Wha have thy said they were going to do that they havent done ? I dont recall this company making any promises besides giving us proposed contracts. The symbol change is the only thing that hasnt happened yet.

We all know about the loans they had out BEFORE they merged with Cirque, they havent taken out any toxic financing since then.

I do not expect news daily, or even weekly. BUT i dont think monthly should be out of the question for now. They are obviously hiring people now. OK give an update on that, and maybe a little more detail about what that persons job will be at the company, and then possibly some future looking events.

I'm no bill gates but i do know if you want people to buy into what your selling you have to give them a reason. And 2 months without news is not a reason.

We have people here who daily talk about news about to hit, this will blast off to .50 cents on the right news and blah blah blah. I really dont care about all the speculation, all i care about is whats happening now.

And a FYI i was in this stock LONG before any of you were, i was in it at .03 cents last year before it dropped to .002 and LONG before any possible merger with Cirque. So i am pretty sure i have been patient.

If true this is very sad news, but we have a board. The whole company cant just shut down because the CEO had a passing in the family. Still sad if true though

Pele are tired of waiting on news, any kind of news would be nice. People are getting impatient along with me, but i havent sold yet. It's been 2 months nearly, now Detroit deal, no Landfill not even an update on the NOC JDV. Only thing we have has is 1 position for hire on the Cirque website.

Even if people believe in this company some people can only hold on so long while other companies get updates weekly daily, while we just sit here twiddling our thumbs.

i do however find it funny that Cirque posts their first job opening for an engineer the same day their accounting firm resigns. So this could mean a number of things, but all i know for sure is that the job posting was updated yesterday morning so as of now EWRL is still on track.

Fact is none of us know the real reason the firm resigned, so everything is speculation at this point.

haha na man ur good, i just dont exactly view the 8K as a good or bad thing. Now had Cirque been the one to dismiss them then that would be different, cause then we would know that they are problably going to get a bigger better auditor. But IMO what happened today dont make it appear thats the case.

I'm not saying it is a bad thing BUT he/they did resign, its not like Cirque fired/replaced them. So this was not a Cirque choice this was the auditors choice to no longer audit Cirque.

Now do i know the reasoning ? No, but people cant really say this 8K is because Cirque is doing this or wants this or that when infact they did not make the call to change auditors.

The statments made about unable to continue due to financial reasons were for the year ending 2011 & 2012, has nothing to do with since EWRL merged with Cirque Energy.

That is a very good sign they did talk about working on gasification and such, surely this is not about the NOC deal. I assumed they started working on that months ago.

What we really need is a good volume/gainer a few days before news and then after news hits this thing could have an epic run. "With the right news"

HAHA true, but i am not a usual penny trader. So i can wait patiently just fine.

I work for a big NYSE company and even though we are producing more oil than we ever have and are 2nd in the US in natural gas production our PPS still goes up and down up and down. Its all part of the beast, and this is whats wrong with charts. You expect people to begin buying, why ? We havent had any news in a while. This thing is only going to move big on news and right now we have nothing.

But i'm not worried about the PPS dropping at this time.

well odds are if i buy on the ask and it gains 20% somemore people who have been holding would be willing to sell on the bid then. No way in hell would i alsp the ask all the way to .10 or higher haha, cause when my support ran out it would prob crash back down to much lower levels.

if you buy on the ask it is easy to get all the shares u want. I'm not a bid sitter.

Hopefully whatever they are working on is really big, cause its starting to get boring around here.

well kinda pissed, my funds were sipposed to clear this morning from my company stock plan, but the sale has been pending since monday. I could grab a couple million if they clear and it dont get much higher. Now hoping it dont haha
