Let me make this as short as possible.

Scam = a dishonest scheme; a fraud.

All we are seeing is frustration. In the past 18 months this company has traded from .002 up to .07 and back down to .0024. I, like many bought in last year and am down five figures. That doesn’t mean it’s a scam. It just means bad timing on my part.

This is simply a startup biotech based around men who hold several Medical patents and believe in their company enough to trademark their featured products. They cared enough to prove the efficacy of CaverStem by running it through a .gov trial.

The company has started commercializing its patented “products” and has several offices open, and, with approximately monthly updates, we learn additional doctors are becoming interested and patients are successfully treated.

Will the company succeed or fail in the long run? That’s the only question. There is nothing that says SCAM...... a dishonest scheme; a fraud.

I am letting it play out and let them build their company. I am as frustrated as others in some ways, but not letting that cloud my judgement, in fact I have been adding.

Being back down where it was 18 months ago doesn’t equal a scam. Buying at the top, and selling at the bottom doesn’t equal a scam. Not having the efficacy report in print YET, doesn’t equal a scam.

If this was a “scam” a dishonest scheme; a fraud, I would see the company diluting all 300B shares, pumping like crazy, taking the cash, and walk away like many other OTC stocks we have all been in, or have witnessed.

They would not be current filers and would have a caution flag or stop sign on OTCMarkets.

The Fact is the company is slowly bleeding out notes to keep the company running, just like every other start up.... they are not dumping shares. Look how small the last note was for an example. They would not be issuing notes to institutional investors. The CEO would give himself a raise and take CASH, not shares if it was a scam.

The company leaders are not just pumping out press releases talking about what they are “going” to do. They are quietly doing it. If it was a scam, they would not have trained ONE doctor, NO doctors would even be associated with the company and NO procedures would have been performed..... A scam would not be treating patients. By my estimates close to 100 have been performed.

If it was SCAM, it would all be pumping talk about great plans and doing nothing...... I see the exact opposite...... very little info from the company and new doctors signing on.

I am all for those who want to call the SEC, the AZ DA, the FBI and attorneys. Show me this company is a SCAM, a dishonest scheme; a fraud, and I will join the ranks.

I believe all you will find is a small startup company having difficulty gaining traction fast enough to appease shareholders who got in on the first run (like myself). I would ask that when you find what I suspect you will find, a legit company struggling to gain market awareness, you come back and report as much!!!
