People need to stop focusing so much on the ruling that is coming 100% and focus on the other revenue streams this company is setting up. We have money in the bank & a long term vision. This company should hopefully stop looking like a bet, and should turn into an investment.
I'll be a little surprised if this stock is down tomorrow. I know it was down in AH for whatever reason but I really only heard positive things on the call...but this is just IMO.
Why do you think it will continue to drop?
I agree with you fully. I'm still confident.
I'd like for someone to share what negative info came from that call. Was there some new, negative revelation I missed?
We are also down $.12 in AH trading. Hopefully we see a small pop tomorrow after the information given in the advance of the call and the information shared on the call is digested by the market.
Overall, I think the call went well. It sounds like Vringo is positioned well. The money they have on hand, plus the money they will have coming in will really propel their business model. I would imagine this stock will continue to grow over the coming months.
Has anyone here asked a question?

This sounds great to me...but maybe I'm bias?
Where does this stock need to be on Friday for a majority of the option holders?
Lunch time lull bringing this stock down right now?
The news is that the jury returned a favorable verdict for Vringo as to past damages. This ruling has not yet been finalized by the Judge. Also, the Judge hasn't even dealt with the future damages issue. I'd think a validation of the past damage award from the jury and a final word on the future damages will cause a pop.
We need a rally to pre-verdict numbers.
I agree LOL. Big question, how does VRNG get around the laches ruling in subsequent lawsuits?
I'm with you. I'd just like to see another day closing in the green. I'd take $3.51. I just want to see consistent movement up, even if it starts off as baby steps.
It would be nice to see a rally into the 3.70's - 3.80's. I think that's a good place to be while we wait for news on the final judgment. I hate seeing this thing in the 3.30's after a win. Prior to the verdict being announced, we were in the 4.20's - 4.30's.

I agree. I just don't get why this hasn't been done yet. For a "rocket docket," I would imagine these things would be handled immediately after trial is done. I didn't expect there to be days of uncertainty.
Has anyone checked PACER this morning for anything?
Can you sell warrants at anytime?
Can anyone post the PACER documents referenced in this newest SA article? Pacer # 789 & #790? Don't know if I should be concerned by this. Thanks!
Hey JJ, what's the most recent court update? Do you know which motions have been filed? When are they being argued in open court?
So wait, is there now a hearing today at 10:30am?
There's still a chance Judge Jackson says its obvious right? That's his final word, right?
Can anyone tell me why future royalties is determined days after a jury renders a verdict? And why is there no mention of this ruling anywhere? I mean it makes sense it will happen but where does it actually say that?
Well we do know that Google moved twice for a directed verdict (once after Vringo's case-in-chief & once before the evidence went to the jury) and both times it was denied. My understanding that the obviousness argument was in both requests and the Court rejected it. Is that correct?
You think there will be a rally and then immediate sell off tomorrow?
I do hope this is correct. It makes the most sense. I mean common sense dictates that there will be an future royalties order issued (will it be 3.5%, who knows?). I just don't get why it wasn't handled yesterday. If it came today, fine. But what is the judge doing taking a few days to issue a ruling?
Has anyone checked Pacer over the past 1-2 hours? If so, can we post what has been entered. Thanks.
I'm a little confused on how we're now in the "post-trial" stage and the judge has not yet ruled on a future royalty rate. Historically, how long do these things take? I thought a case was all done when the trial ends. I'm confused on why the judge would not issue his ruling on future royalties immediately after the jury verdict? Any insight would be nice.
Is anyone going to check pacer again this evening to confirm nothing else has been posted?
It wouldn't be maximum depression without a rally to $4+ then an immediate flash crash for no reason.
Can we get a small rally? Jesus, I'm still long on this and have confidence that this stock will rise. I can't imagine this stock will not rally after winning this trial. I do understand the patents expire in 2016, but this is a steady stream of income for Vringo until 2016 while it pursues other things.
If this stock can hit $4, I'd be happy for the time being! Floating between $3.50 - $3.70 is annoying to say the least.
Can ANYONE post the most recent Pacer entries?
That was a quote from a Google lawyer (here's the link where that is made http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-11-07/apple-vringo-mips-twitter-aha-intellectual-property).
Are you surprised she is saying that? She has no other option but to say that. QE has lost another patent infringement lawsuit.
Is anyone monitoring Pacer? If so, can we please get the most recent posts and can this same person keep us updated throughout the day? Thank you!
Are people nervous about the judges royalty ruling tomorrow?
Also, does anyone have a PACER update?
If I'm finally understanding this, I think $30MM + running royalties from filing of the case until now + future royalties sounds good to me. I hope that's the case.
LOL, are you in the opinion that we are in a good place still based on today's ruling?
I see. So at this point, the market has no idea what future royalties will be. We just know that based on a "running royalty rate" of 3.5%, Vringo was rewarded $30 million for past infringement? If what I'm saying is correct, how do we even know that future royalties will be awarded. Obviously, they will be because Google can't continue use of the patent without paying for it, but what have we seen today which discusses future payments?
LOL. I'm confused. You're saying a running royalty rate is different then a 3.5% of all future revenues? If so, what's the difference?
