I would tend to agree, this should be $30 a share. Like OSK.
I heard they were going to announce the purchace of a new coffee machine in the employee lounge.
What did Mark say? I was just in Costa Mesa last week. Business is booming in the OC, and it's off season. Everything I saw was cash sales, no bounced-returned checks or credit cards to default payment on. Just cash sales. It's all cash with lots of taxes collected to pay for more cops to fight real crimes against persons and property, not inert non lethal vegetable growers and users. We got room service in Las Vegas from a local shop that honored California Recommendations and wouldn't take anything but a small donation. If this keeps up, the drug dealers and organized criminals (the lawmakers) will be out of business. The supply will drive the cost of a OZ to $80.00 or the same as a bottle of good scotch, killing the headroom for criminals to profit and causing the cartels to dump their loads like they started doing in the tunnels to San Diego during the CA prop-19 vote. The scariest thing for the criminal element and pushers drug dealers is an overnight increase in supply driving the price per ounce below $100.00 and making their inventory obsolete.
Newark and Camden, New Jersey just laid off 500 police officers and the murder & violent crime rates in those cities has skyrocketed within hours of the patrols being taken off the streets. The murder rate in Newark & Camden over the past 12 months now exceeds the "MSNBC Bush Body Count" in Iraq over the entire 7 years his presidency led the congressionally funded war.
Boulder Colorado, where prohibition has been lifted and taxes are being collected, had an increase of $300,000.00 in tax revenue and hired 3 new police officers and has seen decreases in crime clearly reflected in FBI's Uniform Crime Report (UCR).
If Governor Christie doesn't open the dispensaries soon in New Jersey, he's going to get sued by constituents for failure to COLLECT TAXES. The prohibitionist lawmakers who claim to be "protecting their citizens from marijuana" have no problem using cocain, extacy, and other drugs that are out of their blood stream in 36 hours, drinking alcohol, smoking tobacco, performing 3rd trimester abortions, tolerating adultery and putting illiterate unprofessional ill-equipped undereducated soldiers into tanks and planes shooting missiles into mosques, but they have a problem with "marijuana". It is a complete waste of tax payer money on meaningless prosecution of adults under the care of a doctor eating or smoking a non lethal inert vegetable that has been used as medicine by human beings for 10,000 years; longer than any other medicine on the planet.
Scottrade is showing this bid locked at $0.006/$0.006. Something is up. MM's melt in your mouth, not in your hands.
Agreed, they make this "fabulous" dividend announcement comparing themselves to Berkshire-Hathaway Inc and their Baby-Berks class B and class A shares, and then run silent and run deep like a WW2 diesel sub hiding from "SEC" depth charges. They always could make up for it by hosting a kick-ass shareholders meeting with free samples of their products for testing. I'm sure we could get Dave Mathews Band, The Roots, Cyprus Hill, Tori Amos, Tori Burch, Tori Spelling, Anthrax, Public Enemy and the Allman Brothers Band to "bring the noise" all together on one stage.
Very interesting anaylsis. I agree, Goliath didn't think Davie's sling would sting, but never the less Philastine Giants were'nt always the brightest kids in the class. Anyone shorting a company pledging to hire 60,000 returning military veterans after the longest war, 10 years and counting, in American history, with an unprecedented viral global call for democracy in Islamic states unfolding each day this month is a fool.
All things considered though, we saw what happened last spring with even the smallest bit of news. I hope they can get to the big board without an R/S, or at least after we see a rise above the 52week high ($0.37) with a 10:1 reverse split putting the PPS at around $3.70 and ripe for the big-dogs picking with enough footroom and headroom to take a 66% hit and not dip under $1.00 and demoted to the pinks. Also, with an R/S and PPS set to $3.70 the stock could realistically 10-bang or higher to $37.00-$40.00 a share.
Also, remember Dubai is sinking into the ocean:
"It's sand! Nothing Grows There" Sam Kinison
"The Wise Man builds his house upon the Rock" Mathew 7:24
I agree, maybe I will set orders for both $0.0003 and $0.0002. When do you think they will add 10,000th's to the exchange so we can get ten times smaller? $0.00001 would really put things on a global scale with 3rd world nation's investing and building emerging markets.
Agreed, it's electric; "Saint Elmos Fire" is forming on the windshield windows of ENTI right now.
Ok, that's what we thought. I just wanted to be sure, because there are a lot of other stocks in NANO-LAND doing this 5% quarterly stock dividend, like LKEN. I noticed after the last dividend we dipped down in PPS, now we see $0.0004. The way to play this one I think is to set a 30 day limit order to snatch up shares at $0.0002-$0.0003. I don't think it will dip to $0.0001 for a flip-banger, but if we can snatch up shares from shakey hands at $0.0002 and flip out at $0.0003 this could be an easy as a hand of Blackjack where even if the player loses, they push at $0.0001 with the house until the next dividend.
I wrote ENTI concerning the dividend and if our previously earned restricted shares will also earn new dividends while under their 12 month restriction period. Here was ENTI's responce. They didn't really answer my question. Does anyone know the answer?
ME:
"I am an ENTI shareholder and I had a question about the recent ENTI stock dividends. Will the restricted shares of ENCOT we received last quarter and hold in our accounts earn stock-dividends in this January 12th dividend? Or will only our unrestricted common shares in ENTI held on January 12th earn new ENCOT shares?
ENTI:
"Joshua Thank you for contacting Encounter Technologies, Inc. The shares that you are referring to were part of our shareholder dividend issued last year. Every shareholder received a 5% dividend in restricted shares based on the number of shares owned at the time of the payable date. The restriction means those shares become free trading one year from their issuance. The shares will have a market value when they become free trading in one year.
I would suggest any further questions you have about this be directed to the transfer agent Pacific Stock Transfer, Maria Samson.

Very interesting business. We could see this rise in comming months.
Nice....We're "lken" this alot.
I just left Las Vegas where I spent the weekend for the superbowl. There dispensaries opened on Friday. They honored my California permit, I got my half of NY-Diesel for $190.00 delivered to the hotel I was in faster than the room service could get me my hamburger, fries and icecream. It's only a short while before the "profit" these local state dispensaries are making will be sucked up by international corporate greed and politicians realizing that prohibition's profits for lawmakers running a racket of locking up teenagers for smoking a vegetable is far less than the profits the "bread basket" nation we are can make by exporting our "smoking products" to the world. No one in this world buys cigarettes from any other country in quantities like they do from the USA. If America truely embraced this opportunity we could be out of debt in 10 years exporting our smoking products to the world. Go to Russia with a carton of Marlboro's and you can find places where you can trade a carton of American cigarettes for an actual 19 year old woman, a slave. Think about what Borris or Michael will pay for an ounce of New York Diesel with all their oil money and KGP extortions? Shucks they would trade an old ICBM if we through in a few cases of Miller Light. The potential for profit here is greater than any other emerging market. There is a customer base willing to travel to other countries, spend all their money, and risk arrest, incarceration, and death to get their product. There are 14 states that have "legalized" the medicine in their legislatures, however, like New Jersey; Chris Christie is too scared of the social ramifications of legalization because his generation of Irish/Italian Catholics are still hell bent on using prohibition and the mass hysteria of their "reefer madness" to keep European, Hispanics, Latino's, and African's on a leash. Ironically CHris Christie's going to be forced into a change, because estimates show that 60% of the New Jersey population ages 18-55 has used marijuana at one point in their life and the number is increasing with education on how to properly use the medicine.
The lawmakers and cops had it really easy with marijuana, they made a living carrying guns and breaking into dorm rooms scaring the crap out of generations of citizens using a green vegetable for medicine. All a cop had to do was "smell" it. Maybe they can make a new law against farting and being fat, and we citizens can start arresting cops who smell and are wasting the tax payer's money with conduct unbecoming a uniformed officer by not adhering to health and weight standards even the lowest ranking private in the military can be court-marshalled and sent to remedial Physical fitness jail for. Seriously, our nation's police forces do a lot of good work, but what they have done with marijuana users is a crime against humanity and isn't in keeping with Thomas Jefferson's "Common Sense"
Sweet. We got in under a 10th of a cent. Let's see this rise to a penny. ~~ :)
What is "corporate reinstatement"?
What just happened? This just shot up.
Actually, I graduated from the US Army Ordnance School in Aberdeen, Maryland in 1993. Out of my class of 11 students there were 6 US Marines, 3 Egyptian Artillery Officers, and 2 Israeli Defence Force Officers. I wouldn't be suprised if ARTX got orders for batteries and other gear that ARTX may be supplying through logistics lines extended to Egyptian units using NATO gear. The "downtrend" in this stock is just temporary, they have revenue, and the demand for their products seems to be increasing and consistent.
So what's going to happen for those shareholders whose positions are not liquid enough to warrant purchacing the certificates and going through the ordeal and process of the merger?
I agree, there has to be something going on here. What's up with the CEO? Can we find the guy? Are there assets? What's up with HMGP?
Agreed, the "oops we made an accounting error" excuse is up there with my dog ate the homework/
Last time I checked it costs $95.00 to get the certs from scottrade, my whole EIGH position isn't even worth that now. You are totally right, this was a total wash for most of the shareholders. Excellent tactic, absolute perfection in the orchestration of the scam. Management had everything worked out to the spray bottles of water to make it look like they were "sweating it out"....In this mouse trap, we shareholders who were promised dividends bought in positions only to have them devalued by the "error" in the Press Release to less than the cost of participating in the merger because it costs more to get the certs from our brokers than the EIGH position is worth. So all of those shares held in positions under $95.00 value are going to sit on the shelf dormant, inflating the value of the crooks who came up with the whole scheme.
This stock exchange is tainted, this market is corrupt and void of "good business" practice.
So we have to get our stock certificates from our broker? Then mail them to 8000 Inc, then wait for them to mail something back to us. What's next, cutting out UPC symbols from Lucky Charms cereal boxes?
How many shares of NMGL are we supposed to get as FFGO holders?
Are we going to get our dividends?
I agree, it would be nice to see the company make a press release. I have a feeling something is on it's way. Washington State has their vote comming up, other states like New Jersey are slowly, but surely, getting their systems in med-marijuana installed. I think we are in good shape, this commodity isn't going anywhere but up. There has been a steady increase in public awareness and support. The military backing is a true blessing and sign of the times that things are changing. We got a great thing here, I wouldn't risk any more than your poker money, but this is like betting on gold that grows on trees.
Do you think this is just a dip? Maybe the pre-noon lunch lull? I see a quick flip forming for anyone who wants in and out quick on this.
So when will we see a rise here?
Ok, thanks. Looking to buy more of this. Why isn't the PPS going up?
I will when I get out of this meeting..I'm typing on a Palm Pre-Screen the size of a Bowman 1955 Mickey Mantle TV card....
I wish the CEO had written that to me, can you find the post and or the e-mail that states that? I guess we will find out in March if they earn shares, it will be interesting to see if this actually add's to the shareholder's value. From the looks of it, if what you say is true, even if you just snapped off the dividend from this quarter and sold out at a flat rate retaining just ENCOT restricted shares, those restricted shares will be earning divi's and growing new shares over the next year. The question is will the PPS drop to $0.0001? And how long can the CEO's promise to not R/S be held?
I have written the company and asked them if the restricted shares we received last year which are ineligible for trading will earn restricted dividends or will only those free trading shares we held on January 12, 2011 earn the Q1 ENTI stock dividend and the CEO dodged the question and passed it along to someone else at the company who wrote me back a very nice "Hello Kitty" letter, but completely avoiding addressing my question or even demonstrating an ability to understand it. Does anyone know if the restricted shares we earned last year, which are listed in Scottrade accounts as "ENCOT" earn stock dividends while in a restricted status, or are they completely "dormant" and not really active shares, but IOU's for an active share eight months from now?
Uhm, dude, this is asking $24.99 a share....whats going on? I am offering 500 at $3.00 and not showing up on the board.
at $10,000.00 an ounce tracked by the FBI.
Thanks Chuckab2. There are just some indications that something is stirring under the surface. It's just a hunch, looking at the charts, the big banks just look like prime targets.
I agree. This one could go to $50.00 very soon.

I agree, I may be being a bit dramatic, but hey, it's I-hub, welcome to the pub, next round is on me. Bottom line is that Bank of America doesn't have anything to offer anyone who doesn't have a lot of money. So for someone looking for a reward worth their risk, investing in this stock isn't appealing to me. I just think of myself as a sample of the average "josh" on the street, not some super-powered investor with all this money and power. Shucks, I am just pointing out that as far as services are at their banks, they stink. The only cool thing about BofA banks is the cash deposit ATM feature. Besides that the monthly fees to the average consumer, blended with the high basis for an investor thinking of purchacing their stock, make BofA ugly in my opinion.
The people who work their look like they are cattle prodded in stalls. It's disgusting, I hope they get taken over and stoot slapped into some humanity. They rack up fees and forclosures, make tons of money, and provide a level of service below that of the local community bank. They are like the "bank" of fast food cheap quick high carb meals served at places like "McDOnalds" before they changed into a healthier frame of mind.
Would you like this post "supersized" ?
MONA and DGMA are candidates for this board.
This is just the beggining.
