I do hope this is correct. It makes the most sense. I mean common sense dictates that there will be an future royalties order issued (will it be 3.5%, who knows?). I just don't get why it wasn't handled yesterday. If it came today, fine. But what is the judge doing taking a few days to issue a ruling?

Has anyone checked Pacer over the past 1-2 hours? If so, can we post what has been entered. Thanks.
