Spain may step in but the Judge ORDERED the Clerk to close the case and said no other claims could be made on Juno and any other motion was moot.
The state didn't even make a claim, they simply usurped their authority on Juno when the Abandoned Shipwreck Act was enacted.
Juno is known as the last one in.....ie grandfathered. The big ole ballast pile belongs to SFRX, and whatever is under the worm poop.
