I think the people buying in here are the ones hoping that the press release coming out today by the company is going to clear the air and vindicate them somehow.
Actually, I am very curious as to what the company will put out myself. I am sure whatever it is will get picked apart on here immediately, but I do think it might pop up the stock price if they say the right things. We shall see.
I bet they were ASTOUNDED after they put out the second press release of the 2.50 a share bid, they got the pre-market on Monday over 1.00.............and then the stock TANKED!!
They blew a really big payday bigtime. The crash could have come from 2.00 a share and people would have lost even MORE money!!
Actually I would argue just the opposite -- they did NOT know the crowd they were dealing with. They got busted on this way before they ever thought they would.
I have to congratulate the "stock police" that dug up all this stuff up before they got their really big score. And if they hadn't, this stock would be well over 1.00 a share most likely.
Why would you use Greg Parham's name on the report to begin with? If you were running a scam why not just make some fictitious name up and have it traced to a website that you controlled and cover your base? It makes no sense that they could have been this stupid.
One other thing - could the company claim that THEY were defrauded by the company doing the N1 report and it was due to their misconduct the report had the wrong name on it??
Actually, where this whole thing started to unravel was when phaseshift took it upon himself to email the geologist who did the N1 report, Greg Parham and then call him as well. After Parham denied ever doing the report at all then the vultures came in and picked it apart piece by piece all weekend long.
I HAVE TO GIVE PHASESHIFT THE GREATEST CREDIT HERE FOR THE GREAT DETECTIVE WORK!!
not true. Wallstreetbulls has been around for awhile now and they have represented other companies to promote them as well as tout other companies as well. I know they have been around for at least a few years because I have seen them promote other companies in the past.
Well, a lot of us fell for THIS scam. I STILL do not blame myself, though. I did do my homework, did a lot of reading and researched it as best as I could. With all the information that presented itself, I was convinced I was on to something really good here. A lot of us did. But when that information is wrong because someone thought they could steal some of my hard-earned dollars by telling a bunch of lies, that is beyond contempt.
How can I trust ANY information that is provided anymore? How do I know it isn't a bunch of lies so someone can make some money. The hardest thing wasn't losing the money, it was having to tell the wife that I was the victim of a scam and we lost a lot of money right before Christmas. Whoever was the perpetrator of this fraud, whether that be the company or a supposed DIFFERENT company trying to drive the stock down I hope they find them and lock them up for a long, long time.
The SEC will most likely be getting involved soon and if fraud is discovered then all us investors who took a bath on this can maybe do a class action lawsuit together on it.
Powerforward
Yeah, it's a tough game, that's for sure. You try to get all the information you can about a company to invest in it and I thought I did that. But when the information provided is false, then all bets are thrown out the window. I can see why so many people hate to invest in the stock market -- IT IS BECAUSE OF THINGS LIKE THIS!!!
I will not invest in anymore of these penny stocks - I JUST DON'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE!!!
At this point, the SEC needs to step in ASAP
I am not saying the company is guilty, but the allegations are such that there needs to be an investigation immediately to stop people from losing any more money here.

I agree with you.....that's it for me, too. I lost my ass on this stock. I did my DD -- THOUGHT I had great information -- and THOUGHT this was a guaranteed 2.00 stock.
The company is still not proven wrong -- but the allegations are just too strong to hold it any longer.
NO SCAM --- We will FLY!!!!
Feeling very positive right now - I think SAEI is going to come out with something and prove they are legitimate and everything is good within the next day or two.
Remember, they DO own the mineral rights to this land in Russia and we DO have the DD that it is filled with valuable resources. They could start mining today if they wanted to --- FOLKS -- THESE OFFERS ARE LEGITIMATE ......
I bought some more!!!
good job!!
Spunjhamr -- It's posts like these that help me stay the course. Thanks.
Hang on LONGS - it's a bumpy ride but IT'S NOT OVER YET!!
I have a feeling the company isn't going to roll over and die. I think it is probably getting its ducks in a row right now and working on some serious damage control. You can tell at the end of the day they submitted some items for the 8K -- those were things that were being harped on over the weekend and they got those done. If it was a scam I do not think they would have even bothered with this.
I think the most damaging evidence was the Graig Parham report issue and that simply must be cleared up. The company needs to prove it is legitimate and that the offers are legitimate. If they can somehow do this, then the stock flies upward and fast and everyone knows this, too. I think the most interesting post of the day was KieranMcLaughlin's post that said the company was extremely upset and look for something either today or tomorrow to refute these allegations. I have never seen this poster steer me wrong and his post kept me in here.
Right now a legitmate P.R. that proves things are legitmate here means more than ANY new bid press release that is coming in. If the company had been paying attention to this board all weekend long they would have known that! I am expecting some sort of explanation from the company that hopefully can be proven. All the red flags waving right now are duly noted amongst 10,000 posts the last few days and if the company doesn't come clean very very soon, we are toast. I still think the company will do something very soon to try to clear its name, probably tomorrow.

My gut tells me this is all very real too. Not sure why -- but my instincts are telling me this is going to turn around and this mass panic will subside when the company puts something out.
Well the company needs to put something out ASAP and let everyone know what's going on. This was a fiasco all weekend and it has been a fiasco all day.
I am holding as well. I think we have got to play it all out at this point. I still say the company comes out with some P.R. immediately to clarify the issue. All they need to do is prove they are legit here and we fly very high very fast.
I STILL believe in this company and I think this whole thing is a big misunderstanding. If I am wrong, so be it.
I am taking your advice kiaranmclaughlin. You HAVE been right on everything that you have said. I think the company is going to right this ship and very fast.
Maybe the company should think about an explanation
....They needed to do this BEFORE the markets opened today. They needed to come out with a press release explaining what is going on. I guess they don't read IHub and saw the panic all weekend long.

Great post --- it is reasonable and I share those sentiments exactly.
Janice....
I agree there are a number of red flags here but so far there is no irrefutable proof the company is guilty of fraud. I think neither side can prove the other side is lying right now but hopefully we can get more insight when we are back in business hours and people are available to talk. I think everyone needs to just chill out a little bit until we get more of the facts.
Newenergy1
The company simply has to come up with some type of clarification on the entire Graig Parham issue. Their reputation has come under fire the entire weekend and many investors are looking at bailing the first thing in the morning. This board has been a complete fiasco all weekend long.
Somehow, they need to refute the entire issue that Graig Parham didn't do the N1 report. If you don't have the N1 report then anything else the company has put out can be questioned. If you can't trust the company, then you really can't invest in it.
I have made up my mind to hold. I will not sell into a mass panic tomorrow and hopefully this can be cleared up. I still think the company is legit but there are several red flags that have been brought up all weekend long that make me feel uneasy. If this gets cleared up we will rock back over 1.00 a share very easily. If it doesn't get cleared up though we are all in big trouble.
templars...
The company HAS been very good about keeping people in the know about when they were going to do things. There are a ton of red flags that something shady is going on, but there are many things that make me think the company has done nothing wrong except maybe sloppiness in their reports.
If this was all a big scam, why would you leave yourself open by naming the Russian billionaire as putting a 1.75 bid in. Or for that matter, why would you name Greg Parham in your report as doing the observation for the report in the first place? All these things can be easily checked (and in the case of Parham it WAS checked!)
I have never seen a stock like this in my life. I made some good money on it as I am sure everyone else on here did too but it might all get taken away if the company was pulling a scam. I think if it IS a scam I will have a very hard time investing on my own again because I can't trust anybody or any of the information that I get. The information on this company was excellent, we did our homework, but if that information isn't true then it isn't just worthless, it's harmful!!

I STILL think that this is a misunderstanding and it will be cleared up. I will not sell my shares if this drops down because I am still trusting that the company is on the up and up although it might be a little sloppy.
I can tell there are a ton of people on here who will sell in a mass panic at the opening bell and I just won't do that. I think it's better at this point to just wait it out and see how this all plays out. If the company IS legitimate then any downturn will come back. If it isn't, then I think we are all toast right now anyways.
Don't worry -- they are not going to suspend the stock. That's very wishful thinking on the shorts part.
Time will tell and if everything is as legitmate as I think it is it will not matter one bit how many people posted on here over the weekend. If the share price drops and this is a legitimate 1.75 offer, there will literally an avalanche of buyers picking this up from the people that were swayed by all the negativity on here and it won't be down for long if at all. If on the other hand this is a scam, then we longs will be in big trouble. I think we will know a lot more what's going on on Monday.
I would agree with that. If this is just a misunderstanding, it needs to be cleared up so we can move on to business. If there is nothing shady going on, then there should be no problem explaining what is going on. I still believe everything is ok, but I do have some concerns as I have a fairly large investment here and hope to stick around for awhile.
If the stock declines you have to hang onto it and hope that the company is providing good information and that people are dumping out of fear induced from the bashers. If the company is for real and I think it is, then it will bounce back strong after the truth comes to surface.
It's all who you believe right now and if you believe the company we are worth at least 1.75 a share right now and possibly even more!
Ascendancy10
Yes....I AM listening to what they say and I think they do bring up some valid points that need to be refuted by the company. There are several discrepancies that need to get checked out ASAP most notably checking on Greg Parham and seeing if someone actually validated this report.
Here's something else to think about...
If this whole thing was a scam why would you name the buyer who could certainly refute it and blow the whole thing up?? No, you would say it was an undisclosed bidder that came in for 1.75 a share.
I think this whole thing is a misunderstanding but after it is cleared up we should take off very fast. I still think I will be selling my shares for well over 1.00 a share but I definitely want to hang on because other news could break at any time.
Good post, Spunjhamr.
I think we are at a Mexican standoff here. One side is lying, and one is telling the truth and the company needs to figure out a way to PROVE the other side is lying. I think the bashers' number one concern is this Greg Parham who supposedly validated the report is saying that he had nothing to do with it and this certainly does not look good. Then there are the spelling typos and such which is just sloppy on someone's part and I can overlook that, but not too happy with it.
The company DOES need to clear up the deal with Parham though as if you don't then the entire report falls apart and if the report falls apart then do we really have a bidder???
My take is this is probably just a big misunderstanding and the people arguing for the short side are going to latch onto it and run hard with it. IT NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP OR THIS LOOKS VERY SHADY!!! Thanks...........XJ
It is very difficult to assess the situation when there is so much doubt and confusion. Hopefully the company can address a lot of this during the conference call or maybe even sooner by offering some proof that their statements are legitimate.
I wonder if somehow this is all a big misunderstanding, but I would fault the company for that as they left themselves open for attack by not having enough thorough and complete information.
This week should tell a lot
I think SAEI will either emerge out of this vindicated and the share price could be doubled by the end of the week or if the bashers claims are true this will drop to oblivion.
I still trust in our DD and in the company that everything is on the up and up. We are in the final phases of some very exciting times here and I am fairly certain there will be a couple very big press releases this week leading in to the conference call.
If the company's claims are true then I will come out of all this a lot richer and if the bashers claims are true I will come out of this a lot wiser. I still think that it's all good, though.
Ragingbull88
This will be a tough stock to be out of this week because there is a lot of news hitting the streets and it could happen at any time. I just do NOT want to be out of this thing when they announce another offer is coming in or any other details because this thing can just fly at any given time.
On this one you just have to buy on the dips and wait for the next run because there most likely will be a few really good ones coming up this week.
Very intesting post - plz read
....I would agree that everyone needs to verify whatever they can and do their own DD. Sounds like you think maybe someone wants back in on Monday perhaps???

Say Hey Kid - Good news
If everything the company has stated is true, then we are all going to make a lot of money. Right now the share price is worth AT LEAST 1.75 and more if there are other competing bids or counteroffers. There have been numerous stock scams in the past though and people have a right to question the legitimacy of any company if there are any red flags out there.
For a company that would like its share price to go as high as possible so it can attract other bids, defamation against it is a very big deal right now.
The DD provided in this company has been nothing short of spectacular. I forecast another very wild week for this company all the way to the conference call filled with runs up and down, but it should continue to edge higher. My gut tells me to believe in this company and that there might have been some spelling mistakes made in the press release but it is all legitimate so I am hanging in there because there is still just too much upside from here.
CRfield
Really makes you wonder what lengths these people will go to get people to sell. It's tough making money in these markets today - we just do not need any misinformation just to suit someone's personal gain.
....They had me fooled for a little bit too if it's any consolation!
That is what I think as well. This happened FIVE days ago and there would have been something to come out on that one. I think the shorts are getting very desperate here!
MINIMUM we are worth is now 1.75 a share.
LOTS of bashers on here tonight - that's fine. It doesn't matter what they think or they say. All the company has to do is accept that buyout bid and everyone gets 1.75 a share.
My feeling is there will be other competing bids or counter-offers and we go even higher than that. Assuming all the information we have is correct, and I have no reason to doubt it, then anyone buying in less than 1.75 a share is putting money in their pocket if they hang on long enough.
You would have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND to short a stock that has an offer of 1.75 a share with the stock trading at .70.
