Rick026, its a relative of mine, i cant give that out, but you would have to be able to do some easy dd if you live in Houston. All i mentioned to him was their previous name as a phone co. and that i had purchased some stock, and he knew immediately the info i posted. Hes a very good man with zero agenda or interest other than in me. It got me a little excited, i posted it, but who knows,its penny stock, and news like this could work either way, i never figure these things out, have a good Sunday.

Large agenda to get SWHI uplisted to the big board, this comes from someone very close in Houston, its not insider knowledge, its common knowledge in that area among people like ourselves. Nobody can predict how long or even if, but it is the major objective of the company. Im not as knowledgeable as most of you, but im pretty sure the price has to rise dramatically for this to happen, and THAT IS ALL I KNOW AND CAN TALK ABOUT. I wouldnt bet my life on it , but certainly my money which i already have, and its staying in.

giaiv22 agree partly, your money does stay in play longer, but in a casino there is no third party (mm) changing bets around in the middle of the spin, however your other points are well taken.

pennies are like a casino, except a casino is legit. you place your bet in roulette with the broker (casino) all is well until right before the wheel stops the mm changes it from odd to even! A mm takes all credibility out of the game, and how this is legal in the u.s. is mystifying. This is why logic reason dd charts are all out the window. Eliminate the mm and you have a stock market purely dictated on buys and sells. What you have in pennies is pure gambling, which is fun, but not a scientific endeavor . SPIN THE WHEEL !

You know most of the posters here are far more advanced than i am in trading BUT, i know human nature, and ive been around. when that many shares are traded, they still go into someones hands, no matter what the reason, about 2 billion recently. Its human nature for people holding dirt cheap shares and massive volume to want to turn a profit. if this had all happened the last 2 days on tiny volume that would be different. Im not prone to hype, and i dont expect this to go back where it was, but i am counting on a little good old fashioned greed to move this up a little until volume dries up. A lot of people who dont post here find 400 million shares trading today with what looks like about the lowest its been in a week, pretty damn inviting, just saying. Im more concerned with volume than pps, until the volume goes, i stay.

Any stock that has this amount of volume,posting,readers etc. will go up and down, and even though it may do more of one than the other, it will indeed do both until all of the above goes almost completely away.

This is the only importance most of these board bashers have or will ever have, you can easily figure out their profile. After hours and weekends they shrink back in their holes, basements etc. while the rest of us go on with our families, kids, wife. baseball, movie and a meal. Dont get angry at them , the lives they have been dealt is punishment enough, and when we come on these boards, we do come into their territory. Night all, i have a softball game to go to.

Dilution doesn't change price, it changes EPS. Creating loss in company value, not stock value.

Hardly 1 in a 1000 OTC companies have an EPS to effect.
So, dilution can't effect their company value in the first place.
Whats the value of no earnings, thus no EPS.

But, the value of more cash to a startup is huge!
Cash gives them the ability to attempt to grow.
Without the cash it can't.
So logic says, the retail herd should be happy about dilution.
After all, they want the comapny to grow don't they.

On the OTC, "dilution" is the best news one can hear !

Not only does it give the company a chance at growth, it doesn't effect their EPS value one bit.
They have no EPS to effect.
Plus, every time VCs get there hands on large amounts of shares,
they buy a run, and we can trade for profits !

So, "dilution" is a win for the company, a win for the Venture capital firm,
and a win for the educated pennyland trader, on the OTC.
