by Eric Lehner

WC Brochure_Lowes-Ohio_2
.
Yeah, a 100k paint job with 18 minutes to go in the trading session...bla bla bla.
Not to mention the 3k bid whacks we experienced for weeks on end lol.
Yep, and that is one of the foundation developements that I have posted on several times. It is an important piece of the growth aspects in the B2B world.
The only positive from these wild goose chases is that our CEO answers most of them for the benefit of all shareholders, and it's done after most other businesses have closed for the day, and all other CEO's have gone home for the evening.
This should answer it lol.

Shareholder Question: Funding Large Orders
by Eric Lehner
.QUESTION:
Can Winning Brands afford to produce a large order? Would Lowes pay for goods, or is it consignment?
ANSWER:
Generally speaking, the larger the order, the easier it is to fund and produce. Winning Brands does not supply Lowes on a consignment basis. Orders are generated by the customer through a sophisticated system of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) by which the purchaser and supplier coordinate all realted documention, including the Purchase Order, Confirmation of Purchase Order, Advance Shipping Notice, Shipping Documentation, Supplier Invoice, etc.
.
I didn't, I was responding to a post who was refering to those terms. Need to follow the thread.
It's in the financials sqeezer. and is stated they don't normally do consignment, but the possibility exist where it could be possible.
I may be wrong, but I can't imagine a company the size of Lowes working on a consignment basis. I'm still searching for factual information though.
Not from what I am aware of, but my only knowledge comes from a friend who was in management at Lowes. If you have any information otherwise I would appreciate it.
If that were to happen and you looked at the numbers you would see this type venture shouldn't be a problem. WNBD has secured an accounts recievable line of credit of 500,000 dollars against purchase orders. Given the information we have recieved and speculated on in regards to manufacturing cost this AR credit should cover the amount of product you stated with plenty of room to spare.

Shareholder Question: Happi Magazine
by Eric Lehner
.QUESTION:
Would you be so kind to go back in your WNBD files and confirm that all the releases you sent to Happi Magazine were published by Happi Magazine. TIA There is Speculation that Happi does not print all the Releases it receives. I think in the case of WNBD they have.
ANSWER:
We do not know exactly which news about Winning Brands has been published by any organization. When Winning Brands is larger, a media monitoring service may be justified.
By way of further background for general interest, additional comments:
The two largest U.S. based newswires have been estimated to release approximately 1,000 items per day each, for a total of 2,000. This does not include other lesser newswire services, nor other forms of distribution. Therefore, several thousand items of news can be received per day by mainstream news outlets. Happi Magazine is a highly respected industry publication and therefore receives a “torrent” of information of possible interest. Happi filters this down to items it regards worth highlighting in the household and personal products industry. Only a small percentage of news stories available to Happi, or submitted to Happi, would be considered of sufficient interest. We appreciate that Happi has chosen to share up-date information about Winning Colours Stain Remover with its reader base. We do not have a statistical summary of the frequency of our appearance in this publication, whether it be on-line or in print. We therefore make no claims in this regard. The fact that Happi considers any developments in connection with our brand worth bringing to the attention of this industry is an interesting and positive development by itself.
.
This statement is correct under the assumption growth will remain stagnant, and all dilution is bad dilution.
I do believe the paint section was the original intent of the product. They brand the name in a less competitive sector, then advance the brand into other sectors due to the versitility of the product. Due to the economy heading south it created a need to progress to other sectors faster than anticipated in my opinion. Many times, things beyond our control force changes in plans prior to our timelines.
If that was a question any of us here could answer I'm sure we would be sipping drinks with umderellas in them while basking in the tropical sunshine instead of posting on message boards lol. We can look at the fact there have been approx. 1.5 billion shares issued in close to 5 years. Growth has occured, but should have been expected since the starting point was zero. If sales continue to increase will the need for dilution deminish? Will they produce enough growth/revenue in the near future to entise an increase in share price. All of these factor into where the float will be when/if they become self-sustaining, and thus the reasons for the speculative nature of the market lol.
JMO, but Winning Colours won't be located on the cleaning isle since it is located in the paint section in other hardware/home improvement stores. There is also competition in the paint isle, but not as much. Most of the products used for the same purpose located in the paint isle are enclosed in plastic bags for saftey purpose, or have skull and cross bones staring at you lol. It's not an overnight thing, but given the amount of contractors that shop in Lowes and have cracking/dried hands from harsh chemicals might find the gentleness of Winning Colours a better choice in the future.
That number Eric threw out for self-sustaining phase more than likely has additional growth iniatives involved. They have operated the last few years with approx. a half million in sales, approx. one million from capital funding, and possibly loans from friendly hands. I believe under current conditions, without further iniatives self-sustainability could be around two million, or one large US retail account.
If you do I'm sure you will see that I have never made any prediction on share price, never called a bottom, never to da moon lol. The pumping you refer too are based on the progress on the company through growth, foundation, and a solid busisness plan.
I believe you missed the point I was making. It matters not to me whether you or anyone else flips the stock, as it adds liquidity to the stock, old money out and new money in. The point was, it's hard to have peeps believe anyone can have an unbiased stance when they directly benefit from sudden sentiment shifts in a stock, and it could coinside with their posting characteristics.
I do believe those issues were resolved as soon as they came to light IMO.
It seems since parts of the inside story are no longer available to some, they aren't pleased with the latest developements of the company.
Could be, but it could also be accumulation by bigger fish with strong hands. Just depends on whether your glass is half full or half empty.
Complete silly assumption based on the FUD factor lol. Do the three MM's at .0025 know this is the bottom???? are the four MM's on the ask at .0045 looking for a 75% move??? does the MM on the ask at .0119 know what's coming??? lol...absolutly not, they don't know anymore than the ones at .0001 that you refer too lol.
Re-orders may only be an assumption, but since they have already began to take place in Startan stores, one can assume that will be the same results in one of the United States most heavily populated cities correct?
The biggest part of this release is the "rack deal" We have seen the results of the large racks placed in locations in Canada compared to having the product placed on the shelves. Read back through the blog and memos, and see the difference made when the product is placed front and center, and has the abaility to be moved to strategic locations. This will put Winning Colours in a great position for advancement within this chain, and get noticed by consumers when they see in in other retailers.
Really really reaching here bud, and not a shread of verifiable truth in this post lol, but if I wanted to secure the services of your PI for other unrelated services would you mind post the contact information for me, or you can even PM me with it. Thanks, and I'll be waiting.
You hve been around the penny market for along time, and have seen many of the CEO's in action. You know how corrupt many of them are, as you state it in post all over the message boards. My question is: If you feel so strongly about the CEO of WNBD being a POS, then why are you currently holding millions of shares, and have buy orders lined up on the bid. I could care less whether you or anyone is in or out of the stock, but I don't understand the logic of having such little faith in a CEO, but yet still be willing to throw your money at the company?
You're welcome, whatever you're refering too.
I didn't know he asked you to pay his salary lol. You don't have to support the company TAKI, this is just an opportunity you can take if you are interested.
Peeps can say what they want, but I guarentee you I wouldn't work 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week for free, just so penny traders could make additional money from my sacrifices lol. That idea is totally absured.
We all have our opinions regarding what's going on in WNBD land. Even though most are valid, it's important to remember that most are also motive driven, and as the share price suffers the motives become stronger, possibly for many different reasons. The company, stock, and shareholders continously get beat up on by those with differing adgendas. My favorite is the heard mentality, getting sheered, fleeced, whatever you want to call it, but it very appearant during the time when a share price is falling that the heard mentality works both ways. When being surrounded by negative sentiment it's just as easy to follow the heard in that direction as well. That is the adgenda and objective of many in this market as they are the ones looking to fleece the nubies... bashing while buying, and pumping while selling. The smarter investors/traders follow a different rule, buy when there's blood in the streets.
These are some of the reasons to use the message boards for entertainment purposes for the most part. There is alot of good information to be obtained here, but it's important to weed out the BS through personal DD.
I believe it's important for anyone who has been in the stock for a while, to go back and evaluate progression/regression based on past news releases. Is the company accomplishing the goals set fourth in the releases. Leg work may be required to do the DD for verification of progress, but due to adgenda driven traders and the heard mentality it's worth the time invested. It's the best way to make sure you don't get fleeced from either camp lol.
lol, hit that one outta the park.
If people believe the CEO blog is to keep investors informed of ongoing/updated operational developements, and not just a ploy to string them along, they need to read them very carefully. He is laying out a daily roadmap of where WNBD is going, and signs are pointing to some open road on the horizon. There may still be some detours along the way, but I do believe many of them are in the rearview mirror.
I agree with everything posted although the (cash crunch) is only validated by posters on this board, and the reason for those thoughts could possibly be a long way from the truth. To say they have cut cost so the operational capital expenditures aren't so high, leading to less capital needed to be raised at such a low share price may be more accurate.
I have my own opinions for some of the cut-backs, and they differ considerably from many posting here.
There is a tremendous amount going on right now, but maybe not the things that will bring instant gratification to traders. The blogs aren't necessairly meant to move the shareprice as much as providing operational developements. Some can read the blogs and look for the deeper meaning for this type of activity that's going on. Some will see them as signs of growth, and others will see them as carrots. That is a distinction each person has to decide for themselves, but to say nothing is going on is a very misleading statement.

How one thing leads to another…
by Eric Lehner
.Winning Brands sent a Before/After picture to a large outdoor advertising company on November 1st. It manages recycling bins and benches in USA and Canada. The Before picture shows vandalism and the After picture shows what our representative did with Winning Colours Stain Remover, water and a scouring sponge. The pictures are not the point in this post – it is the response by the advertising company representative to the situation that is shown below the pictures. A classic example of a door being opened. It’s only a matter of time before sufficient doors have been opened to Winning Colours Stain Remover that it will become very well known in America – a new favourite.
“Thank you to your team. I am somewhat embarassed to say that I was unable to get whatever that was off and I was in the process of getting a new sign made. Could you have your team member explain what they actually did and about how much time was needed? I would like to send that info on to our people.”
.
You must have missed this post lol. No need for him to ever leave Wyoming!!!!

Your statement doesn't look at other factors within the market. You seem to believe that if dilution continues the price will steadily continue to drop, where I have a slightly different view on the matter. Dilution cannot be denied, but at the rate they have been diluting campared to the share price....the time/price will come when buyers step up to the plate in a big way, and I believe that time will prior to any .000 numbers. Especially at a time when the chart sets up, and news hits at the appropriate time.
Never say never, but the odds are extremely highly unlikely IMO.
Pretty interesting read here.
We believe that Wyoming is the best state in America in which to do business and we think we can make you a believer also. In a moment, we will examine the many benefits that Wyoming has but let’s first take a look at what it doesn’t have:
Wyoming doesn’t have:
Personal income tax
Corporate income tax
Inventory tax
Gross receipts tax
Franchise tax
Burdensome regulations
Disclosure of shareholders
Business or "per-capita" tax
Excise tax
Sales, property and inheritance taxes are among the lowest in America
…AND CONSIDER THESE ADVANTAGES
Unlimited ability to issue stock—Most states set a limit on the number of shares that you are authorized to issue; Not so in Wyoming! You may issue as many shares as you wish (without any additional costs or fees) by simply making the proper entries in your Articles of Incorporation. (We will take care of all that for you.) Unlimited shares may be of paramount importance to you in particular, if you ever contemplate taking your company public.
You can be everything in Wyoming—
Some states require that you have more than one person to serve as the various officers and directors of your corporation. Again, not so in Wyoming! One person can fill all of the required corporate positions giving you the ultimate in flexibility and control.
Enjoy anonymity and privacy in Wyoming—
The more information about you that appears in the public record the easier it is for you to become a target. Wyoming has no requirement for the names of shareholders to be filed with the state. It asks only for a simple "Annual Report" which requires disclosure of only those assets located within the state of Wyoming and the name of one person, usually the one who submits the report.
Restrictions and corporate formalities are at an absolute minimum in Wyoming—
If you would like less "red tape", bureaucracy and restrictions in your business life Wyoming is the place for you!
Low annual fees—The annual fees in Wyoming are based solely on the value of corporate assets located within the state. The minimum is $50 and a million dollars worth of assets within the state of Wyoming would cost you only $200. That’s right, $200 in fees for every million dollars worth of assets that you keep within the state of Wyoming. There are no fees for assets outside of the state. So almost all businesses that we incorporate here only owe a fee to the state of $50.00 per year.
As an officer or director you cannot be held responsible for the debts of the corporation—Wyoming law is quite strong in this respect and holds generally that as long as you did not intentionally break the law you are protected from claims against the corporation.
No minimum capitalization is required in Wyoming—
You can fund your corporation with one dollar, with a million dollars or the amount of your choice. And, while there are sound business reasons of avoiding "under capitalization", the choice is yours and you enjoy the ultimate in flexibility.
Your directors and/or shareholders meetings may be held anywhere in the world—
You are not required to hold meetings in Wyoming; indeed you need never set foot within the state. Wyoming is rich in history and breathtaking scenery but if your tastes run more to the Bahamas, Hawaii or, for that matter, the French Riviera the choice is yours.
Stock in your Wyoming corporation may be issued in exchange for "anything of value"—
You may use cash of course but also property, services or any valuable consideration at the total discretion of the board of directors which you’ll remember can be one person (you?).
Maximum anonymity can be yours—
Make no mistake; we’re not suggesting that you need to be "secretive" and certainly not that you do anything improper. Nevertheless, in today’s overly litigious society it is a fact of business and personal life that the only thing necessary to involve you in a lawsuit is the perception by someone else that you have assets…you’ve heard it called the "deep pocket theory." Many business people have found it advantageous to maintain financial privacy simply to avoid looking like a good litigation "target." In Wyoming you may use "nominee officers/directors" meaning that anyone you designate can appear on the public record in your stead offering you valuable financial privacy. Furthermore, you may also be interested in using nominee or "third party" shareholders who can be the owners of record of the stock which you control. Ask us how to explain the endless possibilities for privacy using the foregoing two strategies.
Lifetime proxy—John D. Rockefeller was the first individual to acquire a personal net worth of one billion dollars. When asked late in life how he accomplished such a feat he is reported to have shared with a young interviewer that his simple secret was to "own nothing and control everything." That is indeed wonderful advice for a host of reasons (consider, no one can take from you that which you do not own) but it is sometimes more easily said than done. By allowing another person or entity to own shares you can use proxies to maintain complete control. The problem is that most state laws require proxies to expire and be subsequently renewed every six or seven years. If the "legal owner" declined to renew your proxy you could be literally be left with nothing and no recourse. That is hardly a scenario that makes us feel secure nor is it one that we would recommend to you. However realize that Wyoming allows for lifetime proxies thereby protecting you from any such problem arising.
If you already have a corporation —
Once again Wyoming offers unparalleled flexibility. By filing a few simple forms (we will handle it for you start to finish) your existing corporation can become a bona fide Wyoming Corporation. Wait; it gets even better! Your existing corporation can retain its original incorporation date after becoming a Wyoming corporation. Anyone examining the Wyoming public record will see a corporation dating back as far as your current corporation does. You can promptly become a Wyoming Corporation without losing the many benefits of the longevity and continuity of operation.
