Now you sound like me!
It’s always been a matter of WHEN, not IF IMHO. Thanks for sharing Doc. It’s a marathon, not a sprint ;)
All my fans on this board remind me daily I am correct.
Agreed :)
If he is smart!
Absolutely MacDaddy!!!
CELZ is the victim here, not the perpetrator. CELZ has been under attack since they started out and they feed the issue with their only once a month shareholder updates and slow training of their participating docs. There is not one thing here that shows the company is a scam, not one. They are building up the company slower than we all like and have been targeted for destruction.
Some company folks come, and some have gone.......Just like any other business. My family doctor has had several partner physicians over the years. Some have left, some where forced out. Does that make him running a scam office?
The PPS has dropped due to several factors, mostly the slow development of the company and therefore slower revs that forced more notes. There is little doubt things will pick up this summer and the PPS will correct.
The only thing CELZ has done wrong IMO is not move fast enough, and not promote the company enough for the market liking. If everything was exactly the same as it is today, and we were still trading at .07 like last year, no one would be having these conversations.
I am ready!
I hope you are right, but what I am seeing is the NM spending money marketing their office with excellent new videos.
IMHO, they are the role model several other offices will follow.
Obviously, some of the offices will be smaller players, CaverStem® just being one tool in their arsenal of treatments, but NM is leading the charge on what CaverStem®, FemCelz and StemSpine (CELZ) will be.
Hard to imagine what CELZ will be when AmnioStem is ready. I will be here watching!!
There are many things that can be seen... some just chose not to see them.
For only one example, the information we receive from social media. Many old timers like me are not used to social media and are accustomed to official company press releases only. We only get those every 4-6 weeks, but, CELZ was more active on social media putting out information. I have adapted to watch for that info, others simply refuse and say CELZ is dead silent. They are not if you choose to adapt.
However, I will agree that they have gone much quieter, and I don’t blame them. Every time they bring a doctor on, both sides go on the attack disrupting the office.
I will use my dentist as an example again. When I go in for my 6 month you always see the different products they have for teeth whitening or aligning. That office is simply an end user of the product they are offering. Since my little ole office is using these products, I suspect many other dentists across the country are too. That must bring in decent revs for those teeth product companies, correct?
While there recently I wondered if they were hammered by shareholders of the teeth whitening company when they began to offer their product? I wondered if the company issued a PR when my doctor signed up?
I am sure you see my point. If I was CELZ, I would never announce another office. I would bring them on as fast as I can and let the revs do the talking and let the company grow. Maybe a PR every once in a while announcing they have 15 locations, 25, 50 etc.
The bottom line for me is that CELZ had a nice run to .07 last year on the hope that they would have offices open in the fall. When that didn’t happen, the OTC traders bailed and the PPS tanked to .01
Now, several months later, with several offices open, nothing seems to move the needle. CELZ is under attack from all angles, and IMHO, they have decided to continue with CaverStem, FemCelz and StemSpine without public fanfare. IMHO they don’t care about the PPS because they know it will correct in time. That’s why the CEO has added so many shares. He trusts the PPS will correct. He knows the hard work they are doing. I will follow the money.
I still stand by my belief that the correction will come this summer. The Q2 will show a nice 50% bump in revs and Q3 and Q4 will be even better.
We all know there are several OTC stocks with worse SS and less revs trading in the dimes. When this one is noticed again we will jump to new highs. Whether it starts next week or next month, or next year, it will happen.
Nothing the company is doing is illegal or improper and I welcome all the scrutiny from the frustrated traders. We have all been burned by scams. This clearly is not one. Some have said they have “reported” the company in January, so if true, investigations have been going on for many months.
I am comfortable in my investment and will wait for it to mature. I have said several times it is a marathon, not a sprint. It could have been a sprint, but there was too much headwind.
Stay in, stay out, it does not matter to me one bit. Peace
Agreed. CELZ has been under attack for over a year and is beaten into the corner. They will have a Rocky Balboa win, watch!
Smart move SB.
Perfectly stated!!!!!
Yes, yes I do. Mostly staying out of the sewer... talking elsewhere. I need to go take a shower now.
Nice to see him defend the company from all the BS and misinformation being spread.
Your only response should be “thank you for contacting the company..... we cannot reply with any information that is not already publicly known blah blah blah”.
Smart trader :)
I think we see all of that when ready. Like you said, why run a trial if you don’t know the outcome. It will all come in the end!
Every point you just made is exactly why I think this treatment is rock solid (pun intended). You know the doctors involved have seen the data. No way ANY of them would take the risk otherwise. Dr Rajfer is top in his field and would not be involved in a scam, period.
Look at Drs Said and Bieri. Do you really think they would completely flip their careers around and invest $100,000’s into a clinic into a scam??? Do you think they would spend all the time and money They do to promote it???
Every time I get pissed at the PPS, I sit back at try to look at the big picture.
Look at their past successes, remember that they have crossed their T’s, dotted their I’s and patented and trademarked their work.
Albeit slower than the markets wants, the company is moving from one doctor to several doctors with support from the Italian Ministry if Health.
I will let it play out. I still say we see much of what we want this summer, and for the rest of the year.
One of us will be proven right By years end.
Let me make this as short as possible.
Scam = a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
All we are seeing is frustration. In the past 18 months this company has traded from .002 up to .07 and back down to .0024. I, like many bought in last year and am down five figures. That doesn’t mean it’s a scam. It just means bad timing on my part.
This is simply a startup biotech based around men who hold several Medical patents and believe in their company enough to trademark their featured products. They cared enough to prove the efficacy of CaverStem by running it through a .gov trial.
The company has started commercializing its patented “products” and has several offices open, and, with approximately monthly updates, we learn additional doctors are becoming interested and patients are successfully treated.
Will the company succeed or fail in the long run? That’s the only question. There is nothing that says SCAM...... a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
I am letting it play out and let them build their company. I am as frustrated as others in some ways, but not letting that cloud my judgement, in fact I have been adding.
Being back down where it was 18 months ago doesn’t equal a scam. Buying at the top, and selling at the bottom doesn’t equal a scam. Not having the efficacy report in print YET, doesn’t equal a scam.
If this was a “scam” a dishonest scheme; a fraud, I would see the company diluting all 300B shares, pumping like crazy, taking the cash, and walk away like many other OTC stocks we have all been in, or have witnessed.
They would not be current filers and would have a caution flag or stop sign on OTCMarkets.
The Fact is the company is slowly bleeding out notes to keep the company running, just like every other start up.... they are not dumping shares. Look how small the last note was for an example. They would not be issuing notes to institutional investors. The CEO would give himself a raise and take CASH, not shares if it was a scam.
The company leaders are not just pumping out press releases talking about what they are “going” to do. They are quietly doing it. If it was a scam, they would not have trained ONE doctor, NO doctors would even be associated with the company and NO procedures would have been performed..... A scam would not be treating patients. By my estimates close to 100 have been performed.
If it was SCAM, it would all be pumping talk about great plans and doing nothing...... I see the exact opposite...... very little info from the company and new doctors signing on.
I am all for those who want to call the SEC, the AZ DA, the FBI and attorneys. Show me this company is a SCAM, a dishonest scheme; a fraud, and I will join the ranks.
I believe all you will find is a small startup company having difficulty gaining traction fast enough to appease shareholders who got in on the first run (like myself). I would ask that when you find what I suspect you will find, a legit company struggling to gain market awareness, you come back and report as much!!!
Not by much, but more buying than selling so far. Hmmmm
I sure hope so ;)
I hope they prove you wrong too and you can jump back in when they do :)
From another long.... How long does it take to publish clinical trial results?
Prior studies have shown that 25% to 50% of clinical trials are never published.1–4 However, among those published, we know little about the length of time required for publication in the peer-reviewed biomedical literature after study completion. Ioannidis previously demonstrated that a sample of randomized phase 2 and 3 trials conducted between 1986 and 1996 required nearly 2.5 years for publication,5 while our more recent study of National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded trials found that average time to publication was almost two years.

See you and your friends work so hard and spend your day here tells me otherwise. Simple as that.
I have many friends buying this low. It’s a no brainer.
1000% agree
I sure hope so :)
Ten, that is exactly how I feel and what I have posted since I first bought in. These are top notch folks with a great track record. The fact that they don’t issue PR’s or placate the shareholders is a good thing. They are plugging along building a business and don’t give a hoot on the PPS. Why? IMHO, because they know where it WILL be.
I am confident from reading the tea leaves that the trial and others news events will be put out when they want it out. There is no doubt in my mind that many other doctors are in the process of signing up.
The shareholders, and some non shareholders, have forced them underground due to our reactions, if you know what I mean? I don’t blame the company one bit.
Bottom line, if the trader can read the tea leaves too, then you are a buyer and holding long. If the trader is a normal OTC trader, this looks fugly. I would suggest they move along and jump on one that is moving.
But, I would be watching here. Many things will be revealed this summer IMHO.
When moving up, Agreed. Not now to fix a problem :)
Ten. I agree with you but still stand by no RS. The CEO holds way too many street shares to do a RS. I agree on the rest. They will issue many things when the timing is right, not one second before, no matter how much we email. They treated Medistem the same way, and look how that turned out :)
I hope this busts to the moon tomorrow, but in the mean time I add when I can. Cellar prices. ;)
Agree CS. The Q will be between $80-100k if I had to wager a guess. A nice 50% bump up or so. The Q3 and Q4 will be much better and on and on. CELZ works in mysterious ways and your normal OTC trader doesn’t like it. Don’t blame them. She is a diamond in the rough!
