Screaming till the cows come home and wanting a return on investment also! Most all of us want a return on our money, nothing new.

Now since some have crossed over to right, maybe writing emails to CAM and express your dis-satifaction in a way that is more constructive in my opinion or express a total objection by pulling your investment out might send an even clearer message.

When I read posts of this type(including myself), some are trying to rally the troops and get the energy level high enough and to motivate us to action and that is fine, just say so! We have done in the past and bombarded CAM's email box and filled up his phone and I believe has made a difference.

If some reach such anger, just walk away and relax because afterawhile those folks will eventually get labeled and I would hope they can see this also. Just know we are all in this together with a common goal, RETURN ON INVESTMENT!

All plausable and good explanation of why financials should be tucked away till cash flow positive.
Now having agreed with your outstanding(truly) thesis, I just want to know where transparency comes in as almost all have screamed for ever for and how MD never told us anything or worse yet,lied(supposedly). Really, why hold back any information now when we have a board who has hired in professionals to get this company to the next level....making money! Now what can money do...anyone...my list is large but paying down debt and expenses would be No.1 and No.2 With a smart bunch of guys now in the wheelhouse of this ship, it will take a tidal wave to sink them and anything is possible but so is making money which is my favorite choice!

Agree! Its the length of the fuse we don't know but with new management the fuse got some what shorter!

Remember just 3 months ago we were all(me included) getting some what pissed about this company and now look, we are up and running, soon to be shipping product(maybe already), LTF should be available and an eventual share buy back in the not to distant future(1-3 years out) and we might see a divident to boot!

Some are not happy because the share price and frankly I understand as I have had the sell transaction ready a couple of times but now I am getting ready to buy some.

Just want to interject a comment that some forget. When we become cash flow positive and revenues are consistant along with credible accounting paper work (stop sign removal), we will be talking about what the current PE should be and that my CPRK friends will push this little copper company to a much higher level. I believe .10-.20 is not out of reach whats so ever and high side is .50!(In my opinion)

We will see by future PR's and share holder notes as to what is being accomplished.

I have to say that I have a positive attitude for us and frankly we are all tired from past actions as most would agree so hang tight as we approach a GREAT Future together!

The Milford Miracle is happening right in front of our eyes just open them to see it!

my best guess is .10 to .20 but may see .50 in short order(summer). So much is based on the mill output and CF Positive along with dedt restructure and share buy back.

With this new CEO and his business relationships may prove to be a great investment(beyond my expectations) and we could easily see higher pps (.50 and above) with the right PR's.

I believe we will have alot of sellers into the news as we saw in the past. Now after the news and hype, the longs will be concerned if indeed the news stays true and the company follows through.
One thing people forget is lien holders and the likes can still cause some trouble. Lets hope the revenues keep them at bay.

When I read posts, I have to seek the truth as well as lies and most important is motive. Am I judging, you bet!
Do we judge other posters for validity, you bet!
Do we rant and rave about our company and judge them, you bet!

Is it possible that he under estimated the formation of the EC and then under estimated the power given to the EC to have equal footing in this case?
I would think logically that he would reconsider his position and understand he is now up against law, soon to have numbers of what WAMU was truly worth and the Judge who has given so much that has in my opinion undermine the other lawyers to an extent where Justice will be fulfilled.

Running up to .03 or .05 and sitting there for a few minutes and only a few million shares traded and dropping back right down does not do anything for anyone that is long here.


Does it matter what the share price does in the short term(1-3months) especially if its manipulated by the MM and others?
Long term(12months and longer) it may be bullish for all who choose to participate in this company and those dips we see are just blips on the screen.

Some may sell in any rise above current share price and I would not blame them as I may choose to do the same (most likely not)because this has been one long road and frankly tired. Thank God spring is almost here! Snovels are almost in the garage, the grass needs fertilizer and I think I am out of posts!

Are we excited yet? I reserve the the right to say,"gaurded optimism" and adjust my thinking as we see more favorable results backed by facts.
It is my very humble opinion that the pps is way undervalued but reflects the attitude from past actions.But with material events, it will indeed propel the share price much higher, quite possibly to .10-.20 quite easily.
Now until all that we have heard on the board since Friday is backed by a major PR, it remains just rumors but my feeling is we may have indeed turned the corner and that just gets my blood flowing big time!

In my opinion, his(MD) greatest attribute was finding all this great metal, like a bloodhound! I would believe he would make a great consultant and working with the spotters in the field, developing new drill sites ect...

Mark may have done a good job to a point but I believe that this company became bigger than his ability, period.

Now we could (but I won't) debate the pro's and con's of Mark and would only lead to personal attacks which I have witnessed on boards and may even taken my jabs on occassion out of frustration.

I do not know anyone he listed especially the (new)CEO.
At this point I just know in my heart that a change is needed to take us to a whole new level and these new folks may do just that.
And if all is true, it may explain why so many events are taking so long.
What I mean is, to hire one person for this caliber position must take minimum 4-6 weeks, then agree on pay and bennies then throw in politics of the company (family in front office) and how everything will shake out. As I said earlier, the decision to make a change may have been the easy part but to hire someone is a whole new challenge.

Indeed I did not mention the friendships and that I apologize for and you are correct.

Most will agree that we have had some of the best DD done by people who truly want the truth. We have are locals who provide information in real time, we have folks who travel to the mill and use their own valuable money and time, we have many who use resources from sites only they could access and then there are folks like ourselves who try to input the best we can from a distance. The list is long and collectively have put together plausable scenerios of what this company done, what its up to now and where its going(projections). Thanks for the IHUB who gave us the space and allows each voice to be heard one at a time.

One thing that is shared and that is our little copper company that has lots of valuable rocks that the world needs and we all believe(ed) in what is possible.

ps:Copperken, you are also correct that MD did put together this company through land leases and had the vision and the resources and I am thankful for that.

From my perspective, I think we have covered about every concevable angle, picked apart every PR, talked to anyone that would listen, formed a commitee, picked our fantasy CEO and BOD's, chased off bashers, entertained one another with stories, and committed money along with blood, sweat and tears.
Now I think we wait for the next material event.

I can understand the anger and frustration most all of us have felt from investing in this little copper company. Not one person here can say they have not been hurt emotionally, mentally, and some even physically. I felt we have a great company but in the near future, there has to be a serious change in management because in escence the management made the decision to design a mill that was not compatable with the rocks, a heater that was not desgned for the capacity and on and on it goes.

Now we are at the cusp of a major turn of events with the redisign (upgrade) of metal exstraction to discoveries of ore from past drill sites that seem so very promising to stop sign removal to a major LTF agreement(in the wings)that we may not need if we ramp up production that meets its obligations.

The best part for me will be seeing alot of folks working, getting a paycheck and putting food on the table for their families and yes, having a higher pps would help me singularly.

I hope some will come back and see the changes made and some how believe once more that this company does represent the American spirit, to keep pushing forward against the wall of doubt but also thanking the lien holders who put off legal battles to have faith one last time for they could have shut us down along time ago. All this is a representation of the Milford Miracle.
