Ever have the desire to feel what it would be like to fly in Baltia's future 767-300?
Well now you can!!
EI-UNB aka Boeing SN: 26234
Yup....this is not for everyone I guess! Guess this investment is only for those that can see the future on the wall like Kalitta does! Guess Kalitta could have played it safe back in the day too and not went into the Airline business because it was too risky! Could have stayed racing cars! I'm pretty sure he is happy that he did though now! GL as well!
Thanks for the oh so genuine cares of how I invest! I'm good though and know how reverse splits work if that's the choice that Baltia actually makes! The figures are not even close to being accurate though, but I don't have the time to give more math lessons! People are more then welcome though to look at my previous posts over the last few days of the math on R/S's!
Yup things do take time I guess. Just glad to still see the same old faces checking on Baltia Daily. Shows that they still believe things will happen eventually. Don't get me wrong the wait is not fun. But I will be sitting good with my stock pile of shares that I have been accumulating over this waiting period
Nope you are right! But Airlines are allowed to fly the public with the same issue that the FAA failed them for! That's the problem! Either give them more chances to fix the issue or implement that standard to every aircraft, not just the first one. FAA won't do that because then 90% of aircraft would be grounded! Baltia was not treated fair compared to Airlines currently out there! We can go all day... but the fact is FAA is a Joke!
Might be waiting awhile! But as soon as we hear I will sell off a few shares for the Bears! Thanks for the ones waiting that will purchase my golden tickets!
Thank you for confirming that The FAA's Requirements are still a complete joke and has nothing to do with making sure Airlines actually have working emergency slides on their planes, other then the first plane they certify with! LOL...I love that Baltia failed so bad! Not due to it's personnel, yet it was because of the slides. Shame on Baltia for not having X-ray vision and seeing the slides packed wrong from the FAA approved venders! Oh wait all the other Airlines use that same vendor and fly people daily with those failing repacked slides???? Yup! But that doesn't matter silly the first plane passed, so life is good!
P.S. Just for the record it's a Mini Evac! Short for Miniture Evacuation Drill. Pretty sure FAA doesn't test Vacuums! Could be something new they are getting into though I guess ... watch out Dyson, your first DC07 better pass the suck test! The rest you have don't matter though no need to suck well after the first one passes!
Agreed! Hopefully the FAA will think about their actions this time and do the right thing for a change! If anyone can get us thru this it's Kalitta and Tony!
I would agree if the FAA didn't black out the results of the Mini Evac 3 documents they sent me and withhold other documents pertaining to the Mini's. If they showed proof that the letter was wrong I would agree. It is obvious though the FAA is trying to hide that info. I will believe Igor's statements. There would be no reason for him to send the letter with that to the FAA if not true. The FAA knows it and so do I. Show me fact it's not true or it's just Bupkus like some might say!
The letter didn't come from the folks at Baltia to me. I received the letter from the FAA. I know the FAA isn't that reliable, but I think it might be a legit document! I will believe what is fact in front of me! Some might hide from facts, but I'm not. Sure does seem like FAA might be in the crowd trying to deflect what they did! Sure hope that's not the case, just more morally and ethically wrong actions if so! I have a lot more documents to share if anyone is able to read thru black lines?
Sorry but not bogus. It was Mini 3 and (30 out of 31 inspectors)...but very true! This is a letter that I received from the FAA from my FOIA request. One of the few documents not blacked out for some reason! Maybe they were running low on black ink! Glad one slipped thru! And you wonder why I'm bitter about the FAA!
It is a letter from Igor to the FAA.
I was told differently, but regardless even if so.... no one will deny that once Cert is in hand there is no requirement of slides guaranteeing to operate correctly like required on the initial plane. And Certification could pass with flying colors yet that same Airline could purchase 50 more lemons for its fleet with no questions asked about the integrity of the slides on board. Agreed?
I agree... then again I wasn't the one that made up the outrageous 200:1 R/S prediction! I just did the math if that was to be what some say will happen. The math doesn't lie though and if 200:1 is going to float around here then $10 is a really possibility with that thinking! There is no reason to take the AS down to 45 mil. We will see though shortly what the company has planned to move forward!
Has to be lower?? Do the math... tired of being the teacher all the time! I'll give a hint though! Look at what the AS was when the first few Mini's happened with a .025 PPS. Use that ratio and see if my .01 estimate is close!
Wish people understood what a reverse split really is! Lol
So let's have another math lesson! Ready class?
1,000,000 shares @ .0016 = 5000 shares @ .32 PPS = $1600 on a 200:1 R/S
Mini if a R/S did in fact happen at this outrageous estimate of 200:1 :
.05 x 200 (R/S) x 1,000,000 \ 200 (R/S) still = $50,000
$10 x 5,000 Shares= $50,000
Elementary my dear Watson!
Oh I know I know.....because their slides aren't fixed! FAA doesn't require them to have to fix slides once they have a certification in their hand! They didn't even have to deploy the slides if certifying with a new aircraft. Once certification is in hand they can buy all the used aircraft they want with faulty slides! Didn't read that memo?
I will add to this! So we all agree the PPS went to .003 just recently on word that Baltia is still trying to become an airline right? So investing $1600 like I posted earlier would give you 1,000,000 shares. Once the PR of Baltia actually leasing the plane and other key PR's happen, we can all agree that the PPS will more then likely hit .003 again right? Sell 550,000 shares get the $1600 back at that time and now you have 450,000 shares for free. Still better off then waiting for the Mini to jump in! Just my opinion though!
Lets do the math with this "wait until the Mini" concept!
Currently:
.0016 PPS x 1,000,000 shares = $1600 investment
Mini:
.01 PPS x 160,000 shares = $1600 investment
(.01 is a very low estimate compared to what the PPS was at in previous Mini's)
Certification:
.05 PPS x 1,000,000 = $50,000
.05 PPS x 160,000 = $8,000
$50,000 - $1600 = $48,400 profit
$8000 - $1600= $6,400 profit
Neither are bad....but much rather make $48,400 on a $1600 investment!
And dont get the old panties in a bunch over the estimated PPS... that's what it is an estimate and more then likely the estimate is on the low side IMO!
It's a 1994 B767-3P6ER. Not 31 years old! And it's last service Flight was on Oct. 2015 when Transareo started slowly limited flights up until going out of business at the end of the 2015 year. Has been in storage since. The plane is not that old for a 767-300 and Kalitta is certified to do all the required checks on the plane.
Spain.... but not for long!
I disagree and think for political reasons and possibly grudges the FAA did not allow Baltia to continue. Once again it's my opinion and this board is not changing that! I have FOIA documents from the FAA and is nothing but a cover up what I received. Currently in Appeal for non blacked out FAA documents. If the FAA was honest they wouldn't have to hide behind black ink!
Yes... feel sorry for the 30 inspectors and family that thought Baltia should pass that night... but the one voted no and here we are! Good thing Baltia is not a quitter and has beefed up its army this time! Tony and Kalitta will see this thru!
It is minor and for a 747 with new engines and updated cockpit it's really not that expensive for an airline to do. It would have been done too if the FAA didn't screw Baltia in the Mini Evac part of certification process. Even after all the work they did to help the FAA find out what was causing majority of the slide failures industry wide.
My point away was that the FAA guidelines are a joke! The point of my statement was the FAA states Baltia can't be certified with N706BL.... not because the crew did anything wrong, but because of the plane not passing the requirements during the Mini Evac test. Yet, and this is the part that makes the FAA a joke!!...Another airline may purchase N706BL with no questions asked and use it to fly passengers with just a few normal required maintenance updates. Even Baltia could use N706BL if they ever decided to try again with another 747-200 plane. No questions asked! FAA could care less about the slides... if already holding 747-200 certification in hand! Makes no sense and shows how the FAA is a complete joke!
I will agree with that.... still think Baltia had the procedures and well trained personnel down though. The slides were the only issue during the whole process, not the personnel. FAA comment multiple times how well the staff was. I don't see PF being that big of a challenge for Baltia.
Good luck with that prediction... lol. Then again maybe pigs can fly after all!
Most of our pilots were experienced 747-200 pilots and engineers. I even heard from a source that a few were ex Air Force 1 Pilots and/or engineers. I doubt the FAA would trip up those guys on Proving Flight simulations! My source also stated that the pilots thought N706BL was a smooth flying plane and enjoying flying her. The funny part about how the FAA works is an Airline could still buy N706BL and with a few minor landing gear updates fly passengers on her without a mini evac ever being done. Just need to be certified to fly 747-200's already. Makes a lot of sense right? Lol
Yes.... a few reasons!
#1 is the type of aircraft. 767-300 has only 8 doors not 10 like the 747-200 did. Meaning only 4 slides need to be deployed. If only 4 slides were needed in previous Mini's with N706BL we would be flying right now!
#2 most of the initial issues with the first few Mini Evacs was the strap being install that activated the canister being made to long when the packs were redone... that problem is no longer an issue.
#3 Baltia put in place after Mini 7 to go to the repacking facility themselves and oversee the whole slide repacking process with the manufacturers manuals, making sure the facilities personnel are truly repacking the slides like they should be. Reason Mini 7 slide twisted and only the one inspector with the FAA failed it, despite 30 other FAA inspectors giving a thumbs up! But of course FAA didn't allow them the chance to try again after they spent the time to watch this process being done in person.
I think we are in pretty good shape this time around!
I will continue to buy! Just like Monroe1 and his friends are doing...because I see the writing on the wall. Just like I saw the writing last time. I truly feel the FAA is to blame on that one and didn't give them a fair certification process during the Mini Evac's. Baltia should already be in the air in my opinion, but I'm not going to argue that topic. That's just my opinion from the DD I have done. The difference this time though is Kalitta is involved now and I know if the FAA F's with this process, Connie has a lot more resources and contacts to push back. The 767-300 we are leasing is a 1994 and parts are still made readily for this plane. Plus Baltia now has a process in place to observe the repacking of the slides at the facility, double checking that some minimum wage work that is having a bad day is actually folding and inspecting the slides per the manufacturers specs. Which wasn't being done in the past slides on N706BL. Once Baltia put this process in place the FAA cut their chance and denied Certification on N706BL. Probably due to the fact they knew the possibility of a pass was coming if they did give them another chance. Once again my opinion like others that have their opinion!
Who knows! Maybe 30 out 31 FAA inspectors and their families lost out on making some money with Baltia back then! You did hear it was only one inspector with the FAA that didn't want to pass Baltia right?? I guess it was just a guess anyway... kinda like what is being posted. Only guessing with no facts!
At worse they do a 1 for 2 R/S right? That would put us at the same Shares Outstanding in November of 2014 using the made up 10 Billion number floating around here! Baltia was holding pretty good financially then! I laugh at the outrageous predictions of ratios on a R/S out there... those make no sense and would never happen IMO. But once again it's just more Opinion and not the truth floating around!
My bad now I see that, so it's still not 10 Billion like stated here though right? And we still don't know what is happening to Igors shares right? So possibly less now since May if Igors share were absorbed back into the company right? And there could be a life insurance policy in place from Igor right? And Kalitta might not charge us for leasing the plane during certification with the intention of future lease agreements right? And maybe Trump is a secret investor... and maybe and maybe all day long!!
Yes, recapitalizing on Igors Shares! It's possible right??? Oh and maybe Igors life insurance policy that may have been in place... they could recapitalize on those funds too possibly! Just more guessing though here!!!
I can't find anywhere but here that Baltia has 10 Billion shares outstanding? AS is just what they can sell up to right? Not a big time stock guy so I could be wrong on the difference between SO and AS though. Doesn't mean that 10 Billion shares is out there right?? Last I can find is 7 Billion outstanding shares. Where is this 10 Billion coming from?? Might even be less now that the majority shareholder (Igor) shares could be absorbed back into the company right?? Just my guess like the rest here do!
Yup same guy that has a whole fleet of planes and has been certified to use multiple plane types! Can't go off one bad apple in the bunch!
Shows how sick some are talking about the dead like that! Doesn't surprise me though!
Don't have to worry about that...no one wants to be millionaires in jail! Probably only get angry looks and no one to talk to!
Please sit in the back row so others don't have to look around the helmet or winter cap! Some want to view the good things that are happening here!
