i bring up points solely to temper the hopium, which has proven to be quite addictive around here.

i get trashed and dissected every time while the pps goes nowhere YEAR after YEAR.

so let's do it again.

all the 'help wanted's...but nobody, that's NO BODY has answered what has been asked numerous times... are they new hires or replacements? how many net adds are there to payroll? do we KNOW we're gearing up presently,or are we assuming so because of online ads?
