OMVS/RAD has more competition..
http://news.sys-con.com/node/4162872...
seems they were at ASIS 2017 too
again one should go read Regs..
I printed and pointed out as much as possible...
again OMVS/RAD is heading towards a yield sign or stopsign on it's otc board for being a non- reporting company in my opinion...
failing to disclose and file...

yes they would also find it cynical that one would use it's twitter account to suggest it could have helped forthcoming....
especially on the day of the tragedy when police officers and law enforcement was also victims...
to use a tragedy and within a short period of time to do so is chilling...
the focus should be on the victims and families and friends, not that it could have helped....truly way off base...
OMVS/RAD uses a tragedy for an opportunity to benefit...truly chilling..CEO lacks a moral conscience
you failed to read the rest of the regs...
yes OMVS/RAD isn't filing as it should per SEC Regs..
pay attention to PR's which in this case also may include CEO's twitter ACCOUNT
to help one better understand here it is...
Typically an 8-K filing will only have two major parts. They are:
The name and description of the event – this contains all the information that the company considers relevant to shareholders and the SEC. It is important to read this information, as it has been deemed "material" by the company.
Any exhibits that are relevant –( these exhibits may include financial statements, press releases, data tables, or other information that is referenced in the description of the event.)
Form 8-K is used to notify investors of a current event. These types of events include:
Signing, amending or terminating material definitive agreements not made in the ordinary course of business
Bankruptcies or receiverships
Mine shutdowns or violations of mine health and safety laws
Consummation of a material asset acquisition or sale
Results of operations and financial condition
Creating certain financial obligations, such as incurrence of material debt
Triggering events that accelerate material obligations (such as defaults on a loan)
Costs associated with exit or disposal plans
Layoffs
shutting down a plant
material change in services or outlets
Material impairments
Delisting from a securities exchange or failing to satisfy listing requirements
Unregistered equity sales (private placements)
Modifications to shareholder rights
Change in accountants
Determinations that previously issued financial statements cannot be relied upon
Change in control
Senior officer appointments and departures
Director elections and departures
Amendments to certificate/articles of incorporation or bylaws
Changes in fiscal year
Trading suspension under employee benefit plans
Amendments or waivers of code of ethics
Changes in shell company status
Results of shareholder votes
Disclosures applicable to issuers of asset-backed securities
Disclosures necessary to comply with Regulation FD
Other material events
Certain financial statements and other exhibits
Investors should always read any 8-K filings that are made by companies in which they are invested. These reports are often material to the company, and frequently contain information that will affect the share price.
you should go back and read the regs on SEC...
I'll include the link so you may see them...
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersform8khtm.html
Other Events (The registrant can use this Item to report events that are not specifically called for by Form 8-K, that the registrant considers to be of importance to security holders.)...
just read the regs per SEC....
yes OMVS/RAD is lacking transperancy and continuing to do so...
failing to file and do it's fidicuary duty...
no weapons detection on RAD rentals, proven fact..
for someone to use a statement that A rental Robot from OMVS/RAD could have prevented this again now on this message board is disparaging...
the rental robots are for perimeter security not as a standalone to detect weapons coming into a hotel...
that is a misleading statement in my opinion...
continually using the Vegas Massacre as an platform in my opinion is truly disheartening..
way to go OMVS/RAD using the tragedy to try and benefit....
any material or adverse event affecting the company per SEC regs needs to be filed within 4 business days..
So if CEO is using his twitter account to report material events , that should be followed up with a SEC filing...
which hasn't happened as we can see, so if OMVS/RAd wants to be a fully reporting company it should be filing so, yet that isn't the case...
no finalized contracts, so no 8k's period....
the twitter account is active with projections and possible contracts, but nothing filed with SEC, so it is just that projections with no merit...
again it seems that OMVS/RAd is seriously lacking transperancy, diluting it's shareholders without any form of disclosure, will continue to do so until financials when then the full extent may become known...
OMVS/RAD also not disclosing pertinent information or disclosing information per it's fidicuary duty to shareholders can result in A yield or stopsign on it's OTC board which is a serious event...
also how would this company uplist to maybe NASDAQ with it's lack of transparency...OMVS/RAD needs to do a lot of work, needs to start delivering, instead of tweeting and giving empty projections and proclamations in my opinion..
that's a projection...
IF company had finalized contracts, well you would see some SEC filings, 8k's...some sort of legal documentation..not tweets...
omvs/rad seriously in debt and using shareholders as an ATM...
seriously lacking transparency here..
the company could have been transparent and made it a collective effort..
instead the twitter account is active and in some cases it appears that some get info while OMVS/RAD chooses not to release anything publicly or thru the SEC... big red flag.....
Financials will be out soon and the financial status will become somewhat visible to some, to see the amount of debt and dilution..
yes only 3 verified purchases on Amazon..
and all on Kindle at .99 apiece...
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072PYS97R
OMVs/RAD yes can see the CEO is a sought after Author on AI...not really...
but try and spin that one....
If the tech OMVS/RAd has is so out of this world, that should be a bestseller by now.......
but what omvs/rad is proclaiming in their tech, well most of it is readily available and used by others...
Well that is until OMVS/RAd actually deploys and sends out robots...
the toxic conversions and new notes won't be divulged until financials because OMVS/RAd chooses to mask it at the shareholders expense...
the company can release this info, yet has chosen not to..WHy?
Because it is seriously in DEbt and chooses to remain non-transparent..
the tweets are not legal filings like the SEC 8k's...as some think...
omvs/rad lacks transparency and does so at shareholders expense...many red flags...
management has deceived and proclaimed many things and look
at what has happened...
The OS has increased by almost a hundred million in 6 months...
that is alot...
the company deceived and proclaimed no dilutions, yet the OS has climbed enormously since then....
the company has deceived and proclaimed that it would deploy rental robots by the end of JULY..just one on probation.....
the deceit and lies and projections and proclamations....yet OMVS/RAD still far from transparent and using the shareholders as it's ATM, using a gagged ATM...
the shareholders investment is shrinking and will continue to do so as OMVS/RAD has no money, has serious debt, cannot get any conventional funding or financiers...
so where is the money coming from, the shareholders ATM, dilution plain and simple...
OMVS/RAd is not transparent, is deceiving it's investors all the while making proclamations without any legal filings to the SEC...
just tweeting all about it...RED FLAG
Expect a PR soon as OMVS/RAD financials are due within a couple of weeks..
the dilution will increase as the company needs to get as much as possible converted before financials...
My guess the company will use the tragedy in Las Vegas to promote it's rentals.. in my opinion
albeit my prayers go out to the victims, to their families and friends in this period when it is much needed...
So please everyone today take the time, a moment to really send a prayer..
so now the OS won't be known until financials, dilution is still ongoing,
why won't the company just be up front, and do it's fiduciary duty..
inform the investors what really is going on and where is the money coming from....
Most know it's dilution, others are in denial of it...financials soon, though I believe they will file late
I thought IR was stating that the OS was 105, now 107??
The way omvs/rad is rolling it may end up with a yield or stop sign on it's OTC board...
It seems that the company is lacking in transparency...
Full blown dilution and lack of information to investors beyond legal filings...
Not much desire to invest in a company that lacks transparency..
Way to go omvs/rad
Please explain how you know this...
I would like to know how you know this...
Outside of normal market hours, i do believe most of the conversions are being routed through overseas exchanges to mask the dilution...
But please explain how you know it wasn't a conversion...
Omvs is steadily diluting, in need of funds and masks this with the gagged TA..
Lmao...
Now to wait until financials to see the amount of Dilution taking place...how convient...
Between now and then though the dump will increase..
2 t-trades today, whoever is converting is getting antsy...
Was not able to do his quota in market hours....lmao
Low volume....
Now the pps will depress and head down..
A little bounce here and there, but will not hold no gains...
Next pr, expect a huge dump as omvs/rad needs money now and needs to dilute it before financials
yes promoting on his twitter account..
last night's massacre was a tragedy and today he tweeted that his non-deployed Rental robot could have prevented this...
Horrified with Vegas atrocity. Our Matt Klock and our IR team safe. Condolences to the victims. Forthcoming RAD solution could help..
too little to late...
OMVS/RAD should be forthcoming with it's investors as to the status of the company...
why no finalized contracts..
why so much dilution..
why use a tragedy to promote something that isn't even available..
way to go SR
It's only a matter of time before financials..
the OS is easily above 110 million now...
Bogus projections of deployments and contracts..
OMVS/RAd shareholders are just an ATM....
CEO evens uses and implies that their rental robots could have prevented last nights massacre
Horrified with Vegas atrocity. Our Matt Klock and our IR team safe. Condolences to the victims. Forthcoming RAD solution could help..
notice Sr was just worried about his IR and not to the victims of last night...
just that A rental robot could have stopped this...
The rental robots
cannot detect license plates..
cannot detect weapons...
cannot detect whether a person is hostile..
cannot detect a person in a hotel room..
just saying...
horrified that OMVS/RAD CEO would use a day like today to promote something that isn't deployed and has limited capabilities
yep low volume, no interest...
looked like a lot of shares being added in the .05 area...
well anyways financials aren't to far off and soon the pressure to dilute as much as possible into market will prevail..
looking forward to the next PR/dilution dump...
must be tomorrow, Tuesdays are always the day that the converters hit market with OMVS/RAD
OMVS/RAd still unable to file a LEGAL SEC document to finalized contracts...
tweet all about it
SR twitter post earlier today
Horrified with Vegas atrocity. Our Matt Klock and our IR team safe. Condolences to the victims. Forthcoming RAD solution could help.
Not sure how it could have helped...
there is no deployed robots and the rentals cannot even detect license plates or weapons...
OMVS/RAd is just a dilution ATM....
Imagine the CEO of OMVS/RAD suggesting that they could have had a solution to deter this massacre..
on a day that the country is mourning and praying for the victims..
SR uses it promote the Rentals that have yet to be deployed..
too little to late..
looks like the rocket has fizzled again...
too many shares being added to market...
too much dilution
you do know that it is 330ish...
there is not a couple of hours left in trading...sorry
but then again it doesn't seem to be working any which way..
too many shares being added to market..dilution..
unable to hold gains...dilution..
looks like the rocket has had a misfire..just saying..
timing is ...dilution
Would like to know how OMVS can get out of pinkyland...
severely in debt and no conventional backers or financiers ....
CEO refuses to do his fidicuary duty of properly informing the investors and potential investors of company financing and status...
A completely Gagged Transfer Agent held hostage by lawyers...
no finalized contracts, no meaningful revenue coming in...
cannot explain to investors where the money for Trade shows, salaries and business expenses etc. is coming from....in my opinion it's clearly full blown Dilution...
The only way this would ever leave pinkyland right now is A reverse split of about 1/100 which would put it around $1, yet then no real backers would touch this, need at least $5 for institutional to touch this and even then it would be questionable if they did...
would like to know how OMVS/RAd would commence to uplist
yet others entering the security robot arena...
Cobalt Robotics has begun delivering indoor security robots to businesses in California, primarily for security during nights and weekends..
Computational intelligence
The robots “have the computational intelligence of an autonomous car but for indoor security,” says Travis Deyle, Cobalt’s co-founder and chief executive and a former engineer at Google X.
Deyle said the Cobalt robots can be deployed as a fleet in a building or complex and monitored at a control station.
”They are looking for things that shouldn’t be there, for leaks. When it detects something, it flags a human pilot.”
Deyle said the sector is “at the dawn” and poised for expansion, benefiting from the development of low-cost sensors, good wireless connectivity and advances in artificial intelligence.
”Everything is coming together” for the robot sector, he said. “We’re excited about where this can go.”
Others in the sector include Colorado-based Gamma 2 Robotics, which aims at warehouses, data centers, manufacturing facilities and retail stores, and California-based SMP Robotics, which makes outdoor robots and is marketing in Brazil, France, Japan, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
”The economics of these things is becoming cheaper,” said JP Gownder, an analyst who follows robotics for Forrester Research.
”We’re going to see growth of purpose-built robots that can do specific tasks.”
Gownder said robots offer several advantages over human security guards.
”They don’t experience security guard fatigue,” he said.
”Security guard work is challenging because, mentally, very little is happening until it happens. Artificial intelligence can make assessments (on threats) and flag them to a human operator.” — Bloomberg...
Looks like OMVS/RAd isn't the only robotic security guard besides knightscope in Cali..
Unlike OMVS/RAD Cobalt has also delivered it's robots to clients
Not really...
legal documents filed with the SEC can be used as litigation and Sanctions if company is intentionally misleading and misinforming investors...
whereas social media, Pr's can be construed as vague and representative of possible outcomes....
A true SEC filing would contain all the parameters of a closed deal and financial obligations...
whereas tweets and pr's contain only vague information and subject to change dramatically...
But OMVS/RAd has no SEC filings of finalized contracts and only tweets that they may have some....
where are the 8k's,the fiduciary duty of the company to adequately inform investors is seriously lacking here...
one can tweet and pr until they are blue in the face...
but until some serious SEC filings come out investors will and should be very wary of OMVS/RAD
welll just to follow up what you are implying,
I never expressed that knightscope was an investment...
I did reference that knightscope had deployed robots..
OMVS/RAD has none to date, some say 2...
I did reference that knightscope has revenue generating..
OMVS/RAD has none...
knightscope has a SEC sanctioned A+ securites offering, not dilutive by the way you should read the filing..
the securities convert from a series m to series A if one chooses, but Series M would benefit if company was to liquidate as it as series M is senior over Series A....
Looks like knightscope CEO is making a strong statement with that clause..
OMVS/RAD has no security offering beyond toxic dilution masked by a Gagged Transfer agent and lawyers to boot...red flag
If I am not mistaken management of OMVS/RAD has a very colorful past history also...
NO Legal SEC filings
nice to put up tidbits of tweets and Pr's but with no SEC filings, well that is a red flag...
where is the revenue coming from and what robots deployed, you say 2, but where...
even if there is (IS) a deployed robot that is minimal if any revenue for a company that is touting breakthrough tech and monsta revenues....
no dilution or perhaps minimal, hmmm, wonder where the money is coming from and why the stock price has been so shocked.....
some will deny and others will try and justify, but with no legal SEC filings and A Gagged Transfer Agent...much is to be said about OMVS/RAD...
wait for the financials and then we'll see the extent of their debt and OS structure, until then wait for a serious dump of shares as the companies attempts to mask as much dilution as possible going into financials
Is that revenue or profit, because that makes a difference...
As it is OMVS is in the red and basically it's not really known as to what the margins are and what cost it is to deploy a rental robot..
There is no finalized contracts so 5 million maybe aways off..
Couple that with the convertible debt that will accumulate, as well as other debt...
Well 5 million is still aways off..
In my opinion
Omvs/rad will still be red going into 2019...
The reason the TA is gagged is because omvs/rad is masking the dilution that is going on...
TA is to be ungagged when, maybe at the end of Oct.
By then financials may come out, and then the actual OS will be readily available anyways...
Between now and then though expect a dump of shares as the company will attempt to do as much as possible before financials or ungagging the TA...
When financials do come, albeit I am saying they will file late, the true extent of the companies misleading and erroneous fiduciary duties will be known...
A CEO who would rather tweet, than file a legal SEC document informing it's investors...
Big Red FLAG...
TA won'the be ungagged anytime soon as this company OMVS is in debt and amassing more...
No deployed robots to speak of..
No real revenue beyond selling their shares...
Cannot get conventional financing...
Where is the money for the trade shows, salaries, city travels company business etc. coming from..
Wait for financials...
Then we'llc see how they explain the OS and the convertible debt...
I expect this company to acquire more toxic debt for no real revenues are projected for sometime...
Expect a R/S within 6 months in my opinion
you're right, knightscope isn't competition right now...
they have deployed robots and a pipeline for others, even with weapons detection technology..
Omvs/RAd doesn't have no deployed robots, so no competition... for Knightscope
just wanted to point that out....
knightscope- deployed robots generating revenue...
SEC Sanctioned A+ share offering...
OMVS/RAD - MASSIVE dilution, masked by a Gagged TA...
No SEC filings....
what competition
for those thinking that Allied universal is partnering with OMVS/RAd
this article explains differently..
http://www.securityinfowatch.com/article/12369559/allied-universal-looks-beyond-guard-services-to-extend-its-industry-reach
so where is OMVS/RAD mentioned, not anywhere I can see....
For those unable to see dilutive effects....
with OMVS/Rad this will happen within 6 months in my opinion, maybe sooner
the R/S will happen only a matter of time wait for it...
-A 'Reverse Split' (or R/S, RS) is a method by which a company reduces the number of shares on the market and increases the stock price proportionally. Reverse splits are done at a specific ratio: ie - 10 for 1, or 10:1. This ratio would mean that if a shareholder held 1000 shares at 1 cent, after the reverse split the shareholder would be left with 100 shares at 10 cents each. The value of the position does not change from the reverse split... at least not directly from it.
Companies usually do a reverse split to increase the price of the stock to more attractive levels, or to remain at a minimum price for a particular exchange. While not necessarily a bad thing, a R/S is a popular method that bad penny stock companies use to continue raising capital through dilution. 'Dilution', if done enough, will eventually leave a stock virtually worthless. The price may go as low as .0001 dollars, the minimum that stocks are tradable by common investors. At this point the company can no longer effectively raise capital by selling more shares.
By performing an R/S, the number of shares on the market decrease, and the price increases back to a "dilutable" level. The dilution starts again, and the cycle can continue over and over. Because of this, a black cloud is associated with the R/S. They normally result in a large selloff by remaining shareholders, causing the price to plummet, and the shareholder value to follow suit.
A reverse split is very rarely an opportunity for a safe investment, and certainly not a wise choice for a beginner in penny stocks.
OMVS/RAD is on this road in my opinion only a matter of time
the OMVS dilution defined
-'Dilution' is the issuance of additional shares to the 'outstanding share count'. While not such a bad sounding definition, the impact of dilution can ruin a shareholder's position in a stock. The additional shares effectively 'dilute' the value of all shares on the market. Think of it like a pizza. The pie represents the market valuation of the company, while the slices represent the individual shares of the company's stock. When the company sells new shares, the pie doesn't get bigger, the slices simply get smaller. The investor is left with smaller slices.. or.. cheaper shares. Or if you want to think back to our swimming pool vs. coffee cup model model, dilution is like making the cup/pool wider. The increased capacity causes the liquid level, or price, to drop.
The direct effect of selling new shares can often be far more damaging than the proportional increase in shares warrants. Selling shares on the open market drives down the price; supply is increased, while demand stays the same. Without care a company can send their stock into a dilutive spiral that is very damaging to shareholders.
The purpose of dilution is for the company to raise money, plain and simple. In the grand scheme, the purpose for a company to go public in the first place is to provide a means for raising capital. You must find companies that do so in a responsible manner, without hurting shareholders. Always keep this in mind when trading any stock, and you will fall victim to dilution far less often.
IN my opinion sounds like OMVS/RAD took a play out of this book, couple that with a gagged Transfer Agent...
go OMVS
funny how some tunes change....
But with OMVS/RAd it is forever the same, there is no reason for the TA to be gagged...period..
with a gagged TA pertinent information isn't readily available to shareholders or management or IR to divulge....
maybe you should check on that a little more..... simple terms
What is a "Gagged" Transfer Agent?
-A 'Transfer Agent' is a company's means of managing shareholder records, issuing and canceling stock certificates, and processing investor mailings. Some companies can act as their own transfer agent, but most often, especially with penny stocks, the job is outsourced to companies specializing in the business. Transfer agents are normally the most accurate, and often the only way of finding the current O/S, A/S, and float for a penny stock. Some will require a fax with shareholder details to retrieve the information, others simply a phone call or email. This type of transparency is desirable among investors.
A "Gagged" transfer agent is one which has been instructed by the company they are working for to not release information, such as the share structure. This is NOT a good situation. There is no legitimate reason for a company to gag their TA. It is almost always done to hide dilution. Without knowing the current number of outstanding shares, an investor has no idea if shares are being sold by the company. Concurrently, without knowing the number of authorized shares, the number of shares that can possibly be sold is not known either. Companies that practice this scam will often issue press releases, or other investor communication containing excuses for having the TA gagged. Unknowing investors will buy these up, and continue holding shares, or even buying more. We absolutely do not recommend touching a stock with a gagged TA, unless you are experienced with penny stocks, and it is purely a short term momentum play.
hey, if you are riding freebies, would just wait to see what happens...
no on your pm as I don't have it..
anyways hope all goes well here ....
use your own judgment and your own DD...
things aren't always what they appear or spelled out
no pm's but no on your question....
I think OMVS will file their financials late and not on time...
I believe that the dilution will pick up in the next 2 weeks as financials become closer...
I haven't seen no emails from management saying otherwise, or to what the OS is...
I mean IR is full of it, disclosing info to investors with a Gagged TA...
never happened
thanks pincer..
that means alot coming from you.....
I am sure are so pleased with the company also...
I mean you are making mint right...
you aren't red, riding freebies too huh??
sold high and then now buying back in, what is it loading up...
I mean 100 shares here a hundred shares there...
well sure can't wait for those spectacular financials to come out and what you say 105 mil OS..you calling it there...
what happens when that is proven fiction..
you gonna say they told me it was 105 million...I don't know what happened...
why did they lie to me...or (quotes ) I do have to say though, your dedication to ensuring the success of this company is impressive and I thank you for it.
should be middle october...you know this don't you....
Well beyond that I am expecting a late filing....
omvs/rad will hold out as long as possible to mask as much of the dilution as possible...
I have been wondering how the company was able to do a what was it 4 city tour and then ASIS with only 2000 in the bank...
where is that money coming from, no revenues, no finalized contracts...
any ideas????
go omvs
so much evident isn't it....
omvs/rad yet to become transparent or a fiduciary reporting company..
leading it's investors downward with it's dilutive practices..
Would be funny if those lawyers ungagged the TA before financials
it's around 15 that's all I am allowed to post...
not really seeing any development beyond projections and Twitter fluff...
OMVs/Rad has yet to really develop anything beyond doing what the average OTC company does and that is dilute your investors, promise with projections, then amend those promises and project some more...
All the while like the Average otc company, gag your TA mask what the company is doing, to it's shareholders...
Then completely act baffled as if the shareholders didn't know what was going on when financials are released...Gagged TA, non disclosure of convertibles and securities or attempt to mask it...
All the while also failing to adequately do it's fiduciary duty to inform investors beyond the Twitter tweets..oh that is the best part, just inform on projections etc...don't hear of anything else...
financials coming soon, albeit I am banking they will be submitted late and I also expect a big hit from the dilutive process going into them, just my opinion...
But I am entitled to my opinion and also to post that here as well as others...
I don't need to be invested in OMVS/Rad this is a public forum...
so sorry.....
But I also am not bashing the stock as one says, I have a very negative opinion of it for some reason and that is clearly evident...
I also dislike companies that use investors gullibility, uninformed practices, misleading information, to sell shares...just saying...
just my opinion on omvs/rad
