Clues to the Queen's Jewels ~ Bob Marx.......
Here's an hour-long lecture from Bob Marx, who claimed he knew where the Queen's Jewels were located but wouldn't reveal it until he could work out a deal with Spain. That starts around the 39-minute mark. He discussed how most 1715 wrecks came to rest, as well as discrepancies in the number of ships in the 1715 fleet.
He also talks about how salvors have been using blowers for decades to send clear water down for better visibility. That's around the 44-minute mark. I know the AWOL affiliate once claimed SFRX invented the method.
Mel Fisher’s Treasure tried the same experiment….
They added various 3rd party sensors to their HAUV (Dolores), with one being a non-ferrous metal detector they put on the very front. It was supposed to make it so much more efficient, etc, and pinpoint the treasure quicker.
All salvors do it. This is nothing new. It’s just hard work that begins with research. There are no short cuts.
How Underwater Lost Treasures Are Creating a New Gold Rush
This is great documentary and present the fallacy of the in-situ preservation of shipwrecks, which is an oxymoron.
The academics want salvors to essentially work for free, and/or work under the direction of a U.N. approved archaeologist.
How will Timmy’s Toy compare to Dolores?……
MFT’s Director of Operations, Gary Randolph gives a demonstration of of their HAUV. For those they don’t remember, Gary called bullshit on Kyle’s $15B claim for Juno.
Or, like he did with Elev8, Tony could…..
say the Lena acquisition was completed, even though it wasn’t.
That wasn’t even a half-truth.
Not one word from the “adults” that are long APRU that claim half-truths are being posted.
They continue to blame COVID for declining sales, but Tony said they were expanding in Q1 2021.
It’s right there in the first sentence. And in the last sentence he claimed they were becoming “disrupters.”

But a balloon needs hot air……
Lost Treasure of the Concepcion (1641) Burt Webber......
and Jack Haskins.
Lost Treasure of the Concepcion (1641) Burt Webber......
and Jack Haskins.
More on the San Jose. Looks like Columbia has no takers……
But who will it be that eats crow? Those…..
that claimed a license isn’t needed until after they close, or those that said they do?
I have said this would be a good move for APRU, and I have said remedies for the corporate hammered dog sh!t Tony has created can be resolved.
All Tony and longs talk about is the Lena deal will happen. To date it hasn’t happened.
Of course the attorneys know. And the Clerk……
too, as her office accepts the applications.
I’m sure she’ll ask if the conveyer belts are installed, or if anyone visited Lena and posted pictures on Twitter.
Perhaps the adults will appreciate it if/when Tony clears things up with Illinois and applies for a license.
I’m sure longs will say……see, told ya Tony needed to get a liquor license approval BEFORE closing on Lena.
The ONLY way we’ll know for sure REQUIRES Tony to git er done.
More comedy. It never ends…….
If your long APRU and say someone is…….
posting half truths, I guess that’s not an insult or hating on someone.
Oh no.
Or suggesting you have to be a corporate lawyer to understand what is required to purchase an operating brewery, isn’t insulting either.
That’s being an adult, right.
And then when other longs affirm it, that’s pure LOVE, eh?
Oh no you didn’t miss it…….
either time.
Actually yours is a bit more clownish…..
Ross would expect APRU’s attorney to review it and have Tony sign it in front of him.
Tony came up with the theatrics, not me.
But if Tony is so smart, why did he twice claim a closing date?
At first he even said Lena was a LLC. Maybe COVID is to blame for his miscues.
You forget Elev8 and the $1.8MM, but if a poster said photoshopped…..
I think purchasing Lena would be good, but I understand the process. It’s not completed via Twitter.
#bloodbath
Have you ever formed a corporation or……
LLC?
Tony projected it would be closer to $275K……
a day within 5 years back in 2018.
Of course that was before Lena.
Maybe he should have projected a closing within 5 years when he announced Lena.
Sales of $75 daily is such a high…….
standard, huh?
It’s rhetorical.
#letitgobro
#sadlife
The ball has been in Tony's court since......
he announced Lena.
I give Tony kudos for keeping Ross interested in closing the deal, which we're being told is full acquisition.
That should mean APRU is acquiring Lena's brands too, but does it?
If it does, then the TTB will need to be involved, which is more red tape, but could happen after closing.
I remember posting in June of 2022 that such an acquisition would take several months and was mocked for saying as much.
I'll believe it's happening when we see Illinois cleaned up, filings with TX, and a liquor license application.
I guess some will see that as an attack and being mean to Tony, even though I gave him kudos, as well as free advice earlier.
Sounds like Tony has lots of corporate actions…..
he needs to get completed first.
He sure is taking his time. Of course he needs voting power, which he doesn’t have.
Psst…..tell him he can file Corrections with Texas, though I realize there are a few complications. No charge for the advice.
Thanks for the update.
I have played along with the premise……
that Timmy’s Toy works, but wondered why SFRX doesn’t release the data.
If they are “waiting” because they believe treasure us there, and it turns out there isn’t, what will longs say?
Don’t doubt Tim Reynolds?
Kyle said they “were on the wreck” at Melbourne, and there was ZERO data to support it.
The Baer even posted on his Facebook page they were on the wreck many years ago.
As long as we’re waiting, I suppose longs can keep hyping and critics can keep doubting, but nothing is settled.
You had a big night, and you got.......
longs giddy AF. I understand.
I have posted a deal was still on per Ross, and we knew the equipment was going in. Testing it would be part of the process.
But if Ross was talking about revenues for both Lena and APRU, this is not the 'full acquisition' you said Tony told you it would be last year, which proves yet again that talking to him is a waste of time.
Regardless, APRU either needs to get the registration in check or figure an end around, like using an LLC that isn't jacked up in Illinois. In the end it looks like APRU will be a client of Lena's, not an owner.
So the line is set up and Lena gets……
the first go at it?
I thought it was being installed for APRU for production of large quantities.
Or does APRU still need to be properly registered so they can obtain a business license, insurance, etc?
I think the $20B estimate for the San Jose is ridiculous, but the real issue is working with the Columbian government.
I know a salvor who would go get, but his belief is that as soon as he brought it up they would tell him to take a hike and not pay him. No one trust them, but the rumor is they are going to start salvage soon.
The Merchant Royal is probably the most accurate estimate in that article, in my opinion.
If the RMS Republic is proven to hold $7B, then I will go along with the estimates in the article, but most seem quite inflated. I’m glad they’ll start working on the Republic next year.
We’ll see, but there are some nice finds still out there.
I believe the equipment is being installed…..and
it’s likely an occupancy certification (or the equivalent) has not yet been issued, which would mean no tours. It’s still a construction zone.
But why did Ross say he thought APRU could provide “new revenues for both parties?”
Sounds like they will remain two separate entities…..ie no acquisition.

Chris can spin it tomorrow. Looks like the flight he consumed was a bit too much for him.
Don’t forget, he’s an Apple Rush drinker.
#lightweight
That’s it? Or is there more?……
Revs for both parties?
So APRU isn’t acquiring Lena?
Great update. Who knew Lena sells beer/cider?…….
Chris is killing it.
Many confuse the stock with the company…..
In fact, many could care less about the company. It’s all about the stock.
As the poster said earlier, OTC is all about the pump and dump.
Maybe the hot air balloon will go a little higher for ya.
Tony has been at it for how many…..
years now?
If longs actually knew how to read corporate filings, they would know APRU is anything but legit. That could all change quickly, but the owner of the A’s isn’t cooperating at the moment.
Enron was cooking the books. Remember the $1.8MM Tony claimed for Q1 2021? Where did that go?
Oh wait, APRU is so legit, you have to call Tony to find out.
How is it your business who is here?……
WTF is to you?
Again, it’s good to see you back. But……
understand this, the Hall Monitor roll has changed a bit recently.
Like you, they kept up with posters and say who should be here and who shouldn’t, as if they have a say since they own shares, talk to Tony, blah, blah, blah.
But Mr. Low Country is their Supervisor now, and you’ll need to take orders from him
Thanks for sticking your noise where it doesn’t belong. You should be a real good fit around here.
FYI, you don’t take over a license…..
Ross will need to surrender his.
They also can’t apply until they get their REVOKED registration in Illinois resolved.
IDK, is that what is happening? For some......
reason Tony is not saying.
He went from talking about a closing on Lena to finalizing Lena.
Either way, he needs to clean up the registration for Apple Rush with Illinois. If APRU had anything to do with Lena, they couldn't carry insurance, which makes Ross's (Lena's) liability larger.
Longs don't seem to know anything about that.
It’s all about the hot air balloon ride.
Speaking of being in denial, how many years…..
has Tony been promising corporate actions?
You’ve got a sticky post that proves you’re in denial as well as clueless.
Of course you didn’t even know where to look to find out who could print $3.25MM in shares.
You’re a good fit with APRU.
How do you know who it will appease?…..,
Just ask questions and post the answers.
Longs and shorts have said Tony isn’t a good communicator.
Tony wouldn’t communicate anything about Elev8 or the missing $1.8MM, but apparently told a few who called him about the latter.
Maybe this is your opportunity to tell everyone there will be no acquisition and the deal is something else altogether.
Not saying it is, just saying.
I have said one several occasions I hope Tony closes on the acquisition and thought it would be a good opportunity for APRU.
I’m sure some have forgotten that.
He said Tony encouraged him to talk……
to Ross.
A simple question would be, can APRU acquire Lena without a liquor license?
The only way APRU can acquire Lena without going thru the licensing process is to acquire less than 5%, which isn’t by definition an acquisition.
Perhaps that is what is going on with the equipment install. Tony made a good deal on the equipment and APRU will get a small % of Lena.
Looking forward to the report.
As I have explained before, it’s a…..
non-stop comedy.
Maybe you can ask me again next week and pretend I won’t answer.
BTW, the Rev doesn’t like it when you feed the bears, which is a funny start to the day.
Y’all never disappoint.
I did answer it, multiple times. Tony keeps…..,
claiming he is finalizing Lena, which is suppose to be an acquisition of a brewery, which requires a liquor license approval.
I have NEVER said Apple Rush contained alcohol. You keep suggesting since Apple Rush doesn’t contain alcohol, a liquor license isn’t needed to acquire a brewery.
FYI….proper registration is needed to conduct business in Illinois whether Apple Rush contains alcohol or not.
Not that an APRU shareholder would know that.
