can anyone direct me to a post explaining the surge in interest here?
agree. I'm personally pissed that they didn't get their ducks in a row before the deadline...and after they knew it wasn't going to happen, that they didn't release some sort of explanation to shareholders.
not cool.
chill dude. No one is posting because there's no need to. Personally, I'm waiting for my tax return $$ to dump in here so SHHHHHH, don't spread the word lol.
I wasn't around for the play-by-play, but I like the look of today's action from the simple chart here on the board.
I'm far from an expert on the company, but it doesn't look to me like shares are being sold....the price has stayed pretty stable the past couple months, and volume has been low.
I can think of other companies which are behaving like UBRG...supposedly holding a lot of assets/good revenues but they remain unaudited and the price subsequently remains low. I just feel that the difference between the current price and the "should be" price once those fins come out is so great that it's definitely worth the risk of being here.
Hopefully getting filings this week....very excited.
If the financials contain what we anticipate them to, can anyone think of a reason why this should not be worth 50 cents minimum? For a company on target to bringing in nearly $100M in revenues, this is insanely undervalued.
Thanks Hydro,
Definitely sticking around then
you're saying that they intend to put them out within the next week?
UBRG news, the real deal
has there been any correspondence that indicates they intend to produce some financials?
a person I follow regularly alerted me to this one.... for the price, there's some real potential here considering the tax adjustment
well, I'm in
interesting number of people jumping in to sell at .05...... hopefully just small-timers.
yup, looking good
it won't take much to do it, this is extremely thin
hate to say it, but this looks nearly identical to the PRs of about a year ago.... what has changed?
yeah that was my entry too... .04
my post wasn't even directed towards you, lol. I know that you're aware that we didn't have Penguins.
only one left at .025
only one left at .025
agree. what's the point of starting a second, less successful business? might as well keep aiming higher.
chart looks good, great consolidation throughout the day. Doesn't look like anyone wants to sell below .03
it certainly appears to be trading the same way.
starting to get MMs on both sides, but .04s are starting to build on the ask....
hahaha, oh how I wish. No offense to the stock, but if that WAS me, I'd sell those 4.4 million shares right back..... pay off my student loans, buy a car and put a down payment on a condo. lol.
can't believe this is sitting at .02, might have to buy back in.
I sat on the bid yesterday and got nothing. Tried to buy the shares that were briefly on the ask at .25, but came up empty handed.
Congratulations to all those who are holding here. I'm pissed, lol.
is NVAE still on the table here, in people's opinion?
if the BK was cancelled, and no reorg, how can commons be wiped?
has anyone here called the TA recently?
just freed up funds to pick up some of this, and TDAm says I need to use a personal broker.
F U tdameritrade.
looks like this one has had an active weekend, me likey.
GREAT to see you here westeffer... I've followed you around on some boards and stocks, you know how to pick winners so this makes me feel more confident in my investment.
GL to us, although I don't think we need it ;)
lol, look at the chart. No one is stuck in this.
I've been in TDGI for well over a year now, and this is no P&D.
Do some research before you make yourself sound stupid.
TDGI in discussions to purchase blockbuster.
Even if this were to fall through, the company is still severely undervalued IMO.
Take a look.
That's chump change compared where TDGI will be in a matter of months, regardless of whether or not they acquire blockbuster.
Go TDGI!
With just 1 of the company's subsidiaries reporting the potential for over 100 million dollars in revenues, one would think that they'd be able to pay off rougly $3M in debt without issuing shares.
People can go around and say "well they might have to", and I suppose anything is possible....but I think that it's quite unlikely.
I took a chance with $600 at .03, good luck to us.
