when are the buyers at .0007 coming in? Got to get that before anything else.
MM's are going to pull out some more tricks today.
Warrior, take a look at the link below. Is your law firm listed as one of the TOP in the US for 2013? Probably not. Guess who is? Blank Rome. Guess who is also having a large part in advising several business affairs with SFOR? Blank Rome. I'm very certain Mark is going with the "directions" that Blank is telling him to go with...all of this takes time.
http://bestlawfirms.usnews.com/lfoty.aspx
Out of the 10's of thousands of law firms in the US, Blank is among a short list of the BEST! Patience will pay off.
The dollar amounts from distributors can/should be asked when the quarterly report comes out in approx. 2-3 weeks. Of course, some of the new distributors won't have sales on the books yet, but it would be nice to see what the dollar amount is from existing distributors during Q3.
More government cyber breaches were discussed on the news this morning.
IHUB, thank you for posting the news in a timely manner!
Where to start here...
I thought (only a couple of months ago) that SFOR was going to be looking at PRIMARILY gaining revenue from lawsuits. I now don't think that is the case now. Is the company that you followed that sued and won only "nuisance cases" EDIG? If not, same thing...not much in sales, but surviving on lawsuits. I think SFOR is different than that. First of all, SFOR could have done some things differently and I think mgmt. has no problem admitting it - they had several distributors lined up and they didn't get much result (except for WhiteSky who breached and likely SFOR will win). When you have distributors, it often takes longer than one wants to get sales. Now, I don't think they have the dough to put together a superior marketing/sales team...it is not their model right now. Ask the CEO, Mark Kay, if you have any questions about it. Also, SFOR is trying to make a statement in the out-of-band and keystroke encryption market. I think if they will win their out-of-band suits against PhoneFactor (a division of Microsoft) and Authentify, there will be NO DOUBT who the king of out-of-band will be. It comes down to it from doing some DD and talking to the CEO if you believe in what info is available. If it isn't believable, then SFOR probably isn't the place to put your money. Oh yes, Mark/and or his family put in $2 million of their own. If you don't mind, chime back in and let us know if you are buying in or not after more due diligence is done.
Welcome! Yes, products that are needed. The company has been in the R&D phase/waiting for patents/some distributors failed to sell their product/some breached their contract with SFOR. SFOR is suing for breach of contract that one organization that provided roughly $50k in monthly revenue (that was lost, and their could even be litigation against the distributors customers). Bottom line, the company has some very good potential, but as for the share price...dilution. They have had to dilute to stay afloat while waiting for money from lawsuits and any other steams of revenue. These are the main points, but needing revenue in any form is the key for SFOR.
If you are right, I will gladly say that you were the person who said it would go up tomorrow! Why do you think it will? Thanks!
Due to your screen name, it might be prudent to do the opposite of what you say. Is it going up or down tomorrow in a big way?
Explode upward or downward in share price? How long have your been associated with SFOR? Thanks!
We are in the middle of two walls - lets kick through the 7's wall! Who knows how long we will be in between 5's and 7's, but one thing is for sure - big trades on 5's or 7's is coming.
The 500,000 share resistance that was mentioned doesn't apply so much with SFOR because 500,000 shares is easy to obtain due to the share price - it was meant for higher priced shares.
Pension...
Market makers can hide their order sizes by placing small orders and updating them whenever they get a fill. They do this in order to unload or pick up a large order without tipping off other traders and scaring them away. After all, nobody is going to attempt to push through a 500,000 share resistance, but if a persistent 10,000 share resistance is there, traders may still think it is a beatable barrier.
It can be a tactic/trick that a wholesaler or market maker can do to try and get people to sell at the bid.
Thought it would have triggered almost immediately?
Are we going to be stuck between the "5's and 7's wall" all day or all week? If so, makes for boring days. So boring that I might go out and rake leaves or get something done that really needs to be done. Lets get some action!
I'm sure there won't be any words spoken between them. Good opportunity for SFOR to have discussions, get contact info, etc. with other industry attendees. I'm glad SFOR has a presence there today (for many reasons) - it will also give them an idea on how well SFOR's distributor is promoting SFOR.
I see SFOR's friend, Authentify, will be there too. Thanks for posting this info Warrior!
If anyone stops by the booth at the tradeshow can ask Mark and SFOR's distributor questions. They can check out the products (I haven't bought any yet - but I will)...I would like to see what is going on...an invite says, "come on over and check us out"...nothing wrong with that especially some CEOs of other pennyland companies won't return a call or email (usually get an answering machine). Glad to see Mark telling us SFOR has a presence at the tradeshow and to stop by. I don't think that is desperation.
Yes, indeed!
I don't think any value/dollar amount has been discussed. I think they won't discuss it either. Maybe when the lawsuit is over, and maybe not even then. Right now, I think they are in the discovery process of what the litigation is worth with WhiteSky, anyone that was involved with SFOR's trade secrets, and quite possibly several of WhiteSky's customers. For me, it is no big deal if Blank Rome gets 70% for the WhiteSky portion of proceeds (if that is even true that they get 70%). The win itself is going to send a message to the cyber security market. Protect and Collect!
Absolutely - no doubt about it.
I think it is VERY SAFE to say that 95% of shareholders are holding on to their shares and not selling into the 5's and 6's. It is the mm's trying to do their thing/shake week hands, and lets make them come after our valuable shares.
As we know, the only ones who lose are the ones that sell at less than they purchased them for. You have mentioned numerous times that this is a business and it takes time for events to develop...it is true, and everyone is wanting things to happen overnight. I've been guilty of it myself several times. We WILL have some bumps in the road. For those that believe in mgmt., ride it out with them. For those that can't handle the swings, maybe this isn't the place for as much money as you have in SFOR. If believing, load up when possible and let SFOR Protect and Collect!!!
Yes, some of us have. The best thing is to call him/Kay. He is not going to tell you anything that isn't already available to the public, meaning, in the law books. I'm sure he is feeling good about the situation/is optimistic per the judge's rulings.
SFOR is becoming more known in its industries and with shareholders. One day, SFOR will likely have some news that is really going to be an EVENT that either did or verifiably will ring the cash register in a big way. When it does, the share price could go on multi day runs that far exceed the current value of the company. SFOR has a lot going for it. IF things go in SFORs favor (with several of the things they have in the works) this can skyrocket...don't look for it overnight though. Get in while she is low and ride her up!
Who knows? HH could be right that they want to take out the 5's. BUT, MM's can make it look they are wanting to swallow millions of shares lower, but only take 100 or 1,000 shares and to try and shake out week hands. Surprised that they didn't have it in the 4's for a couple of days and then back to 5's and 6's. Who knows???
Some good questions, Dounome! Although all of this litigation processes are new to SFOR, they have certainly gone through the ringer over the years to get where they are today. SFOR mgmt. has plans that none of us shareholders are privy to. I'm betting at this juncture of the road for SFOR - mgmt. is getting excited to see their efforts come to fruition, and collect from those that disrespected them (WhiteSky, etc.). I'll also bet Mark doesn't want to stop anywhere close to a penny. At some point in time, he could hire someone to take the helm and run the company and sit back a little more. I would hate to see them sell it to a private company that gives us a nickel per share and then we are out and they (the private company) grows it into a massive company without us along for the ride. Who knows, but it is getting more and more exciting every couple of weeks with SFOR. Go SFOR! My new saying..."PROTECT and COLLECT!!!"
From a WhiteSky standpoint, I'm betting SFOR is in the discovery process to find out just how bad the damages are. Meaning, not just solely with WhiteSky, but with their customers. Likely will do pretty good in these areas. Moving on to patent infringement with out-of-band...I'm betting things are heating up with PhoneFactor. Should be in the win column with that too. Authentify, a little trickier/complex. Staying on the subject of out-of-band infringement - lots of potential for SFOR.
Cheap share prices here, because when revenue from any source gets clicking - the prices will not stay low. WhiteSky took away a significant opportunity for SFOR to fund its operations - soon, it will be time to start collecting what is rightfully SFORs. SFOR is very determined to collect and protect.
More buys than sells during the regular trading session. Welcome Shanett! Lets make some money here this week with SFOR!!!
Good way of saying what is about to happen to SFOR..."repair time." Repair won't be overnight, but it can be very lucrative once repaired. Still can't believe the cheap shares. So many other penny stocks are worth much less than SFOR and have nothing going for them. SFOR has way more to offer in the near future...more and more as time goes on.
"This keystroke encryption patent has ground breaking implications for our company, and Cyber Security. This new patent is comprehensive; it covers computers, smart phones and tablets, with any type of keyboard. This patent also adds to our growing patent portfolio of three patents, with four more pending. We now own two of the most significant patents (Keystroke Encryption and Out-of-Band Authentication) in the Cyber Security space; this greatly increases the valuation and assets of the Company." -Continues Kay.
4 more patents on the way and already own 2 of the most significant patents.
We will see what all of this is going to be worth. With Kay having around $2 million of his own money in - he of course, will be looking at many-many multiples of millions of dollars ahead!
SFOR has lasted 12 years and most companies that are under 5 cents per share are out of business well before 12 years. SFOR has gone through the ringer to get where they are today. They will not go out of business - too much going in the right direction. Their day is coming!
Hiphop...how do you know the terms and conditions of SFOR's finance deals? Did you talk to management? Not saying you are right or wrong. Almost everyone knows that SFOR has had to dilute, and a good part of it was WhiteSky not fulfilling its contract of roughly $50,000 per month of revenue. Another reason is that cyber security is in its infancy...yes, there's been cyber solutions around for a long time, but many of those solutions have become obsolete. I know you have shares in SFOR...therefore, you must have some belief that SFOR will succeed otherwise you would have sold already. SFOR has a lot more good in the pipeline than bad. Lots of other penny stocks have higher share prices, have diluted, don't report to SEC like SFOR does, and has way less going on than SFOR does. Major value with SFOR!!!
SFOR news is now posted to IHUB.
Ticker symbol: SFOR (StrikeForce Technologies) has major news out TODAY...it has not yet been posted to IHUB. Take a look at what SFOR has going on!!!!
You beat me to it...don't blame you at all for doing that!
I'm about to post a bunch of posts to get SFOR noticed on the message boards since IHUB staff are on deaf ears...anyone think this is a good idea or want to join in? I'm not getting my money's worth when they don't post SFOR news.
I think IHUB has it wrong, they are sure to collect monthly membership fees and then advertise all over their website - the SFOR news is not an advertisement as we all know. So they use our money, but can't be timely with SFOR news...more than bull!!!
