To contact CIA Director Mike Pompeo, co-writer of the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" and request inclusion of SFOR's MFA/OOBA write him at:
Central Intelligence Agency
Office of Public Affairs
Washington, DC
20505
To contact President Trump's recently hired WH Cybersecurity Coordinator, Robert Joyce (ex-NSA Hacking Division Chief) about inclusion of SFOR's MFA/OOBA in the National "Anti-Hacking Plan"
write him at his West Wing Office. The address is simply as follows:
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington, DC
20500
Ah but have all the terms of the Microsoft settlement been fully complied with yet? ZPaul kindly reprinted the 8-K regarding them.
He brought up the question of full compliance in accordance with the undisclosed terms of the NDA. It may have yet to be accomplished. I don't know for sure. Do you or anyone else know for sure?
It should be the first of May when you read this. What that means is that our window of opportunity is closing. The National "Anti-Hacking Plan" must be on President Trump's desk by mid June. His 90 day clock started ticking after Dan Coats took office as the Director of National Intelligence. He and CIA Director Pompeo were tasked with drafting the plan. Now we have a third player, Robert Joyce (former NSA Hacking Division Chief) hired by the POTUS as WH cybersecurity coordinator. If you want MFA/OOBA mentioned in that plan, perhaps even with a reference to SFOR, now is the time to write those gentlemen. I would not dare ask this of you had not I already done so. I also sent the White House, CIA Director and DNI copies of MT or GID for their review via Amazon. None of the copies have been returned. Hey, consider doing the same. I know that sounds like a crazy idea but it just might work!
Amazon also let me include a brief message requesting MFA/OOBA be considered for inclusion in the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" if you want to kill two birds with one stone. I did that & wrote letters in the hope one would get through to a decision maker.
To the best of my limited legal knowledge, in American jurisprudence, no can do "bought them out when they were dealing with their lawsuit against them." The defendant company must wait until the ongoing lawsuit is over, damages assessed and paid or settlement terms fully complied with. Then and only then can a buyout offer be tendered. Happy to be set straight by a finer legal mind with a legal reference.
"I've never seen this kind of representation in pink land." Neither have I! I also find it very intriguing that just the retainer fee for R&G ranges from $300K to $500K and their hourly fees are expensive.
Now, how could a pink land company, like SFOR afford that? I also find it interesting that multi billion dollar firms Intel & Texas Pacific Group (who spun off McAfee) share the same lawyers as microcap SFOR, Ropes and Gray. Add to that the TGP partner statement during the Bloomberg interview two weeks ago about the McAfee spinoff that "This year we will be acquiring small computer software companies in the cyber defense landscape." and you get a very interesting picture developing IMHO.
Here's how you could be wrong. The 1 October start of the new FY date causes some interesting things to happen in Federal Agencies. As the end of the FY approaches the word comes from on high in the Departments to spend, spend, spend before reappropriation on 1 October. I personally saw this happen on my airbase when I was a young Finance Officer (2d/lt).
DOE has a black eye from years of failed, uneconomic, clean coal projects. It wants to redeem itself. Its administrators know all the clean coal money goes bye bye come 1 October. According to the President's propose DOE budget funds will be tageted toward nuclear and applied research. CCTC offfers DOE one last shot at a clean coal win. Best of all, the side benefit of dust control enables exports via environmentally sensitive Pacific NW ports. That means American jobs. Those DOE administrators know those two items are high on the President's priority list. CCTC may be their Hail Mary pass to achieve those POTUS objectives. The bottom line for the DOE clean coal fund administrator is use it, before you lose it all! It's as simple as that IMHO.
What intrigues me is how Gemalto can go on with the DoD SIPRNET upgrade with "their" SAFENET (infringed SFOR IP) in the face of ongoing litigation by Ropes and Gray! They are setting themselves up for one heck of a fall! Gemalto is either delusional or has titanium balls IMHO.
Under a legally binding stipulation in the DART/Citgo note dillution is forbidden!
Then, I can't wait until that miners convention! I just hope you're right.
"Could" is the operative word in the Momentum Hunters article. Microsoft also could not announce. Time will tell if Momentum Hunters has anything solid based on current info or is just rehashing old.
Agree. Our humble, understated CEO underpromises and over delivers. He is executing on all four prongs of the company growth plan he articulated. He has also always been a straight shooter with me. He first impressed me in July by running with the ball I laterally passed him from the DoD/CIO's office. He immediately arranged a sales presentation by our fully vetted, Government vendor, ACS. Time will tell how much yardage our quaterback got out of that. The game is far from over and I belive we are super bowl bound IMHO!
Agreed, that's SFOR's present and ongoing reality.
CEO Mark Kay stated the value of the company to be 8 billion dollars. IMHO the CEO, who is privy to information the common share holder is not, would have a more accurate company valuation. 10 trillion is fantasy land IMHO.
Although I appreciate your newfound enthusiasm for SFOR you can't logically make such an assumption IMHO.
Source please. I've seen no article by Microsoft! The article appeared in "Momentum Hunters" only to the best of my knowledge.
Thank you for that very detailed explanation.
I highly doubt ZPaul wrote it! The author is simply stated as admin.
I did not realize they could do so. Thank you for that information!
Thank you for correcting my wrong SEC timeline. Given that information
then the last date for filing would be Monday, 22 May since the market is closed Sunday 21 May. Correct?
Then please contest, point by point, today's Momentum Hunters Article "Microsoft Could Announce a Multi Million Dollar Royalty Compensation Type Agreement With Strike Force Technologies" Thank you. You will find the link to this article provided by DamnGoodPennyStocks in his post # 159260.
I believe the SEC routinely grants a two week extension on filing dates but am not 100% sure. I know SFOR has obtained extensions in the past. Some people have an issue with extensions, I don't because I agree with you that the numbers are moving in the right direction.
Completely agree with that sentiment!
"But that fund is winding down." Please bear in mind it will be reappropriated on 1 October, the start of the new Federal FY. IMHO unless CCTC has recieved a grant or award from the "Clean Coal Technology" fund before that date it's over. The CCTC goose is cooked and share holders will become bag holders on 2 October. I sincerely hope management is fully aware of this fact. I emailed them about it and have yet to recieve the courtesy of a response. That concerns me.
Correct me if I'm wrong but if SFOR files for a two week extension on the release of the 1st Q that would delay the publication until 5/29.
I disagree. Whenever a share holder contacts Government officials or other decision makers and mentions SFOR technology as I have done (see last post) Mark should be emailed IMHO. He must be kept in the loop! This is a simple professional courtesy. I have always emailed Mark copies of the letters I've sent and snail mailed the hard copy responses of the replies from Government officials for his files. As an activist shareholder I will continue to do so because Mark has thanked me for doing this. However, you do have a valid point about "whiney retail stock investors wanting him to hold their hands." This I haven't done as that would be a waste of the man's time.
Dear Mr. Joyce,
Congratulations on becoming the White House Cyber Security Coordinator. Your experience as the NSA Hacking Division Chief will prove invaluable in helping draft the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" for the POTUS.
I'm writing you at the urging of my Congressman's senior staffer Tim Gallant, a retired USN CPO. As a retired military intelligence officer I was alarmed when I read EUCOM Lt/Gen Ben Hoges' AFN interview in Poland during NATO's FX Anaconda in June. In it he stated "Neither (U) radio communications or email are secure" and "I assume everything I write on my Blackberry is being monitored." Then on 2/23/17 the BBC reported Russian cyber attacks on his deployed troops' mobile devices during their ongoing East European NATO member nation reinforcement.
This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences! It can help enemy targeteers put guided munitions on American and allied targets and troops as I did to our country's enemies.
As you are aware, our military is switching from Androids to Apple I-Phones. These have inadequate protection against cyber attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services. Please help get them the encryption and MFA/OOBA these devices need such as SFOR's Mobile Trust.
Personal contact information withheld.

Thank you Gold49er for informing us about President Trump's newly hired cyber security cooordinator, Robert Joyce. This former NSA Hacking Division Chief will be an invaluable contributor to the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" requested by the POTUS. Consequently, I have just written him at his White House west wing office at: 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington DC 20500. I encourage others to do likewise. The more he hears about our compan,y who has the patent on MFA/OOBA for mobile devices, the better IMHO.
WRONG! DART note forbids dilution. Also, CEO Mark Kay stated there is " no need for a R/S in the forseeable future." Who is more believable?
When did Ropes and Gray take SFOR on as a client and initiate litigation in defense of SFOR IP? Do you honestly expect those type of cases to go as quickly as traffic court hearings? Get real!
Great idea! I would also send the R&G secretary an expensive box of candy since they might have a sweet tooth.
Easy. Bribes work. In this case it's called foreign aid to Pakistan. What do we get out of it? Help in the war against the terrorists. That's the quid pro quo IMHO. A US outfit like CCTC has to beg for crumbs from the DOE table. That's the way it is. Sad but true IMO.
That's good news. Effective lobbying can help!
Yeah, it didn't make sense to me since anthracite ash has the higher REE content. That's not what PRB low rank coal is.
They must be adhearing to a strict client confidentiality policy. Yes, you are a share holder, but not a company officer. I believe none of us common share holders could be made privy to ongoing case details.
Agree. It does mean something. SFOR's channel partners have not been idle! Product is selling on-line and in brick & mortar stores. Also, the sales from OEM bundling can not be discounted. IMHO the HSN spots were a watershed event for raising consumer awareness. Just how much will be obvious on the 2nd Q report of 2017.
I'm in perfect agreement with you. Some people have unrealistic growth expectations IMHO.
If you call 41% growth as shown in the 10-K "beyond horrible" there is nothing I can postulate about Q1 that would make any sense to you! Any company that has grown 41% over the course of a year is doing well IMHO.
You're right of course! Gemalto is offering MFA to upgrade the DoD SIPRNET. Gemalto's version is called Safe Net. Ropes and Gray are currently representing SFOR in litigation against Gemalto for this IP infringment. Once this case is resolved who do you think Uncle Sam will turn to for mobile device MFA and expedite their vendor paperwork? The infringer, Gemalto, or the ligitimate holder of the US patent for mobile device MFA, Strike Force Technologies. Long & Strong SFOR.
If paperwork held things up as long as some here imply. We would lose wars!
