The company HAS been very good about keeping people in the know about when they were going to do things. There are a ton of red flags that something shady is going on, but there are many things that make me think the company has done nothing wrong except maybe sloppiness in their reports.

If this was all a big scam, why would you leave yourself open by naming the Russian billionaire as putting a 1.75 bid in. Or for that matter, why would you name Greg Parham in your report as doing the observation for the report in the first place? All these things can be easily checked (and in the case of Parham it WAS checked!)

I have never seen a stock like this in my life. I made some good money on it as I am sure everyone else on here did too but it might all get taken away if the company was pulling a scam. I think if it IS a scam I will have a very hard time investing on my own again because I can't trust anybody or any of the information that I get. The information on this company was excellent, we did our homework, but if that information isn't true then it isn't just worthless, it's harmful!!
