i did say the burger was lousy
when you get tired and hungry from not being able to find anything other than a stale baggette or tired croque monsieur for lunch, there's a great little Canadian pub on quai saint michel right near notre dame...with lousy burgers and ice cold stellas on tap...
sunstar...
i will not be comparing sec-filed reports to check headcounts.
i don't believe the hopiums here checked, either.
my point is still very simple...that nobody here knows the facts about the hiring, but many speak as if they do.
i hope it's a new wave, with purpose, but i can't assume it is just because i want it to be true.
sold some more heartware and bought more at 11 and change.
run, baby...
sunstar...i do appreciate your posts. you don't always assume it's all a done deal like too many others.
however...regarding hiring....do you know whether it's additional staffing or essentially just replacements?
long-time pphm investors are allowed to be frustrated at the share price, without having to be told to sell if we don't like it.
is the BOD supposed to want traders or investors to buy? either way, the price has to go UP for either to make a buck. the fact is that pphm generally doesn't..so nobody needs to be in a hurry to show interest...
can ANYBODY here have a middle of the road view without being spoken-down to??
there's nothing wrong with being optimistic about the science, but i thought the point was to deal in facts regarding pphm as a business/investment entity..
goat... the fact that they haven't said they aren't doesn't logically mean that they are!!!!!! you may be right, but you are reading something into it that has not been stated!
who can VERIFY net ads? until we get that, you are assuming!
there's too much of that here!!!!!
i want BTD, AA, partnership, something! just because i want it doesn't mean it's about to happen!
it would be surprising if the fda would consider the 109% that was..discredited. will the 60% be enough?
hopium says yes...don't know about the fda, though.
Volgoat! that has nothing at all to do with my questions!
where have they said they're doing a huge workforce expansion???
i bring up points solely to temper the hopium, which has proven to be quite addictive around here.
i get trashed and dissected every time while the pps goes nowhere YEAR after YEAR.
so let's do it again.
all the 'help wanted's...but nobody, that's NO BODY has answered what has been asked numerous times... are they new hires or replacements? how many net adds are there to payroll? do we KNOW we're gearing up presently,or are we assuming so because of online ads?
why can't they get a loan now with decent terms if they're in such a great negotiating situation with what they say they've learned about the MOA?
if they only needed some cash to tide them over till they close a partnership, wouldn't you expect the pps to move up enough that THEY WOULDN'T NEED ANOTHER 7,000,000 SHARES FROM DILUTION at current prices (which we've been told repeatedly wouldn't happen 'at these prices'!!!!!)????????????????????????
diluting more now, even though it's only a few percent, tells me there is no partnership about to be signed that will be spiking the price.
wook... anti-ps has certainly gained credibility, but bavi is not an automatic game changer. it may take a newer, modified version to reach the success we want. if that's the case, it could be quite a while till the pps gets where we want it.
all i'm saying is that it's not a sure thing anytime soon, and folks here shouldn't be assuming it is.
let's remember that P3 trials, quite often, fail to produce the same results as 'successful' P2s...
please don't count chickens before they hatch. there are numerous reasons why we're sub 1.40, and they're not all because pphm may be being...'targeted".
what????? we're down this morning?????
shocking.
we've barely had double digit institutional ownership at all except for mandatory index buying, and you think we'll be at 60% soon? based on what facts, exactly, rather than conjecture?
goat...i'm insulted.
when i look at my account statement, it says the board has not delivered value. whether it ever will absolutely remains in doubt regardless of what a few folks here write ad nauseum.
i want value to appear in my account! 10 years is a long time, and the market cap is awful.
cp...if the pps is 1.37 vs 5.40, is a BP going to pay $20 to buy the place?
what company's board is going to let a big wad of cash come to us when wall street thinks we're a joke?
wook...that IS an opinion.
the company was worth more in the marketplace last september than it is now, by a long shot.
multiple perceived minor-league missteps over many years blew pphm's credibility out their a$$ with institutions, and that includes the failure to constitute a respected BOD.
many other Boards with pphm's science would likely have delivered more pps value with their eyes closed by now.
WRONG, CP!
we were sigNIFicantly better off at 5.40 than we are at 1.37.
'holding up well' would be more like $2.25.
the news will be that they're going it alone as of now, although we're in discussions, and we will drop.
